2、ave been developed by Japanese people who have made this methods their own .Japanese cuisine is known for its emphasis on seasonality of food, quality of ingredients and presentation. Japanese cuisine is based on combining staple foods, typically rice or noodles, with a soup and dishes from fish ,me
3、at, vegetable and tofu. They are usually low in fat and high in salt . 4、e been battered and deep fried.做法:1.將紅蘿卜、南瓜、地瓜削皮后,切成5公分長的條狀,鴨兒芹切小段備用。 2.牛蒡用刀背刮除表皮,準備1盆醋水,將牛蒡用削鉛筆的方式削入醋水中浸泡。 3.將面食材料拌勻,攪拌的時候要用像切的方式,最好能留一些面粉不拌入。4.將醬汁拌勻后,煮開備用。5.把牛蒡撈起,瀝干水分,撒上少許低筋面粉,再和紅蘿卜、南瓜、地瓜、鴨兒芹混合,將面衣適量加入混合拌勻備用。6.起油鍋,燒熱至180,再用勺取適量的材料,放入油鍋中炸至酥脆。 7.撈起后,放入鋪有吸油紙的盤子中,將油瀝除,再擺入盤子中,旁邊準備適量的蘿卜泥,醬汁則盛入器皿中。吃的時候,
