2、系任教，副教授，碩士生導(dǎo)師。主要從事跨國經(jīng)營與跨文化管理人力資源管理、企業(yè)文化與服務(wù)管理等方面的研究。已在各類學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表論文11篇，其中在CSSCI檢索源期刊上發(fā)表5篇；在CSCD檢索源期刊上發(fā)表2篇。主編教材1部：實(shí)用商貿(mào)英語聽說教程；出版專著1部：多維視角的企業(yè)文化建構(gòu)與創(chuàng)新。獲國家社會(huì)科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)，省部級科研成果兩項(xiàng)。2002年開始從事研究生英語教學(xué)。講授的主要課程有：工商碩士研究生學(xué)位英語、英語聽說和經(jīng)貿(mào)資刊選讀等。二、預(yù)修課程  大學(xué)英語精讀、大學(xué)英語聽力三、課程簡介（300-500字） 工商管理碩士(MBA)學(xué)位是一種培養(yǎng)我國工商界、金融界應(yīng)用

3、型、綜合型高級管理人才的學(xué)位。工商管理碩士英語是工商管理碩士(MBA)位的必修課程，也是MBA整體教學(xué)體系中的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)。本課程教學(xué)旨在提高學(xué)員在實(shí)際工作情景中綜合運(yùn)用英語進(jìn)行交流的能力，能順利地閱讀本專業(yè)的英語材料，獲取所需信息，了解和熟悉當(dāng)代社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、管理和科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展的動(dòng)態(tài)，并能運(yùn)用英語進(jìn)行基本的商務(wù)活動(dòng)。通過本課程的學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)員能提高閱讀能力、商務(wù)寫作能力和翻譯能力，能聽懂本專業(yè)的英語學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告，并能就相關(guān)話題簡要發(fā)言。 四、教學(xué)目的與要求（300-500字）本課程的主要教學(xué)目的是幫助MBA學(xué)員熟練掌握英語的詞法、句法，提高學(xué)生的語篇理解能力，與此同時(shí)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的英語應(yīng)用能力，力求在聽說能

4、力方面取得突破。具體要求如下：(1)詞匯：理解性掌握5000個(gè)左右的常用單詞及詞組，復(fù)用式掌握2500個(gè)左右的基本詞，認(rèn)知120個(gè)左右的常用詞根和詞綴，并能根據(jù)基本的構(gòu)詞法識(shí)別派生詞，掌握本學(xué)科所需的常用的專業(yè)詞匯。   (2)語法：能較熟練地運(yùn)用語法知識(shí)，尤其是動(dòng)詞時(shí)態(tài)、語態(tài)和語氣，能理解常見的長難句。   (3)閱讀能力：能綜合運(yùn)用英語語言知識(shí)和各項(xiàng)閱讀技能，較順利地閱讀并正確理解一般性題材、語言難度中等的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料，閱讀速度達(dá)每分鐘60至70個(gè)詞；能夠理解文章中心思想及主要內(nèi)容，領(lǐng)會(huì)作者的意圖和態(tài)度；能順利閱讀本專業(yè)的英語資料

5、，速度每分鐘80至100個(gè)詞，理解正確。   (4)寫的能力：能運(yùn)用基本寫作技巧，按具體要求，在1小時(shí)內(nèi)寫出250至300個(gè)詞左右的短文，文字要切合主題，語義連貫，無重大語法錯(cuò)誤；能用英文書寫論文摘要、商務(wù)函電分析等，正確表達(dá)思想，條理清楚，文理通順，無重大語言錯(cuò)誤。   (5)譯的能力：能借助詞典，將本專業(yè)的資料進(jìn)行英漢、漢英互譯，英譯漢的速度達(dá)每小時(shí)350個(gè)英文詞，要求理解正確，譯文通順達(dá)意；漢譯英一般難度的材料，速度每小時(shí)250個(gè)左右漢字，要求譯文通順，用詞基本正確，無重大語言錯(cuò)誤。   (6)聽的能力：對題材熟悉、難度不大、基本上沒有生
