128、1施工圖紙: 表11 1.2主要標(biāo)準(zhǔn): 表12 1.3主要規(guī)范: 表13 4 1.4主要圖集: 表14 1.5本工程的施工組織設(shè)計(jì)。 5 2、工程概況 2.1總體概況 本工程擬建場地位于崇文區(qū)*園3號,北京教學(xué)*園內(nèi)東南角,西臨北京教學(xué)*園的草本區(qū),北臨北京教學(xué)*園的喬木區(qū),東側(cè)為46層居民樓,南側(cè)為南二環(huán)護(hù)城河。擬建*總建設(shè)用地129200m2,總建筑面積約40374.39 m2,其中地上23600.82 m2,地下16773.57 m2。地下二層部分連成整體,地上15層,呈花瓣?duì)罘譃槲鍌€(gè)獨(dú)立而又互相聯(lián)系的單體,頂標(biāo)高25.000m?;A(chǔ)為鋼筋混凝土梁板式伐板基礎(chǔ),上部結(jié)構(gòu)為鋼筋混凝土框架剪
129、力墻結(jié)構(gòu)。 2.2結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)概況 2.2.1建筑設(shè)計(jì)概況 6 2.2結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)概況 7 2.2.2鋼筋品種:HPB235、HRB335、HRB400。 2.2.3鋼筋型號:HPB235:6、8、10;HRB335:B 10、B 14、B 16、B 18、B 20、B 22、B 25 、B 28;HRB400:C 12、C 14、C 16、C 18、C 20、C 22、C 25。 2.2.4鋼筋連接:板墻、樓板鋼筋采用搭接連接;基礎(chǔ)底板、地梁及框架梁內(nèi)縱向受力鋼筋直徑16采用直螺紋連接,其余為搭接;框架柱、框架梁縱向受力鋼筋為直螺紋連接。 2.2.4本工程混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)體系和抗震等級見下表: 8 2.2
130、.5所用鋼筋規(guī)格見下表: 2.2.6鋼筋保護(hù)層厚度見下表: 9 3、施工部署 3.1施工段劃分 3.2人員安排 3.3鋼筋工程承包方式 3.4施工現(xiàn)場平面布置 鋼筋加工車間設(shè)在施工現(xiàn)場西南角,鋼筋半成品堆放于建筑物南北兩側(cè)約10m寬的范圍內(nèi),具體詳見附圖-1:基礎(chǔ)施工階段現(xiàn)場平面布置圖、附圖-2:主體結(jié)構(gòu)施工階段現(xiàn)場平面布置圖;相關(guān)二級配電箱布置到鋼筋加工場地,具體詳見附圖-3:臨時(shí)用電平面布置圖。 10 4.施工準(zhǔn)備 4.1技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備 組織有關(guān)技術(shù)人員熟悉審查圖紙、學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)規(guī)范、規(guī)程。并且施工前認(rèn)真查閱施工圖紙、方案、現(xiàn)行混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范,做到圖紙上的問題提前與設(shè)計(jì)聯(lián)系解決,配筋
131、與施工中重點(diǎn)突出,心中有數(shù)。不足的設(shè)備進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)后交材料組購買。 4.2測量準(zhǔn)備 根據(jù)平面控制網(wǎng),在防水保護(hù)層上放出軸線和基礎(chǔ)梁、墻、柱位置線;底板上層鋼筋綁扎完成后測量人員必須組織測放墻、柱插筋位置線(每跨至少兩點(diǎn),用紅油漆標(biāo)注)。 頂板混凝土澆筑完成支設(shè)豎向模板前,在板上放出該層平面控制軸線。待豎向鋼筋綁扎完成后,在每層豎向鋼筋上部標(biāo)出標(biāo)高控制點(diǎn)。 4.3原材采購與供應(yīng) 4.3.1鋼筋選用國家大型鋼廠的熱軋、HPB235、HRB335、HRB400級鋼筋,嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行IS09001:2000質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和相關(guān)程序文件要求。 4.3.2 鋼筋進(jìn)場時(shí),應(yīng)按現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)鋼筋混凝土用熱軋帶肋鋼筋GB 149
132、9等的規(guī)定抽取試件作力學(xué)性能檢驗(yàn),其質(zhì)量必須符合有關(guān)部門標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。 4.3.3進(jìn)場鋼筋按規(guī)格分別堆放整齊,堆放應(yīng)高于地面200的支撐架上,支架采用灰砂機(jī)磚砌筑240厚,間距1500mm并掛好標(biāo)識牌。 4.3.4當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)鋼筋脆斷、焊接性能不良或力學(xué)性能顯著不正常等現(xiàn)象時(shí),應(yīng)對該批鋼筋進(jìn)行化學(xué)成分檢驗(yàn)或其他專項(xiàng)檢驗(yàn)。 4.3.5滾壓直螺紋接頭的連接套采用優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼。 4.4鋼筋的試驗(yàn) 4.4.1鋼筋進(jìn)場后,由現(xiàn)場材料員進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收,且進(jìn)場后的鋼筋按批進(jìn)行檢查,驗(yàn)收。 4.4.2鋼筋進(jìn)場每批由同廠家、爐號、規(guī)格及交貨進(jìn)場時(shí)間為驗(yàn)收批。 4.4.3進(jìn)場鋼筋每種規(guī)格按不大于60T,取試件一組。 4.4.
133、4混合批必須按照含碳量0.02%和錳含量0.15%分開來做,鋼筋物理實(shí)驗(yàn)必須項(xiàng)目:彎曲、拉伸試驗(yàn)。 4.4.5工程中鋼筋有連接時(shí)必須先加工出試件,進(jìn)行伸拉、彎曲試驗(yàn)。按同一參數(shù),同一焊工及同類接頭300個(gè)成品接頭中抽取6組試件,其中3個(gè)進(jìn)行拉伸試驗(yàn),3個(gè)進(jìn)行彎曲試 11 驗(yàn)。 4.5直螺紋連接套筒 4.5.1連接套材料宜用性能不低于45號優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼或其它經(jīng)試驗(yàn)確認(rèn)符合要求的鋼材。連接套的屈服承載力和抗拉承載力應(yīng)不小于被連接鋼筋屈服承載力和抗拉承載力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值的1.1倍。接頭的性能應(yīng)符合鋼筋機(jī)械連接通用技術(shù)規(guī)程JGJ107級接頭性能的規(guī)定。 4.5.2對直接承受動(dòng)力荷載的結(jié)構(gòu),其接頭應(yīng)滿足設(shè)計(jì)要
134、求的抗疲勞性能。當(dāng)無專門要求時(shí),其疲勞性能應(yīng)符合鋼筋機(jī)械連接通用技術(shù)規(guī)程JGJ107的規(guī)定。 4.5.3按照施工的實(shí)際需要,連接套可以分為四種:用于一般連接鋼筋的部位的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型;用于不同鋼筋直徑的連接部位的異徑型;用于不能轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)鋼筋的連接部位的活連接型和有特殊要求需要特殊加工的特型。 4.5.4經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)合格的連接套,一端應(yīng)蓋好保護(hù)蓋,并有明顯的規(guī)格標(biāo)記。 4.5.5連接套進(jìn)場時(shí)應(yīng)有產(chǎn)品合格證。 4.5.6連接套不能帶有油脂等影響混凝土質(zhì)量的污物。 4.5.7連接套螺紋精度為6H級,并符合GB/T197普通螺紋公差與配合的規(guī)定。 4.6機(jī)具準(zhǔn)備 機(jī)具準(zhǔn)備見下表4-1 表4-1 12 4.7 勞動(dòng)力準(zhǔn)備
135、 4.8管理人員與勞務(wù)人員培訓(xùn) 項(xiàng)目技術(shù)部按規(guī)定對項(xiàng)目相關(guān)部門及勞務(wù)分包進(jìn)行方案、技術(shù)措施交底(包括文字和口頭),定期召開交底會,督促分包管理層向其鋼筋操作層進(jìn)行方案、措施交底,并由項(xiàng)目技術(shù)部和質(zhì)量部參加。 4.9施工手續(xù) 現(xiàn)場所有鋼筋工必須具備上崗證,焊工必須具備合格證(在有效期內(nèi))。鋼筋直螺紋加工操作的工人必須進(jìn)行技術(shù)培訓(xùn),經(jīng)考核合格后方可執(zhí)證上崗,未經(jīng)培訓(xùn)的人員嚴(yán)禁操作設(shè)備。 13 5、施工要點(diǎn) 5.1總體施工段劃分 5.2總體施工流程 進(jìn)場驗(yàn)收鋼筋放樣鋼筋加工綁扎前準(zhǔn)備鋼筋綁扎鋼筋驗(yàn)收 工序交接手續(xù) 5.3鋼筋加工 5.3.1鋼筋加工準(zhǔn)備 5.3.1.1節(jié)點(diǎn)放樣 :根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)施工圖,利用
136、計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)做好鋼筋節(jié)點(diǎn)放樣,主要包括梁、柱、墻、板鋼筋的錨固構(gòu)造;底板、梁柱等節(jié)點(diǎn)之間鋼筋的穿插順序;墻板節(jié)點(diǎn)部位配筋構(gòu)造;洞口加強(qiáng)筋的設(shè)置以及特殊構(gòu)造部位節(jié)點(diǎn)。節(jié)點(diǎn)放樣時(shí)分部位對各節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行編號,通過節(jié)點(diǎn)放樣進(jìn)一步熟悉圖紙,使一些特殊構(gòu)造部位變得清楚明了,重點(diǎn)突出,使鋼筋配料時(shí)不至于盲目無章。 14 5.3.1.2填寫配料單:根據(jù)配筋圖及節(jié)點(diǎn)大樣圖,先繪制各種形狀的單根鋼筋簡圖并編號,然后分別計(jì)算鋼筋下料長度和根數(shù),填寫配料單,配料單中標(biāo)明鋼筋部位。 5.3.1.3下料長度計(jì)算:鋼筋下料長度計(jì)算時(shí)考慮彎起鋼筋彎曲調(diào)正值的影響及彎鉤增加長度,確定鋼筋的下料長度,當(dāng)外型比較復(fù)雜,采用理論計(jì)算比
137、較困難時(shí),用放足尺(1:1)或放小樣(1:5)的辦法求鋼筋長度。 5.3.2 鋼筋加工工序 5.3.2.1鋼筋除銹:鋼筋生銹或染上油泥等污物,要用鋼絲刷進(jìn)行人工除銹,在除銹過程中如發(fā)現(xiàn)銹斑鱗落現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重,并已損傷鋼筋截面或除銹后發(fā)現(xiàn)鋼筋表面有嚴(yán)重的麻坑、斑點(diǎn)、傷蝕截面時(shí),該批鋼筋作退場處理,不得使用。 5.3.2.2鋼筋調(diào)直:盤條鋼筋在使用前經(jīng)過放盤、調(diào)直工序,非盤條鋼筋在軋制、運(yùn)輸、存放中所造成的彎折,使用前需進(jìn)行調(diào)直處理。 5.3.2.3鋼筋切斷:采用鋼筋切斷機(jī)進(jìn)行切斷加工,根據(jù)配料單復(fù)核鋼筋種類、直徑、尺寸、根數(shù),將同規(guī)格鋼筋根據(jù)不同長度進(jìn)行長短搭配,統(tǒng)籌排料,先斷長料后斷短料,以盡量減少
138、短頭,減少損耗,斷料時(shí)要避免用短尺量長料,防止在量料中產(chǎn)生累計(jì)誤差,可在工作臺上加尺寸刻度并加設(shè)控制斷料尺寸用的卡板,鋼筋的斷口要求不得有馬蹄形或起彎現(xiàn)象。 5.3.2.4彎曲成型:鋼筋成型,應(yīng)根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件配筋詳圖,結(jié)合對保護(hù)層厚度、接頭形式、彎鉤及彎折的彎曲直徑等要求,計(jì)算配筋的尺寸,繪制翻樣圖,才能進(jìn)行;彎曲成型時(shí),下料應(yīng)考慮彎曲調(diào)整值;調(diào)整值的大小取決于彎曲角度;鋼筋彎曲成型的形狀、尺寸以及安裝后的數(shù)量、錨固長度和接頭設(shè)置必須符合設(shè)計(jì)要求和施工規(guī)范的規(guī)定。 5.3.2.5試加工:所有鋼筋在大批量加工之前先進(jìn)行試加工,檢查鋼筋形狀、尺寸是否與配料單一致。并在加工過程中經(jīng)常核對。 5.3.3
139、鋼筋加工措施 5.3.3.1控制鋼筋下料成型。為保證下料和成型尺寸準(zhǔn)確,現(xiàn)場技術(shù)人員要進(jìn)行專項(xiàng)交底,并在加工場地派駐專人,對鋼筋加工成型質(zhì)量進(jìn)行監(jiān)督和檢查。 5.3.3.2鋼筋調(diào)直宜采用機(jī)械調(diào)直,也可采用冷拉方法,當(dāng)采用冷拉方法調(diào)直鋼筋時(shí),HPB235級鋼筋冷拉率不得大于4%,HRB335級、HRB400級鋼筋冷拉率不宜大于1%。采用冷拉方法調(diào)直施工時(shí)應(yīng)根據(jù)冷拉率計(jì)算出冷拉拉伸的長度,并用紅油漆劃出起始標(biāo)志線和終止標(biāo)志線。嚴(yán)禁超拉。 5.3.3.3箍筋加工。鋼筋末端彎鉤,其彎弧內(nèi)直徑D及平直段長度應(yīng)符合混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范(GB50204)第5.3.1條和5.3.2條規(guī)定。 15 5
140、.3.3.4箍筋平面無翹曲、扭曲變形,四角在同一平面。保證彎鉤135度,平直段長度不小于鋼筋直徑d的10倍(不宜大于10d+10mm,避免浪費(fèi)),且兩個(gè)彎鉤平直段相互平行。 5.3.3.5鋼筋加工施工時(shí)應(yīng)根據(jù)鋼筋直徑、彎鉤角度、弧內(nèi)直徑、平直段長度現(xiàn)場劃線、并采用不同直徑的軸心彎心模具(機(jī)械加工)和不同的扳手(手工加工)進(jìn)行加工質(zhì)量控制。并采用定型的模具檢查箍筋的加工質(zhì)量。 (6)成型鋼筋應(yīng)按指定地點(diǎn)用墊木墊放整齊,防止鋼筋變形、銹蝕、油污。 5.3.3.6箍筋檢查 箍筋加工完后,要求用“箍筋檢查模具”進(jìn)行檢查,確保加工出來的每個(gè)箍筋尺寸、彎鉤長度、角度符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 16 5.3.3.7直羅紋連
141、接接頭加工及質(zhì)量檢查 5.3.3.7.1操作工人應(yīng)參加技術(shù)規(guī)程培訓(xùn),考核合格后持證上崗。 5.3.3.7.2鋼筋應(yīng)先調(diào)直再用砂輪切割機(jī)下料,切口端面應(yīng)與鋼筋軸線垂直,不得有馬蹄形或翹曲。 5.3.3.7.3加工絲頭的牙形、螺距必須與連接套的牙形、螺距一致,牙頂寬度大于0.3p的不完整螺紋累計(jì)長度不得超過兩個(gè)螺紋周長;標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型接頭的絲頭有效螺紋長度應(yīng)不小于1/2連接套筒長度,且允許誤差為+2p,并用相應(yīng)的環(huán)通規(guī)和環(huán)止規(guī)對絲頭進(jìn)行檢測。 5.3.3.7.4鋼筋絲頭螺紋中徑公差應(yīng)滿足GB197/T普通螺紋公差與配合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中6f級精度要求。 5.3.3.7.5滾軋鋼筋直螺紋時(shí),應(yīng)采用水溶性切削潤滑液,當(dāng)氣
142、溫低于0°C時(shí),應(yīng)摻入15%-20%的亞硝酸鈉。不得用機(jī)油作切削潤滑液或不加潤滑液滾軋絲頭。 5.3.3.7.6操作人員應(yīng)檢查絲頭的質(zhì)量。 5.3.3.7.7經(jīng)自檢合格的絲頭,應(yīng)按附錄A要求對每種規(guī)格加工批量隨機(jī)抽查10%,且不得少于10個(gè),并按附表B填寫絲頭加工檢驗(yàn)記錄。如有一個(gè)絲頭不合格,即應(yīng)對該批全數(shù)檢查,不合格的絲頭應(yīng)重新加工,經(jīng)再次檢驗(yàn)合格后方可使用。 5.3.3.7.8加工完的接頭必須逐個(gè)檢查,已檢驗(yàn)合格的絲頭應(yīng)加以保護(hù),鋼筋一端絲頭應(yīng)戴上保護(hù)帽,另一端擰上連接套,并按規(guī)格分類堆放整齊待用,加工不合格的接頭應(yīng)重新加工,再次檢查合格方可進(jìn)行下步工序。 鋼筋滾壓直螺紋絲頭加工
143、檢驗(yàn)記錄表 注:1、按每批加工鋼筋直螺紋絲頭數(shù)的10%檢驗(yàn)。 2、羅紋長度、牙形、螺紋中徑合格的打“”否則打“×”。 檢查單位: 檢查人員: 檢驗(yàn)日期: 負(fù) 責(zé) 人: 17 5.4鋼筋的連(搭)接 本工程鋼筋砼框架柱、抗震墻、框架梁、基礎(chǔ)底板等部位主筋直徑22的均采用直羅紋連接,直徑22的鋼筋均采用綁扎搭接。同一連接區(qū)段內(nèi)受力鋼筋接頭百分率為:梁內(nèi)接頭不宜大于25%;墻、柱、板接頭不宜大于50%。兩連接區(qū)段中到中距離不應(yīng)小于:綁扎搭接時(shí) 1.3L1;機(jī)械連接時(shí)35d,且500mm。 5.4.1本工程鋼筋的錨固長度(La/LaE)和搭接長度(L1/L1E)當(dāng)圖紙未注明時(shí),按下表統(tǒng)一施工
144、: 鋼筋的錨固長度 鋼筋搭接長度(L1/L1E) 18 5.4.2鋼筋的直螺紋連接 5.4.2.1鋼筋連接時(shí),鋼筋的規(guī)格和連接套的規(guī)格應(yīng)一致,并確保絲頭和連接套的絲扣干凈、無損。 5.4.2.2采用預(yù)埋接頭時(shí),連接套的位置、規(guī)格和數(shù)量應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,帶連接套的鋼筋應(yīng)牢固,連接套的外露端應(yīng)有密封蓋。 5.4.2.3被連接的兩鋼筋端面應(yīng)頂緊,處于連接套的中間位置,偏差不大于1p(p為螺距),操作要點(diǎn):將絲頭檢驗(yàn)合格的鋼筋(絲扣干凈,完好無損)搬運(yùn)至待連接處。接頭的連接用力矩扳手施工。將兩個(gè)鋼筋絲頭在套筒中間位置相互頂緊,接頭擰緊力矩應(yīng)符合下表規(guī)定。力矩扳手的精度為±5%。 經(jīng)擰緊后的滾壓
145、直螺紋接頭應(yīng)做出標(biāo)記,與未擰緊的接頭分開。具體做法見下圖: 圖B1 圖B2 說明:圖B1為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型和 異型接頭,先用工作扳手將連接套與一端鋼筋擰到位,再將另一端鋼筋擰到位。 圖B2為活連接型接頭,先對兩端鋼筋向連接套方向加力,使連接套與兩端鋼筋絲頭掛上扣,然后旋轉(zhuǎn)連接套,并到位擰緊。 19 5.4.2.4接頭形式檢驗(yàn):鋼筋滾軋直螺紋接頭的形式檢驗(yàn)應(yīng)符合鋼筋機(jī)械連接通用技術(shù)規(guī)程JGJ107的規(guī)定。 5.4.3直螺紋接頭施工現(xiàn)場檢驗(yàn)與驗(yàn)收: 5.4.3.1工程中應(yīng)用鋼筋滾軋直螺紋連接,廠方負(fù)責(zé)提供有效的形式檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告。 5.4.3.2連接鋼筋時(shí),應(yīng)檢查連接套的出廠合格證,鋼筋絲頭加工檢驗(yàn)記錄。 5.4
146、.3.3鋼筋連接工程開始前和施工過程中,應(yīng)對每批進(jìn)場鋼筋和絲頭進(jìn)行工藝檢驗(yàn)。工藝合格應(yīng)符合下列要求:每種規(guī)格鋼筋的接頭試件不應(yīng)小于三根;對接頭試件的鋼筋母材進(jìn)行抗拉試驗(yàn);3根接頭試件的抗拉強(qiáng)度均應(yīng)滿足鋼筋機(jī)械連接通用技術(shù)規(guī)程JGJ107中級強(qiáng)度的規(guī)定,試件抗拉強(qiáng)度尚應(yīng)大于等于0.95倍鋼筋母材的實(shí)際抗拉強(qiáng)度。計(jì)算實(shí)際抗拉強(qiáng)度時(shí),應(yīng)采用鋼筋的實(shí)際橫截面積。 5.4.3.4隨機(jī)抽取同規(guī)格接頭數(shù)量的10%進(jìn)行外觀檢查,鋼筋與連接套規(guī)格一致,接頭外露完整絲扣不大于2扣,并按下表填寫檢查記錄。 鋼筋滾壓直螺紋接頭質(zhì)量檢查記錄 注:1、檢驗(yàn)結(jié)論:合格的打“”否則打“×”。 檢查單位: 檢查人員:
147、 檢驗(yàn)日期: 負(fù) 責(zé) 人: 5.4.3.5接頭的現(xiàn)場檢驗(yàn)按驗(yàn)收批進(jìn)行,同一施工條件下的同一驗(yàn)收批材料的同等級同規(guī)格接頭,以500個(gè)為一個(gè)驗(yàn)收批進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)與驗(yàn)收,不足500個(gè)也作為一個(gè)驗(yàn)收批。 5.4.3.6對接頭的每一驗(yàn)收批,應(yīng)在工程結(jié)構(gòu)中隨機(jī)截取3個(gè)試件做單向拉伸試驗(yàn),按設(shè)計(jì)要求的接頭性能等級進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)與評定,并按附表E填寫接頭拉伸試驗(yàn)報(bào)告。當(dāng)3個(gè)試件單向拉伸試驗(yàn)結(jié)果均符合鋼筋機(jī)械連接通用技術(shù)規(guī)程JGJ107中級的規(guī)定時(shí),該驗(yàn)收批評定為合格,如有一個(gè)試件的強(qiáng)度不符合要求,應(yīng)再取6個(gè)試件進(jìn)行復(fù)驗(yàn),復(fù)驗(yàn)中如仍有1個(gè)試件驗(yàn)收結(jié)果不符合要求,則該驗(yàn)收批評定為不合格。 20 5.4.3.7在現(xiàn)場連續(xù)檢驗(yàn)10個(gè)驗(yàn)收批,全部單向拉伸試件一次抽樣均合格時(shí),驗(yàn)收批接頭數(shù)量可以擴(kuò)大一倍。 5.3.4接頭位置:鋼筋的接頭位置應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)要求和施工規(guī)范的規(guī)定進(jìn)行布置。 5.3.
