Each dish should be comprised of five or more ingredients.Traditional Chinese Dish- Kung Pao ChickenTo make this dish you will need the following:Chicken (The best choice is chicken thigh.)a green on

3、ionfried peanutsgingergarlicred pepperssaltsugar soy sauce, cooking winevinegarSichuan peppercornsoilPeking Duck Ingredients: ducks cooked in an oven cucumber steamed rolls spring onions sweet bean sauceSweet and Sour Eggplant Ingredients: eggplant scallion garlic ginger soy sauce vinegar sugar cook

4、ing wine chicken powder saltChinese Hamburger Ingredients: bun juicy braised pork clovesChoose one dish from your list that everyone in your group likes. Find a list of its ingredients from a recipe or a product label.Kung Pao Chicken is made with chicken, peanuts, onions, red peppers, Sichuan peppe

5、rcorns, ginger garlic, oil, cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, vinegar etc.Peanuts are planted in Apil or May. It takes around 120 to 160 days for them to be ready for harvesting. This is usually done by hand. The farmer pulls the peanut plants out of the ground and leaves them in the field to dry. The

6、peanuts are then collected and separated from their vines. They are dried for some more time and then taken to the market for sale.Assign team members to research where and how each of these ingredients is produced.According to the different protective facilities, Red pepper can be divided into gree

7、nhouse cultivation in early spring and greenhouse cultivation in autumn. Early Spring Greenhouse cultivation, mid-December planting, beginning to harvest in mid-March. Last until late July; winter after autumn greenhouse cultivation, generally in mid-August seedlings, planting in mid-October, mid-Ja

8、nuary into the harvest phase, can last until mid-July.Work together to make a poster about your favourite dish. Each team member should explain where at least one ingredient comes from and how it is produced.1. Assign group members to prepare the following: a large and colourful drawing of the dish

By late June and early July, the tomatoes are ready for harvest. This is u

12、sually done by machine. After harvesting, the tomatoes are taken to a factory. They are cleaned. The peel is taken off and they are cut up. They are then put in cans which are sealed shut. 14、into small cubes.Preserve them in sauce B for 20 minutes.Step 2: Prepare the Chicken ThighCut the chili and green onion into small piecesCut the ginger as small as possibleStep 3: Cut the Ingredients Into Smaller Pieces1. Put the pan on fire2. Add some oil in it when the pan is heated3. Put the pres

15、erved chicken thigh in pan and fry it until the color of chicken change into white.4. Put the fried chicken into a bowl.Step 4: Pre-fry the Chicken ThighUse the oil left in pan to fry the chili in soft fire.Step 5: Fry the ChiliMix the cut ginger, green onion and the fried chicken cube in pan, fry them for 30 seconds.Step 6: Mix and Fry the IngredientsAdd sauce into the ingredients;Fry them until the sauce is almost evaporated
