40、inues to stre ngthening"four定兩點掛鉤無誤后起吊,翻身放于提前平整好并鋪設(shè)方木的場地,牛腿部位朝上放置。工人迅速清除預(yù)制柱下部底模板并打磨修補(bǔ)。翻身工作提前起吊就位工作一天(根據(jù)實際進(jìn)度,一天到兩天)進(jìn)行,要求拆模打磨工作迅速進(jìn)行,形成流水作業(yè),以最大限度的發(fā)揮大型吊裝設(shè)備的效能,減少臺班費用。對于需要花較多時間處理的表面缺陷,待后期墻體封閉和抹灰施工過程中再行處理。預(yù)制柱倒運(yùn)擺放采取盡量靠近近就位軸線的原則,同時預(yù)留起重機(jī)進(jìn)出和停放場地通道。根據(jù)現(xiàn)場場地情況,在吊裝前一次性全部完成翻身和倒運(yùn),故在起吊就位過程中,倒運(yùn)合適編號的柱至25 噸汽車吊工況范圍內(nèi)
41、的場地放置。3.2.2 起吊: 預(yù)制柱起吊使用25 噸汽車吊,工況選用工作半徑 8 米,主臂長度25.7 米,額定起吊能力12.5 噸,符合性能要求。柱子吊點位置設(shè)置在牛腿以下500mm勺位置,選用正扣綁扎,慢速起吊,待吊繩繃緊后暫停上升,及時檢查鋼絲繩綁扎的可靠情況,防止脫扣、纏繞。為控制起吊就位時不來回擺動,在柱子下部拴好溜繩,檢查各部連接情況,無誤后方可起吊。3.2.3 就位并校正定位:柱子吊起距地500mmM稍停穩(wěn)定,按照信號員指揮,將柱子吊運(yùn)到相應(yīng)的杯口位置就位。就位時,以正確的方向緩慢降落到杯口基礎(chǔ)底的正上方2 厘米左右,停住,仔細(xì)核對柱子的編號和基礎(chǔ)對應(yīng)情況,確保一一fback

47、下垂直,校正軸線時先找好兩個 面上的軸線,然后再對準(zhǔn)第三個面上的軸線,最后使柱子三 個面上的軸線或中線對準(zhǔn)定位軸線。已經(jīng)就位好的柱子,吊 車卸力(暫時不脫鉤),認(rèn)真用經(jīng)緯儀校準(zhǔn)軸線位置及垂直 度,確認(rèn)不超生偏差,檢查木楔子,確保都已充分受力,立 即進(jìn)行杯口的灌漿作業(yè)灌漿頂標(biāo)高到鐵楔子底部,并解除柱 子上方的鋼絲繩進(jìn)行下一根柱子的吊裝。若由現(xiàn)偏差,則微 調(diào)鋼楔子位置,直至達(dá)到設(shè)計和規(guī)范要求。在灌漿強(qiáng)度達(dá)到 設(shè)計強(qiáng)度的80%寸,將鐵楔子拔生,進(jìn)行第二次灌漿至杯口 上平。3.2.4 柱與柱間連接:柱就位校正完成兩棵后,便開始焊接 柱間支撐(設(shè)計無柱間支撐的在牛腿頂面上焊接吊車梁或者 臨時連接,臨時連
