1、“寶光”真空滅弧室固封極柱安裝使用說(shuō)明書(shū)1. 概述1.1 固封極柱固封極柱就是利用固體絕緣介質(zhì)將斷路器的一次導(dǎo)電部分(真空滅弧室與上下出線(xiàn)端等載流元件)全部密封成一體, 使真空滅弧室的絕緣狀態(tài)完全不受外界環(huán)境的影響, 提高了耐環(huán)境性。 固體絕緣既是一次部分的主絕緣,又是它的機(jī)械支撐,其電場(chǎng)分布優(yōu)于各種形狀的絕緣隔板結(jié)構(gòu)。2 正常使用條件a) 周?chē)諝鉁囟龋荷舷?+40 下限 -25 (戶(hù)內(nèi));-40 (戶(hù)外)b) 海拔 1000m及以下(如有更高需求,則另行商議)c) 濕度:在 24 小時(shí)內(nèi)測(cè)得的相對(duì)濕度的平均值不超過(guò)95%;在 24 小時(shí)內(nèi)測(cè)得的水蒸氣壓力的平均值不超過(guò)2.2kPa ;月相對(duì)
2、濕度的平均值不超過(guò)90%;月水蒸氣壓力的平均值不超過(guò)1.8 kPa。d)周?chē)諝猸h(huán)境應(yīng)不受腐蝕性或可燃性氣體,水蒸氣等明顯污染。e)無(wú)嚴(yán)重污穢及經(jīng)常性劇烈振動(dòng)。3. 參數(shù) :見(jiàn)各具體產(chǎn)品參數(shù)表。4 結(jié)構(gòu)與工作原理4.1結(jié)構(gòu)固封極柱是將外包覆硅橡膠的真空滅弧室、一次導(dǎo)電的上出線(xiàn)、軟連接或滑動(dòng)導(dǎo)電塊、絕緣拉桿(如需要)等零部件,用環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂一體固化而成。其中真空滅弧室內(nèi)設(shè)一對(duì)特殊結(jié)構(gòu)的觸頭(電極),動(dòng)導(dǎo)電桿與動(dòng)端觸頭相連并穿過(guò)不銹鋼波紋管和導(dǎo)向套,從滅弧室的動(dòng)端伸出,伸出端設(shè)有與絕緣拉桿相連的內(nèi)螺紋孔;靜導(dǎo)電桿與靜端觸頭相連并穿過(guò)靜蓋板,與上出線(xiàn)緊密連接。動(dòng)、靜觸頭周?chē)枪潭ㄔ谔沾赏鈿ど嫌脕?lái)屏蔽電弧
3、的屏蔽筒。滅弧室內(nèi)裝有吸氣劑,用以吸收滅弧室在壽命期內(nèi)的殘余氣體。4.2工作原理電流通過(guò)固封極柱的上下引出線(xiàn),流經(jīng)真空滅弧室的動(dòng)、靜觸頭,當(dāng)操動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)通過(guò)絕緣拉桿控制動(dòng)、靜觸頭分離時(shí), 觸頭間產(chǎn)生真空電?。ㄕ婵諟缁∈覂?nèi)部的高真空狀態(tài)是固封極柱帶電工作時(shí)的絕緣介質(zhì)和滅弧介質(zhì)),并在電流過(guò)零時(shí)熄滅。由于電極系統(tǒng)采用的特殊結(jié)構(gòu),電弧電流在弧區(qū)產(chǎn)生較強(qiáng)的磁場(chǎng),通過(guò)磁場(chǎng)力對(duì)電弧的控制作用,使觸頭表面避免了局部被劇烈加熱,提高了滅弧室弧后介質(zhì)強(qiáng)度的恢復(fù)速度,從而保證滅弧室具有較強(qiáng)的開(kāi)斷、關(guān)合短路電流的能力和較長(zhǎng)的電壽命,另外, 燃弧過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的金屬蒸汽被屏蔽筒內(nèi)表面所冷凝,產(chǎn)生的少量氣體一部分為金屬表面所吸
4、收,一部分被吸氣劑所吸收,使滅弧室內(nèi)保持高的真空度。固封極柱的環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂既可以保證承受工作電壓,保證固封極柱的外部絕緣水平,同時(shí)還可以還起到結(jié)構(gòu)支撐的作用,承受短路電流產(chǎn)生的電動(dòng)力。5 使用方法和注意事項(xiàng)5.1使用前的檢查5.1.1外觀(guān)檢查固封極柱各部位不應(yīng)有機(jī)械損傷、變形。與機(jī)構(gòu)相連接的零部件,外形尺寸,安裝尺寸應(yīng)符合外形圖要求。5.1.2工頻耐壓檢查檢查前用干布或酒精潤(rùn)濕的擦布,清潔固封極柱表面。將固封極柱的觸頭拉開(kāi)至額定開(kāi)距,在上下引出線(xiàn)端面施加額定工頻耐受電壓,測(cè)試電壓符合參數(shù)表規(guī)定。測(cè)試規(guī)范為: 在額定開(kāi)距時(shí),施加額定工頻耐受電壓的 70%,穩(wěn)定一分鐘,然后在一分鐘內(nèi)升至額定工頻耐受電
5、壓,保持一分鐘無(wú)指示儀表指針突變及跳閘現(xiàn)象即為合格。5.2固封極柱產(chǎn)品的安裝5.2.1固封極柱在安裝之前用干凈的棉紗或綢布把環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂表面擦干凈。并用棉紗蘸少許有機(jī)溶劑擦去上下引出線(xiàn)端面的臟物,使其有良好的電接觸。將固封極柱安裝好后, 仔細(xì)檢查各螺釘、螺母的緊固狀況,并用棉紗擦去固封極柱表面的臟物,然后仔細(xì)調(diào)整斷路器,使斷路器的開(kāi)距和超程調(diào)到規(guī)定的范圍,手動(dòng)操作幾次,再進(jìn)行電動(dòng)操作,進(jìn)行空載操作數(shù)十次后,測(cè)試其機(jī)械參數(shù),應(yīng)滿(mǎn)足固封極柱及整機(jī)的要求。5.3 安裝中的注意事項(xiàng)5.3.1安裝過(guò)程中,固封極柱的外殼不應(yīng)受到超過(guò)5000N 的縱向壓力,也不應(yīng)受到明顯的拉應(yīng)力和橫向應(yīng)力。5.3.2檢查、 安
6、裝和調(diào)整固封極柱過(guò)程中,要特別注意絕緣拉桿對(duì)固封極柱的同軸度要求。波紋管不受扭力作用。5.3.3嚴(yán)禁用堅(jiān)硬的物體 ( 如工具 ) 撞擊固封極柱外殼。5.4使用使用中應(yīng)定期用工頻耐壓法檢查固封極柱產(chǎn)品的耐壓水平,在額定值下 1min 工頻耐壓檢查不應(yīng)出現(xiàn)持續(xù)性放電,否則應(yīng)更換固封極柱產(chǎn)品。6 附件和包裝運(yùn)輸6.1包裝箱內(nèi)應(yīng)附有的技術(shù)文件a)安裝使用說(shuō)明書(shū)一份。b)產(chǎn)品合格證一份。6.2包裝及運(yùn)輸固封極柱包裝方法按照本公司相關(guān)包裝文件執(zhí)行。運(yùn)輸應(yīng)防震、小心、輕放。固封極柱貯存在干燥、通風(fēng)、無(wú)腐蝕性氣氛的室內(nèi)。7 驗(yàn)收7.1檢查固封極柱包裝箱是否完好,有無(wú)損傷現(xiàn)象。7.2檢查包裝箱內(nèi)是否有產(chǎn)品合格證
7、和安裝使用說(shuō)明書(shū)。7.3檢查固封極柱型號(hào)是否相符,并按本說(shuō)明書(shū)6.1 條的規(guī)定對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行檢查。7.4固封極柱在規(guī)定的貯存環(huán)境條件下,發(fā)生質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,又確屬制造廠(chǎng)的原因時(shí),制造廠(chǎng)應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)退換。Installation and Operation Instruction for Embedded Pole of "BAOGUANG" Brand Vacuum Interrupter1. General Description 1.1 Embedded PoleThe embedded pole is a solid unit in which the primary conduct
8、ing part of vacuum circuit breaker(vacuum interrupter,main circuitconductivecomponents such as upper/lowerterminal)is capsulatedintoan integratedunitbyusingepoxyresinwhichmakes theinsulationconditionofvacuuminterrupter against from impact by exterior environment. The solid insulation is not only the
9、 maininsulationofprimaryconductingpartbutalsoitsmechanicalsupport.Itselectricfielddistribution is better than that of various insulation partition.2. Normal service conditions a) Ambient temperature:Upper limit: +40.Lower limit: -25( indoor ); -40 ( outdoor )b) The elevation should be no higher than
10、 1000m.( consultation is needed if thereis any higherrequirement) .c) Relative Humidity:d) Ambient air condition should be free from corrosive or flammable gas, water vapor etc.e) No serious pollution and frequent severe vibration.4. Structure and Working Principle 4.1 StructureEmbeddedpole ismadeby
11、 solidifyingthesiliconrubber outside the vacuum interrupter,upperterminalof primary conducting part, flexible connection or sliding conducting block, insulating pull rodas a whole with epoxy resin. In the vacuum interrupter, there is a pair of contacts with specialstructure.Moving conductingrod isco
12、nnectedwith moving contactand extended frommovingterminalvia stainless steel bellow and guiding bushing. At the extended part there is inner hole of screwthread which isconnected withinsulatingrod.Fixed conductingrod is connected with fixedcontactand upper terminal via the fixed cover board. The shi
13、elding tube is fixed on the ceramic enclosuresurrounding the moving and fixed contacts. The getter in vacuum interrupter is used to absorb theresidual gas of interrupter during its life.4.2 Working PrincipleThe current flows through the moving and fixed contacts via upper and lower terminal of embed
14、dedpole. Vacuum arc appears between contacts and disappeared at zero current when moving contact isseparatedfromfixedcontactby insulatingrodof operatingmechanism. Due to thespecialstructureof electrodesystem,arccurrentcan cause highermagneticfieldat arc area which can preventcontactsurface from bein
15、g locally heated and increase recovery speed of post-arc electric strength so asto ensure theinterrupterwithstrong abilityofbreakingand making shortcircuitcurrentand longerelectrical endurance. Furthermore, the metalvapor which produced during arcing has beencondensedby innersurfaceof shieldingtube.
16、Part ofsmallamounts ofthegas has been absorbedby metalsurfaceand part of them has been absorbed by getter so as to maintain high vacuum degree in the vacuuminterrupter. Epoxy resin not only can ensure the embedded pole to withstand working voltage andkeep itsexternalinsulatinglevel.but alsocan act a
17、s insulatingsupportto withstandelectrodynamicforce caused by short circuit current.5. Application and Matters Need Attention 5.1 Inspection before putting into useEach part of embedded pole must be free from deformation and mechanical damage. Outline and installation dimensions of the parts which co
18、nnected with mechanism should meet the requirement of outline drawing.Clean the surface of embedded pole with dry cloth or alcohol damped cloth before testing. Open the contacts of embedded pole to the rated clearance between open contacts then apply power frequency withstand voltage on both end sur
19、faces of upper and lower terminals. Testing voltage should be accordance with the data specified in parameter list. The normal way for testing is as follows: Atthe rated clearance between open contacts, apply with 70 percent of rated power frequency withstand voltage and keeping for 1 min. And then
20、increase it to the rated power frequency withstand voltage within 1 min. The embedded pole will be qualified if there is no sudden change and trip phenomena on the pointer of indicator meter within 1 min.5.2 Installation of embedded poleinstallation.Wipe offthe dirton the end surfaceof upper/lowerte
21、rminalso thatithas good electriccontact.After dozens of no-load operation, test its mechanical parameter to meet the requirement of embedded pole and breaker.5.3 Matters need attention during installation During checking, installing and adjusting the embedded pole, pay more attention to the axiality of insulating pull rod to embedded pole. Twisting force is unacted on bellow .5.4 OperationCheck the level of withstand voltage of embedded pole by testing of power-frequency withstand voltage regularly during operation. Continuous discharge should not appear during testing of 1 min power fre
