27、劑。(2)結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)構(gòu)已優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，能將七氟丙烷滅火劑充分霧化均勻噴灑，材質(zhì)為銅合金。6.安裝、調(diào)試6.1 安裝6.1.1 準(zhǔn)備工作安裝前應(yīng)先確定滅火裝置的放置方位，原則是應(yīng)方便安裝、維護(hù)，必要時(shí)應(yīng)校核地板的荷載。6.1.2 安裝柜體注意要把電氣控制線經(jīng)柜體下部或上部的小孔穿入柜體，并應(yīng)使用防護(hù)套管以免損傷 絕緣導(dǎo)線。柜體內(nèi)底板的四角均設(shè)有調(diào)整螺栓，用于調(diào)整柜體水平穩(wěn)固地放置于地板上。 6.1.3儲(chǔ)存裝置安裝先把出口彎頭緊固在容器閥的出口上，并使彎頭的出口垂直向上。然后小心把儲(chǔ)存裝 EA ofcn - n P r 。n -d m - cnStuctonad a, -P- pro. y adm i

32、瓶卡在柜體上的。6.2調(diào)試6.2.1 儲(chǔ)存壓力檢查儲(chǔ)存裝置出廠前已把壓力表開(kāi)關(guān)關(guān)閉，壓力表應(yīng)無(wú)壓力顯示。如圖所示用扳手逆時(shí)針 松開(kāi)12圈，壓力表馬上顯示儲(chǔ)存壓力，指針應(yīng)處于表盤(pán)的綠區(qū)。安裝定位后，壓力表開(kāi) 關(guān)無(wú)須關(guān)上。調(diào)整壓力表使指針正對(duì)上方。6.2.2 電磁鐵動(dòng)作檢查在試驗(yàn)電磁鐵的動(dòng)作性能時(shí)，應(yīng)小心從容器閥上卸下電磁鐵，此時(shí)鐵芯便因失去支撐 而下落，此狀態(tài)下鐵芯已是處于動(dòng)作位置。因此試驗(yàn)電磁鐵時(shí)，應(yīng)倒置電磁鐵以使鐵芯復(fù) 位，然后平放電磁鐵，再向電磁鐵里插入一個(gè)作位置參考的小棒，向電磁鐵接通不低于18V 的直流電（容量不小于1.5A）,鐵芯將馬上推動(dòng)小棒沖出電磁鐵。使用小棒還可以測(cè)量鐵芯 的行

38、6.2.3 安全檔片安全檔片是為了防止在運(yùn)輸、安裝、調(diào)試過(guò)程中因碰撞、震動(dòng)使閘刀誤動(dòng)作。在完成 電磁鐵的動(dòng)作試驗(yàn)并把電磁鐵歸位后、投入使用前，必須卸下檔片，再緊固電磁鐵的四個(gè) 固定螺釘，否則容器閥將不能打開(kāi)。檔片可放在柜內(nèi)一邊，以便移動(dòng)瓶組時(shí)重新裝上。6.2.4 噴放反饋信號(hào)試驗(yàn)壓力信號(hào)器的兩條引線不分極性，短接即可模擬噴放反饋信號(hào)。7.操作、維護(hù)7.1 操作柜式七氟丙烷滅火系統(tǒng)具有自動(dòng)、手動(dòng)二種啟動(dòng)方式。7.1.1 自動(dòng)狀態(tài)下，若防護(hù)區(qū)發(fā)生有煙霧（或溫度上升），該防護(hù)區(qū)的感煙（或感溫）火災(zāi) 探測(cè)器動(dòng)作并向氣體滅火控制器送入一個(gè)單一火警信號(hào)，氣體滅火控制器即進(jìn)入單一火警 狀態(tài)，同時(shí)驅(qū)動(dòng)消防警鈴

39、（或聲光報(bào)警器）發(fā)出單一火災(zāi)報(bào)警信號(hào)，此時(shí)不會(huì)發(fā)出啟動(dòng)滅火系 統(tǒng)的控制信號(hào)。隨著該防護(hù)區(qū)火災(zāi)的蔓延，溫度持續(xù)上升（或煙霧增大），另一回路的感溫（或感煙）火災(zāi)探測(cè)器動(dòng)作，向氣體滅火控制器送入另一個(gè)單一火警信號(hào)，氣體滅火控制器立即確認(rèn)發(fā)生火災(zāi)，同時(shí)發(fā)出復(fù)合火災(zāi)報(bào)警信號(hào)及聯(lián)動(dòng)信號(hào)（關(guān)閉空調(diào)、送排風(fēng)裝置和 防火閥、防火門(mén)、防火卷簾等）。經(jīng)過(guò)30秒時(shí)間的延時(shí)，氣體滅火控制器輸出信號(hào)啟動(dòng)滅火裝置，滅火劑施放到該防護(hù)區(qū)實(shí)施滅火。氣體滅火控制器接收到壓力信號(hào)器的反饋信號(hào) 后顯亮防護(hù)區(qū)門(mén)外的放氣指示燈，提醒工作人員在通風(fēng)排氣前不要進(jìn)入。5.1.2手動(dòng)狀態(tài)下，氣體滅火控制器在火災(zāi)發(fā)生時(shí)只發(fā)出火災(zāi)報(bào)警信號(hào)而不發(fā)出聯(lián)
