1、十四條業(yè)務(wù)原則1. 客戶利益永遠(yuǎn)至上。我們的經(jīng)驗表明,只要對客戶盡心服務(wù),成功就會隨之而來。2. 我們最重要的三大財富是員工、資本和聲譽。如三者之中任何一項遭到損害,最難重建的是聲譽。我們不僅致力于從字面上,更從實質(zhì)上完全遵循約束我們的法律、規(guī)章和職業(yè)道德準(zhǔn)則。持續(xù)的成功有賴于堅定地遵守這一原則。3. 我們的目標(biāo)是為股東帶來優(yōu)越的回報,而盈利則是我們實現(xiàn)優(yōu)越回報、充實資本、延攬和保留最優(yōu)秀人才的關(guān)鍵。員工大量持股可以使員工與股東的利益協(xié)調(diào)一致。4. 我們?yōu)樽约旱膶I(yè)素質(zhì)感到自豪。對于所從事的一切工作,我們都憑著最堅定的決心去追求卓越。盡管我們的業(yè)務(wù)活動量大而且覆蓋面廣,但如果我們必須在質(zhì)與量之
