同異頻切換的參數(shù)配置

1、同異頻切換的參數(shù)配置A1事件：事件進(jìn)入條件：Ms - Hys > Thresh停止異頻測量門限：Threshold th2a for RSRP(Threshold2a) A1遲滯：Related hysteresis of threshold th2a for RSRP (hys threshold2a)服務(wù)小區(qū)的RSRP- hys threshold2a >Threshold2a，且保持時(shí)間超過a1TimeToTriggerDeactInterMeas 的設(shè)置時(shí)間，則停止異頻測量。A2事件：啟動同頻測量門限threshold1 事件進(jìn)入條件：Ms + Hys < Thres
