4、ovided by the seller: 1) 已裝運清潔提單，空白抬頭，空白背書，注明“運費已付”并通知目的港的- (三份正本三份副本)。Three(3) originals and three(3) copies of clean on board Ocean Bill of Lading marked “freight prepaid” and made out to order, blank endorsed and notifying -at the port of destination;2) 合同總額100%的商業(yè)發(fā)票正本三份副本三份，并注明合同號、載貨船名；Three (3)

5、 originals and three (3) copies of Commercial Invoice covering 100% of the total contract value, also indicating Contract No., name of carrying vessel。3) 裝箱單正本三份副本三份；Three (3) originals and three (3) copies of detailed Packing Lists.4) 質(zhì)量數(shù)量證明書兩份;Two copies of Certificate of Quality and Quantity Cert

6、ificate;5) 由賣方出具的IPPC熏蒸標(biāo)志已刷在木質(zhì)包裝的3個面上的聲明或無木質(zhì)包裝材料的聲明正本一份副本三份；One (1) original and three (3) copies of Statement/Certification to state that IPPC mark has been stamped on three (3) sides of all packages or non-wooden packing declaration issued by Seller. 6) 發(fā)運后傳真給買方的明細(xì)發(fā)運通知一份，注明發(fā)運日期，航班號，預(yù)計到貨日期，提單號，包裝尺寸
