Then answer some questions, and have a short discussion.一般說來,“老師概念之形成經(jīng)歷了非常漫長(zhǎng)的歷史。楊士勛唐初學(xué)者,四門博士?春秋谷梁傳疏?曰:“師者教人以不及,故謂師為師資也。這兒的“師資,其實(shí)就是先秦而后歷代對(duì)老師的別稱之一。?韓非子?也有云:“今有不才之子師長(zhǎng)教之弗為變其“師長(zhǎng)當(dāng)然也指老師。這兒的“師資和“師長(zhǎng)可稱為“老師概念的雛形,但

If need, give them some time to talk about the ghost.Think about the questions they want to know about the story.“師之概念,大體是從先秦時(shí)期的“師長(zhǎng)、師傅、先生而來。其中“師傅更早那么意指春秋時(shí)國(guó)君的老師。?說文解字?中有注曰:“師教人以道者之稱也?!皫熤x,如今泛指從事教育工作或是傳授知識(shí)技術(shù)也或是某方面有特長(zhǎng)值得學(xué)習(xí)者?!袄蠋煹脑獠⒎怯伞袄隙稳荨皫??!袄?/p>
10、在舊語義中也是一種尊稱,隱喻年長(zhǎng)且學(xué)識(shí)淵博者?!袄稀皫熯B用最初見于?史記?,有“荀卿最為老師之說法。漸漸“老師之說也不再有年齡的限制,老少皆可適用。只是司馬遷筆下的“老師當(dāng)然不是今日意義上的“老師,其只是“老和“師的復(fù)合構(gòu)詞,所表達(dá)的含義多指對(duì)知識(shí)淵博者的一種尊稱,雖能從其身上學(xué)以“道,但其不一定是知識(shí)的傳播者。今天看來,“老師的必要條件不光是擁有知識(shí),更重于傳播知識(shí)。Go skimming the story.單靠“死記還不行,還得“活用,姑且稱之為“先死后活吧。讓學(xué)生把一周看到或聽到的新穎事記下來,摒棄那些假話套話空話,寫出自己的真情實(shí)感,篇幅可長(zhǎng)可短,并要求運(yùn)用積累的成語、名言警句等,定
11、期檢查點(diǎn)評(píng),選擇優(yōu)秀篇目在班里朗讀或展出。這樣,即穩(wěn)固了所學(xué)的材料,又鍛煉了學(xué)生的寫作才能,同時(shí)還培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生的觀察才能、思維才能等等,到達(dá)“一石多鳥的效果。Listen to the tape.Go scanning the story.唐宋或更早之前,針對(duì)“經(jīng)學(xué)“律學(xué)“算學(xué)和“書學(xué)各科目,其相應(yīng)傳授者稱為“博士,這與當(dāng)今“博士含義已經(jīng)相去甚遠(yuǎn)。而對(duì)那些特別講授“武事或講解“經(jīng)籍者,又稱“講師?!敖淌诤汀爸叹瓰閷W(xué)官稱謂。前者始于宋,乃“宗學(xué)“律學(xué)“醫(yī)學(xué)“武學(xué)等科目的講授者;而后者那么于西晉武帝時(shí)代即已設(shè)立了,主要協(xié)助國(guó)子、博士培養(yǎng)生徒?!爸淘诠糯粌H要作入流的學(xué)問,其教書育人的職責(zé)也十清楚晰。唐代國(guó)子學(xué)、太學(xué)等所設(shè)之“助教一席,也是當(dāng)朝打眼的學(xué)官。至明清兩代,只設(shè)國(guó)子監(jiān)國(guó)子學(xué)一科的“助教,其身價(jià)不謂顯赫,也稱得上朝廷要員。至此,無論是“博士“講師,還是“教授“助教,其今日老師應(yīng)具有的根本概念都具有了。Read the story.
