1、英語考試說明(2019)本考試說明是以義務(wù)教育英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(2011 年版) (以下簡稱英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn))為依據(jù),結(jié)合我市初中英語教學(xué)的實際情況而制定的。本說明旨在使英語學(xué)科學(xué)業(yè)考試科學(xué)全面地考查學(xué)生在經(jīng)過初中階段學(xué)習(xí)后所具有的真實語言水平,以便進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)初中英 語教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提高。一、命題原則1. 命題應(yīng)嚴(yán)格遵循英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所規(guī)定的九年級結(jié)束時應(yīng)達(dá)到的五級目標(biāo)的基本要求來確定考查內(nèi)容與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。2. 命題應(yīng)充分體現(xiàn)學(xué)生在評價中的主體地位。試題的命制要以學(xué)生為中心,切實體現(xiàn)素質(zhì)教育面向全體的要求。命題立足基礎(chǔ),難易適中,充分考慮到各個層面學(xué)生的水平狀況。同時所選用的語言素材應(yīng)盡量貼近學(xué)生生活,盡可能避免
2、生僻的詞匯,不出繁、偏、舊及過難的試題。3. 命題應(yīng)以考查學(xué)生能力為目標(biāo)。注重考查學(xué)生綜合語言環(huán)境的設(shè)置,全面考查學(xué)生的聽、說、讀、寫四項基本技能,控制純知識性測試題和單一語法測試題。4. 命題應(yīng)堅持科學(xué)性和指導(dǎo)性原則。試題結(jié)構(gòu)、選材、題目表述、問題設(shè)置等應(yīng)盡量做到科學(xué)、合理、規(guī)范。正確發(fā)揮評價對初中英語教學(xué)的導(dǎo)向作用,命題應(yīng)努力做到有利于激發(fā)和培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣,有利于幫助學(xué)生建立學(xué)習(xí)英語的成就感和自信心,有 利于引導(dǎo)教師改進(jìn)教學(xué),讓學(xué)生學(xué)會學(xué)習(xí),有利于綜合評價學(xué)生的英語學(xué)習(xí)狀況。二、考試范圍要求考生能掌握初中階段所學(xué)的語法知識(見附錄);學(xué)會使用 15001600個單詞和200300個
3、習(xí)慣用語或固定搭配;能夠圍繞義務(wù)教育英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(2011年版)五級所列話題,恰當(dāng)理解與運用相關(guān)的語言表達(dá)形式;能夠在所給情景中恰當(dāng)理解和運用義務(wù) 教育英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(2011 年版 )五級所列功能意念的語言表達(dá)形式。三、考試內(nèi)容及要求(一)聽力1. 考查學(xué)生理解和獲取信息的能力,以及對信息進(jìn)行判斷、歸納、綜合的能力??忌鷳?yīng)能:(1) 根據(jù)語調(diào)和重音理解說話者的意圖;(2) 聽懂有關(guān)熟悉話題的談話,并從中提取信息和觀點;(3) 借助語境克服生詞障礙,理解大意;(4) 聽懂接近正常語速的故事和敘述,理解故事的因果關(guān)系;(5) 針對所聽對話或語段的內(nèi)容,記錄簡單信息。2. 閱讀考查學(xué)生能夠理解常見體
4、裁的真實語言材料( 生詞率不超過3%)和獲取信息、處理信息的能力,閱讀速度為每分鐘5070詞??忌鷳?yīng)能:(1) 找出文章中的主題,理解故事的情節(jié),預(yù)測故事情節(jié)的發(fā)展和可能的結(jié)局;(2) 根據(jù)不同的閱讀目的運用簡單的閱讀策略獲取信息;(3) 根據(jù)上下文和構(gòu)詞法推斷、理解生詞的含義;(4) 理解段落中各句子之間的邏輯關(guān)系;(5) 做出簡單的判斷和基本的推理;(6) 理解作者的基本意圖和態(tài)度。3. 寫 考查學(xué)生根據(jù)圖示、表格以及文字等信息提示,按要求用英語表達(dá)真實思想的能力。所寫內(nèi)容要中心突出,語義連貫,層次清晰,書寫規(guī)范??忌鷳?yīng)能:(1) 運用所學(xué)詞匯、語法和句型進(jìn)行句子翻譯;(2) 根據(jù)寫作要求
5、選擇素材;(3) 能使用常見的連接詞表示順序和邏輯關(guān)系;(4) 簡單描述人物或事件,發(fā)表自己的意見、觀點,表達(dá)個人情感與思想;(5) 根據(jù)所給圖示或表格等信息提示寫出簡單的段落或操作說明;(6) 正確、規(guī)范、清楚地書寫英語詞語和句子,并注意詞的大小寫、詞距、標(biāo)點等。四、考試形式、試卷結(jié)構(gòu)、試題題型及分?jǐn)?shù)分配考試分為聽力與筆試兩部分,其中聽力考試單獨進(jìn)行。(一)聽力考試具體辦法:1. 考試形式:考試采取閉卷,書面作答方式,時間為30 分鐘,滿分30 分。2. 評價方式:分及格與不及格兩個等級。及格分?jǐn)?shù)為18 分, 18 分以下為不及格。聽力成績不計入試卷總分,但可作為高中階段學(xué)校招生的參考依據(jù)。
6、3. 試題題型及分?jǐn)?shù)分配I. 聽錄音,按要求完成任務(wù)(15 分,每小題1 分)(A)聽錄音選圖片、聽錄音選應(yīng)答語或情景反應(yīng)(錄音播放一遍)(B)聽短對話,回答問題(問題給出,錄音播放一遍)(C)聽長對話,回答問題(問題給出,錄音播放一遍)II. 聽短文,按要求完成任務(wù)(共15 分)(A)聽短文1,回答問題(問題給出,錄音播放兩遍)(共 5分,每小題1分)(B)聽短文2,填寫表格(錄音播放兩遍)(共 10分,每小題2分)(二)筆試試卷結(jié)構(gòu)1. 試卷分為客觀試題(選擇題)和主觀試題(非選擇題)兩大部分,共有九道大題,滿分為 120 分。其中客觀試題(選擇題)45 分,主觀試題(非選擇題)75 分。
