1、人大常委會論文：黔西南州人大常委會政工人事管理信息系統(tǒng)的分析與設(shè)計(jì)【中文摘要】隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,信息化建設(shè)正逐漸滲透到社會主義社會、經(jīng)濟(jì)的方方面面,而作為為社會主義社會和經(jīng)濟(jì)指明方向、加強(qiáng)指導(dǎo)、搞好服務(wù)、做出正確決策的行政機(jī)關(guān),信息化建設(shè)則更顯得尤為重要。本論文采用軟件工程和信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的思想、方法,并利用VC+和Orcale數(shù)據(jù)庫搭配網(wǎng)絡(luò),來分析設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)既具有一定開放互動性又注重安全保密性的政工人事管理系統(tǒng)。本文首先討論了政工人事管理系統(tǒng)的,對國內(nèi)外政工、人事系統(tǒng)管理與應(yīng)用的現(xiàn)狀及趨勢進(jìn)行了討論,并對目前使用中的政工、人事管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,認(rèn)識到了設(shè)計(jì)新的政工、人事系統(tǒng)的重要性和迫切性

2、；接著針對州人大政工人事日常管理工作的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了詳盡的需求分析,包括人員基本信息管理、工資管理、黨員信息管理、人員請假、休假、培訓(xùn)及考核管理、離退休人員管理的業(yè)務(wù)流程分析和用例分析,明確了政工、人事管理系統(tǒng)的功能需求和非功能需求；然后對州人大政工、人事系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),提出了系統(tǒng)功能設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),接著詳細(xì)闡述了人員基本信息管理模塊、工資管理模塊、黨員信息管理模塊、人員請假、休假、培訓(xùn)及考核管理模塊、離退休人員管理模塊的功能設(shè)計(jì)及數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì),最后提出了該系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的設(shè)想,也對整個(gè)政工、人事管理系統(tǒng)分析與設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與展望。州人大政工、人事管理系統(tǒng)的分析與設(shè)計(jì)對推動黔西南州人大常委會政工、人事工作的

3、優(yōu)化管理、高效管理、主動管理起著舉重假設(shè)輕的作用,是整個(gè)機(jī)關(guān)管理信息化的重要一環(huán)。通過對州人大政工、人事工作的分析與設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)一步理清了政工、人事工作的各類管理需求和管理分工,為構(gòu)建結(jié)構(gòu)簡明、功能實(shí)用、管理和維護(hù)簡單易行、信息安全的政工、人事系統(tǒng)提供了最正確參考。【英文摘要】With the development of science and technology, informationization is gradually to infiltrate the socialist society and the economic aspects, and as for socialist
