初中英語口語測(cè)試

1、2010年長(zhǎng)沙市初中畢業(yè)生英語口語考查實(shí)施細(xì)則    為評(píng)價(jià)檢測(cè)長(zhǎng)沙市新課程實(shí)驗(yàn)初中畢業(yè)生的英語聽說及口語交際能力，同時(shí)也為了促進(jìn)初中英語口語教學(xué)，特制定本實(shí)施細(xì)則。一、考查對(duì)象及報(bào)名(一）考查對(duì)象長(zhǎng)沙市城區(qū)2010所有初中畢業(yè)生。（二）考查報(bào)名長(zhǎng)沙市城區(qū)2010年初中畢業(yè)生在就讀學(xué)校參加中考報(bào)名，憑學(xué)生手冊(cè)參考。二、考查內(nèi)容及方式（一）考查內(nèi)容考查內(nèi)容包括1分鐘自由展示、朗讀小短文、對(duì)話，話題交談等.口語朗讀材料的難度相當(dāng)于初二年級(jí)教材與初三年級(jí)教材(上冊(cè))的難度，話題為初中教材所要求掌握的話題.（二）考查方式1口語考查采取全市統(tǒng)一插標(biāo)與學(xué)校自行組織考查相結(jié)合的

2、辦法進(jìn)行.2學(xué)生考查采取面試的形式，時(shí)間為35分鐘。3市教育局中招辦將20套口語考查題提供插標(biāo)學(xué)生隨機(jī)抽取,學(xué)校自行組織考查的試題可以使用上述試題，也可以根據(jù)插標(biāo)試題自行命制。三、考查程序(一)市插標(biāo)小組考查程序1確定插標(biāo)對(duì)象。市插標(biāo)小組組長(zhǎng)根據(jù)學(xué)校初三畢業(yè)生報(bào)名冊(cè)（中考報(bào)名結(jié)束后下發(fā)）隨機(jī)抽取50名學(xué)生作為插標(biāo)對(duì)象。被抽取的50名插標(biāo)對(duì)象，在考場(chǎng)工作人員的組織下，交驗(yàn)本人學(xué)生手冊(cè)，確認(rèn)其身份.2打印名冊(cè)。教務(wù)處按要求打印3份插標(biāo)學(xué)生（50名插標(biāo)對(duì)象）的成績(jī)冊(cè)（格式見附件)，1份用于組長(zhǎng)叫號(hào)，2份分別用于市插標(biāo)成員評(píng)價(jià)與登分。3抽取考查試題備考。經(jīng)確認(rèn)后參與抽樣插標(biāo)的學(xué)生由考場(chǎng)工作人員按照學(xué)籍

3、號(hào)順序叫號(hào)進(jìn)入考室，每個(gè)考室每次叫3名考生。考生入場(chǎng)后先交驗(yàn)學(xué)生手冊(cè)，然后抽取考查試題，按照試題內(nèi)容準(zhǔn)備3分鐘。1號(hào)考生開始考查時(shí)，2號(hào)考生入場(chǎng)驗(yàn)證、抽題和準(zhǔn)備.3號(hào)考生由考場(chǎng)工作人員安排在考室外侯考。其他沒有輪到的考生必須在相應(yīng)的備考室等待，不得離開備考室。4參與考查。（1）考查時(shí),考生首先應(yīng)向考查教師問好，并提交本人的學(xué)生手冊(cè)，然后開始口語考查.（2）考生口語試卷上提供了兩個(gè)朗讀內(nèi)容，考生可以任選一個(gè)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)備。(3)考查完畢，考生將口語試卷交還考查教師，領(lǐng)回學(xué)生手冊(cè)。（4）經(jīng)過考查教師示意，下一個(gè)考生進(jìn)行考查。5確定學(xué)校插標(biāo)的結(jié)果.全部插標(biāo)考生考查完畢后，市插標(biāo)小組根據(jù)評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)給出插標(biāo)

4、學(xué)生的口語考查成績(jī)，并以此為依據(jù)確定全校學(xué)生口語考查成績(jī)的等級(jí)比例。6核實(shí)與上報(bào).市插標(biāo)小組組長(zhǎng)將考查結(jié)果反饋學(xué)校校長(zhǎng),由校長(zhǎng)核實(shí)后簽名并加蓋學(xué)校公章，考查結(jié)果一式兩份，一份留存學(xué)校，一份由插標(biāo)小組組長(zhǎng)于當(dāng)天上報(bào)市中招辦.（二）學(xué)校自行考查程序1跟蹤培訓(xùn)。市插標(biāo)工作的全過程同時(shí)也是對(duì)學(xué)校自行組考考查人員的培訓(xùn)過程。參與長(zhǎng)沙市2010年初中畢業(yè)生英語口語考查的學(xué)校自行組考的考查人員，應(yīng)在不干擾市插標(biāo)小組插標(biāo)工作的情況下，觀察本校插標(biāo)過程，熟練掌握英語口語考查的辦法及評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn).2組織考查.插標(biāo)工作結(jié)束后,學(xué)校按照插標(biāo)小組的考查辦法組織其他學(xué)生進(jìn)行考查，參與抽樣插標(biāo)的學(xué)生不再參加考查。3結(jié)果表達(dá).（

5、1）學(xué)生口語考查滿分為30分,按照A、B、C、D四個(gè)等第進(jìn)行評(píng)定，其中2730分為A；2126分為B；1820分為C；18分以下為D。（2）學(xué)校自行組織的學(xué)生考查結(jié)果不能超過該校市插標(biāo)確定的等級(jí)比例。4上報(bào)成績(jī)。(見成績(jī)管理)四、成績(jī)管理（一）成績(jī)登記與管理參與抽樣插標(biāo)的學(xué)生成績(jī)以及學(xué)校插標(biāo)的等級(jí)比例由插標(biāo)小組在2010年長(zhǎng)沙市初中畢業(yè)生英語口語考查插標(biāo)學(xué)生成績(jī)冊(cè)（見附件)、2010年長(zhǎng)沙市初中畢業(yè)生英語口語考查插標(biāo)結(jié)果報(bào)告單上登記,一式兩份,一份留存學(xué)校，一份交市教育局中招辦。（二）成績(jī)錄入及上報(bào)辦法學(xué)校將所有學(xué)生（含插標(biāo)學(xué)生和自行組織考查的學(xué)生）成績(jī)于4月29日4月30日導(dǎo)入到長(zhǎng)沙市基礎(chǔ)教

6、育管理平臺(tái)中。五、考查時(shí)間全市插標(biāo)和學(xué)校自行組織考查工作統(tǒng)一在4月15日-4月28日進(jìn)行，市插標(biāo)具體時(shí)間安排見2010年長(zhǎng)沙市初中畢業(yè)生理科實(shí)驗(yàn)、英語口語考查插標(biāo)時(shí)間安排表。六、人員選聘全市城區(qū)分7個(gè)插標(biāo)小組,插標(biāo)小組成員由各區(qū)教研室和各中學(xué)推薦，每區(qū)推薦英語教師(含教研員）5名,各中學(xué)推薦教師另行通知。推薦名單報(bào)市教育局中招辦，由中招辦審核確定。同時(shí)插標(biāo)小組成員均需簽訂誠(chéng)信承諾書.七、學(xué)校準(zhǔn)備工作（一）人員準(zhǔn)備1考前召開初中畢業(yè)班相關(guān)任課教師、實(shí)驗(yàn)員和初中畢業(yè)生動(dòng)員大會(huì)，明確任務(wù)，迎接考查.2學(xué)校要認(rèn)真組織本校口語考查人員參與考查培訓(xùn)工作,了解掌握考查的形式及評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，但不得干擾插標(biāo)小組正常

7、的考查工作。（二）場(chǎng)地、器材準(zhǔn)備1學(xué)校要提前做好備考室（1間）和考查室（2間）安排,在考室前門張貼好考室名稱(如:備考室、考場(chǎng)1、考場(chǎng)2），以方便學(xué)生考查,劃定警戒范圍.2學(xué)校要加強(qiáng)安全保衛(wèi)工作，考查人員和參加考查的考生憑考查工作人員證和學(xué)生手冊(cè)進(jìn)入考查場(chǎng)地,杜絕無關(guān)人員的干擾。(三）其他事項(xiàng)及要求1考查學(xué)生不能帶通訊工具進(jìn)入備考室，進(jìn)入考室后必須待考查完，考查教師示意后考生才能離開。2因病或其他原因不能參與考查的學(xué)生，學(xué)校必須出示市級(jí)以上醫(yī)院相關(guān)證明或其他證明材料，在抽查測(cè)評(píng)學(xué)生前交市插標(biāo)小組組長(zhǎng)審核、備案。初中畢業(yè)生英語口語測(cè)試卷 A卷（教師用卷）第一部分:請(qǐng)學(xué)生用英語作“一分鐘自由展示”
