7、 40純化水制備工藝流程上采用：預(yù)處理脫鹽（一級(jí) RO）EDI后處理等步驟。Process of purified water: pre-treatdesalt(1RO) EDIpost treatment5.1 初處理包括氣沖式多層石英砂過濾器（0.5-1；1-2）、活性碳過濾器（4-20 目）、蜂房式過濾器(5m)作前級(jí)處理，去除水中的膠體、有機(jī)物、懸浮物、余氯、5m 以上的微顆粒以與有效降低水中總硬度。5.2 脫鹽部分采用一級(jí)反滲透的方法，這是純水制取系統(tǒng)中最為關(guān)鍵的一步。本公司反滲透膜選用國(guó)際最為先進(jìn)、回收率、脫鹽率最高的卷式復(fù)合膜作為組件材料。一級(jí)反滲透去除原水中 98以上的陰陽(yáng)離子

8、以與各種有害菌落和熱源，以保證水的脫鹽效果，從而保證產(chǎn)品水的最終品質(zhì)。5.3 EDI 選用德國(guó)西門子公司生產(chǎn)的模堆，此裝置通過填充在電池模堆中的樹脂吸附水中的金屬離子，達(dá)到脫鹽的目的。EDI 系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)是脫鹽率高，樹脂無需使用酸堿再生，具有較高的產(chǎn)水質(zhì)量，水的電導(dǎo)率可達(dá)到 0.5S/cm（25）以，水的利用率最高可達(dá) 95%，其最大特點(diǎn)是利用電能而不是酸堿化學(xué)對(duì)樹脂進(jìn)行再生處理。同時(shí)，EDI 系統(tǒng)還具有占地面積小、出水水質(zhì)穩(wěn)定、運(yùn)行操作費(fèi)用低、操作管理方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。5.4 后處理選用紫外線殺菌器是為了滿足用戶對(duì)細(xì)菌控制的要求， 0.1m 微孔過濾器是將細(xì)菌尸體有效的過濾，從而根本上保證了出水的水
