名詞用法課件

1、寬城職教中心 葛金艷名詞一、名詞復(fù)數(shù) 不可數(shù)名詞：表示不能用數(shù)目計(jì)算的事物名稱(chēng)的詞， 無(wú)單復(fù)數(shù)形式之分 。 (一)一些專(zhuān)有名詞、物質(zhì)名詞和抽象名詞為不可數(shù)名詞。1.專(zhuān)有名詞：Guangzhou, Karl Marx , the United States 等 。2.物質(zhì)名詞：glass , paper , wood , iron , coal , rice , meat , water , oil , rain , sunshine 等。3.抽象名詞：advice , information , health , victory , happiness , friendship , homew

2、ork, darkness 等 。(二)某些學(xué)科名稱(chēng)的詞一般用作單數(shù)，為不可數(shù)名詞 。 如：physics , politics , math , economics 等。 可數(shù)名詞單數(shù)形式變成復(fù)數(shù)形式可數(shù)名詞：能用數(shù)目計(jì)算的事物名稱(chēng)的詞，有單、復(fù)數(shù)形式之分?？蓴?shù)名詞單數(shù)形式變成復(fù)數(shù)形式的變化規(guī)律如下 ：1. 一般情況下直接加 s 。如： books , desks 尾音讀s ; girl girls , teacher teachers 尾音讀z 。2. 在以 s , x , ch , sh 結(jié)尾的單詞詞尾加 es 。如：box boxes , class classes , bus bus

3、es , watch watches , brush brushes 等 ， 尾音讀iz, 但 stomach 的復(fù)數(shù)是 stomachs 。3. 以輔音字母加 y 結(jié)尾的單詞 ，變“y”為 “i”加 es 。如：factory factories , city cities , baby babies , family families 等 ， 尾音讀iz。4. 以輔音字母加o 結(jié)尾的單詞 ， 在詞尾加es 。如：hero heroes , tomato tomatoes , potato potatoes 等， 尾音讀z 。 但photo 的復(fù)數(shù)形式是photos ?？蓴?shù)名詞單數(shù)形式變成復(fù)

4、數(shù)形式5. 以f 或 fe 結(jié)尾的單詞 ， 詞尾變 f 或 fe 為v 加 es 。 如： wife wives , knife knives , leaf leaves 等， 尾音讀vz 。 但：roof roofs , chief chiefs 等直接加s ,尾音讀fs。6. 有些詞是單復(fù)數(shù)同形的。如：deer , sheep , Chinese , Japanese 等。7. 有些詞只有復(fù)數(shù)形式 ，如：people , police , cattle 等 。8. 有些詞變化特殊 。 如： tooth- teeth , foot feet , child children , mouse

5、mice 等 。二、名詞的所有格1. 在名詞前加介詞 of 表示所屬 ，如：the windows of the house ,the title of the story, the students of our school 等 。2. 在名詞詞尾加“s”表示所屬，如：Helens doctor , Childrens Day , my father in laws car , a dogs tail , Chinas population , the earths surface , todays newspaper等。3. 以s 結(jié)尾的復(fù)數(shù)名詞在其詞尾加“”表示所屬，如：ladies
