2、面的中間略偏右的地方寫(xiě)收信人的地址， 注意要先寫(xiě)收 信人的姓名，再?gòu)男〉酱髮?xiě)上收信人的地址，寄信人的地址則按從小 到大的順序?qū)懺谛欧獾淖笊辖牵蛘呤菍?xiě)在信封的背面。二、書(shū)信的格式書(shū)信分為正式信件（公務(wù)性信件和商務(wù)性信件）和非正式信件（家 人、朋友之間的信件）兩種。三、正文的寫(xiě)法1信頭(Heading)：信頭是指寫(xiě)信人的地址及日期，位于信箋的 右上方，距信紙的頂頭約一英寸。順序是先寫(xiě)地址，后寫(xiě)日期。地址 由小寫(xiě)到大，即門(mén)牌號(hào)街名城市省份國(guó)名，由小到大的順序書(shū)寫(xiě)。女口 江西省萬(wàn)載縣康樂(lè)鎮(zhèn)田下路 159號(hào)，英文寫(xiě)法是：159 Tia nxia Road, Kan gle Tow n, Wan zai

3、 Cou nty, Jia ngxi Provi nee;日期可按日月年的順序 或月日年的順序?qū)憽?信內(nèi)地址(Inside Address):它是指收信人的姓名和地址，寫(xiě)在 信箋的左上方，稍低于信頭一至二行，在稱呼語(yǔ)上方。順序是先寫(xiě)收 信人姓名，后寫(xiě)職務(wù)，再寫(xiě)地址(由小到大)。商業(yè)往來(lái)信件及公函必 須寫(xiě)信頭和信內(nèi)地址。但親友、熟人之間的信可不寫(xiě)信內(nèi)地址，信頭 處只寫(xiě)發(fā)信日期。3. 稱呼(Greeting)：收信人的稱呼，寫(xiě)在信紙的左邊，低于信內(nèi) 地址。4. 書(shū)信的正文(Body):是寫(xiě)信者所要說(shuō)的話，正文信的內(nèi)容，從 左向右橫寫(xiě)，低于稱呼語(yǔ)，常在縮進(jìn)四、五個(gè)字母處起筆。寫(xiě)信與寫(xiě)文章一樣，要分段

4、寫(xiě)，每段有一個(gè)中心思想，內(nèi)容要表達(dá)清楚，語(yǔ)言 要簡(jiǎn)單明了，態(tài)度要誠(chéng)懇禮貌。給親友的信還應(yīng)親切熱情?？荚嚂r(shí)必 須把規(guī)定的內(nèi)容寫(xiě)清楚。正文結(jié)束時(shí)，還可寫(xiě)一兩句表達(dá)心愿的話， 女口： Best wishes to you /Remember me to your family /Hoping to hear from you soon 等。5. 結(jié)束語(yǔ)(Clos ing)：發(fā)信人表示自己對(duì)收信人的一種客套稱呼，寫(xiě)在書(shū)信正文結(jié)尾下面低兩行的位置上。一般它均從正中或偏右處寫(xiě) 起。結(jié)束語(yǔ)的第一個(gè)字母必須大寫(xiě)，后面須加上逗號(hào)。收信人與寫(xiě)信 人之間是朋友關(guān)系時(shí)常用：Yours,/Yours ever,/Eve
