Based on the advertisements in the book, guide students to consider the reliability of advertisements by asking questions like: a. Why will you buy the cup noodles?b. 4、o many benefits?2. Conduct a simple poll in class to see how many students believe in the advertisements. Do you think this advertisement is trustworthy? Why? Tell pupils that this advertisement may not be trustworthy. The functions and merits of the strawberry drink may be exaggerated. We should be
5、 careful in judging whether the information provided in the advertisement is true or not.1.Show the pupils some advertisements that were recorded from TV or the Internet. Let them discuss about the following topics: What are the merits of these products or services? How did the producers exaggerate
