4、60;過 程 Step1: lead-in (brainstorming)1. 展示帶有定語從句的諺語(用多媒體展示課件)1)God helps those who help themselves.自助者天助之。2)He who laughs last laughs best.誰笑到最后,誰笑得最好。3)He who doesn t reach the Great Wall is not a true man.不到長城非好漢。 設(shè)計意圖:讓學(xué)生拓展知識的同時,觀察這些句子,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生

8、學(xué)生,讓他們觀察這些句子,引起學(xué)生的注意,激發(fā)學(xué)生的思考,再給予歸納總結(jié),這些定語從句是由who, that, which, whose關(guān)系代詞引導(dǎo)的。Step3 Summary of the Attributive Clause定語從句的相關(guān)概念1定義:在復(fù)合句中修飾名詞或代詞的從句。2先行詞:被修飾的名詞,代詞或整句話。Eg: There was an earthquake which happened in Tangshan in 1976. (
9、先行詞)(關(guān)系代詞) 3引導(dǎo)定語從句的:關(guān)系代詞,關(guān)系副詞引導(dǎo)定語從句的關(guān)系詞關(guān)系代詞:who, which, that, whose關(guān)系副詞:when, where, why 指代人:who, whom, that 指代事物:which,that所屬關(guān)系:whose指地點:where 指時間: when 指原因:why 4. 定語從句的實質(zhì)1)I have an apple. The apple is red.
10、; I have an apple that/which is red. (定語從句) 修飾先行詞an apple

13、60; 修飾人 some friends小結(jié):在定語從句中如果先行詞是物,選擇關(guān)系代詞which/that, 如果先行詞是人,選擇的關(guān)系代詞是who/that/whom.如果先行詞是所屬關(guān)系,選擇的先行詞是whose.運用定語從句能避免句子的重復(fù),使句子清晰,明了。 5. 關(guān)系代詞的基本用法關(guān)系代詞指代的先行詞充當(dāng)從句的成分who人主語、賓語whom人賓語which物主語、賓語that人或物主語、賓語whose人或物定語 6. Show the pictures then ask the s

The city which/that will host the 2012 Olympic Game is London。Step4 AnalyzingThe different usages of that, which, who, whom, whose.1
15、. that指人或物在定語從句中作主語和賓語,作賓語時可以省略。 Eg: (1)A plane is a machine can fly.(作主語) (2)He is the man (that) I told you about.(作賓語) 2.who指人,在定語從句中作主語或賓語,作賓語時,可省略。Eg: (1)The man (who) I talked with is our teacher.(作賓語) (2)A person who
16、 steals things is called a thief.(作主語) 3.whom指人,在定語從句中作賓語,可省略。Eg:The man (whom) I nodded to is Mr Li.(作賓語) 4,which指物,在定語從句中作主語,賓語,作賓語時可以省略。Eg: (1)These are the trees which were planted last year.(作主語) (2) This record (which) he is using is made inJapan.(作賓語)5.whose指
17、人或物,在定語從句中作定語,不可省略。Eg: (1)This is the little girl whose parents were killed in the great earthquake.(作定語) (2)We live in a house whose windows face south.(作定語)小結(jié):要判斷關(guān)系代詞在定語從句充當(dāng)賓語還是主語,要看關(guān)系代詞之后的定語從句,如果句子有主語,謂語動詞,缺少賓語,那么它就充當(dāng)賓語,如果關(guān)系代詞之后是謂語動詞,它就充當(dāng)主語,在做題的時候要注意,首先看先行詞是人還是物還是所屬關(guān)
