1、教師工作本教務處制課程分析與實施計劃一、課程設置(為什么上這門課?)1 課程定位(依據(jù)人才培養(yǎng)目標設置課程,課程性質(zhì)明確,注意涉及的前導與后驅(qū)相關課程)本門課程是酒店管理專業(yè)在一年級上學期開設的專業(yè)課程。依據(jù)高職酒店管理專業(yè)的人才培養(yǎng)目標,運用英語進行崗位服務和溝通是高端酒店服務與管理從業(yè)人員必備的一項職業(yè)技能。因此,酒店三大業(yè)務部門的崗位服務英語學習是貫穿整個酒店管理專業(yè)專科學習過程的專業(yè)核心課程。這門課程針對高職高專酒店管理專業(yè)學生開設,為他們能夠從事酒店行業(yè)特別是勝任高端酒店服務行業(yè)的崗位打下基礎。前導課程包括大學英語、形象禮儀等,它要支撐的后續(xù)課程主要是頂崗實習。2課程教學目標(包括知

2、識目標、能力目標和素質(zhì)目標,符合人才培養(yǎng)目標要求)1、知識目標:掌握酒店前廳部門對客服務的基本環(huán)節(jié),專業(yè)術語的英文表達,典型工作情景的英文對話。2、能力目標:能夠根據(jù)酒店前廳部門的工作需要使用英語對客服務。3、素質(zhì)目標:培養(yǎng)學生對本專業(yè)和職業(yè)的熱愛,樹立良好的職業(yè)道德,培養(yǎng)學生具備一定的職業(yè)心理素質(zhì)、服務意識、團隊協(xié)作精神、敬業(yè)精神。3課程設計(理念先進,思路清晰,與行業(yè)企業(yè)共同開發(fā)課程,課程實施注重工學結合)本門課程的學習針對性很強,即掌握如何順利使用英語進行酒店前廳部門主要崗位的對客服務工作。英語學習的重點不再是側(cè)重英語語法和詞匯上,而在于對學生進行崗位英語的對客服務訓練上,讓學生能夠了解

3、崗位基本專業(yè)術語的表達、常用句型、典型工作對話等。讓學生在每一單元的學習之初就明了本單元的學習目標,然后根據(jù)自己的學習基礎擬定需要完成的項目。在授課過程中可以根據(jù)學生的層次設計難易程度不同的模擬訓練任務。最后,讓學生能從有控制的和模仿訓練中讓學生積累技能從而向靈活自如地運用轉(zhuǎn)變。二、教學內(nèi)容(上什么內(nèi)容?)1 內(nèi)容選取(包括知識內(nèi)容、技能內(nèi)容與素質(zhì)內(nèi)容,選取體現(xiàn)先進性、針對性和適用性)1、 客房預訂。2、 接待入住。3、 禮賓服務。4、 外幣兌換服務。5、 總機。6、 問訊處。7、 處理投訴。8、 結賬離店。2 內(nèi)容序化(模塊化)(根據(jù)工作任務、項目及工作過程程序化教學內(nèi)容,安排科學,符合職業(yè)
