141、#183;···· 1704/170壹、系統(tǒng)介紹一、系統(tǒng)目的考勤系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)員工考勤數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計和信息查詢過程的自動化,完善人事管理現(xiàn)代化,方便員工上班報到,方便管理人員統(tǒng)計進行統(tǒng)計、考核員工出勤情況、方便管理部門查詢、考核各部門出勤率。與人事薪資系統(tǒng)整合發(fā)放員工薪資并記帳等。企業(yè)在人力資源管理上,特別是對于企業(yè)在統(tǒng)計不同部門、不同工作崗位上的員工考勤時,有著較為繁雜的規(guī)定或要求,如考勤項目的設(shè)定、薪資項目的設(shè)定、班別的設(shè)定、人員調(diào)班作業(yè)的管理、每日出勤狀況的查詢等等,這些都需要企業(yè)的人事管理部門在一定時間或每月進行查詢與統(tǒng)計。使用考勤系統(tǒng),能幫助企業(yè)

142、實現(xiàn)考勤管理,讓企業(yè)在每月能夠準確的統(tǒng)計出員工出勤情況??记谙到y(tǒng)提供員工補/特休管理,對員工的補/特休作統(tǒng)一管理,且請假天數(shù)不能超過補/特休管理中的核準天數(shù),進行有效核對,使用者還可以把員工劃分群組,對不同群組進行假別的核準流程設(shè)置,進一步加強企業(yè)員工假別的處理。同時,考勤系統(tǒng)也提供了多種打卡方式:電腦刷卡、指紋刷卡、電腦刷卡資料轉(zhuǎn)入;產(chǎn)生出勤記錄,對員工的出缺勤進行有效的管理。考勤系統(tǒng),通過考勤資料匯集,自動產(chǎn)生出勤績效調(diào)整與加班記錄,將加班記錄存入加班審核作業(yè)中,已審核的加班單,系統(tǒng)會自動回寫到薪資異動輸入中與人事薪資系統(tǒng)相連接,以便更好地為發(fā)放薪資提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。5/170二、系統(tǒng)特色d可

150、后續(xù)考勤資料匯總合并中出勤情況的統(tǒng)計及薪資發(fā)放時考勤扣款的計算。u輸入畫面:u欄位說明o是否扣款:是指當此考勤項目發(fā)生缺勤的情況時,是否會扣除其底薪。每日扣款按底薪比率的()%:即每發(fā)生一次單位的考勤項目缺勤時,所扣的金額是與底薪有關(guān)系;每日底薪等于底薪除以當月工作日。當月工作日是在月工作日設(shè)置中設(shè)置的。每次扣款固定金額:即每發(fā)生一次單位的考勤項目缺勤時,所扣的金額是固定的,金額欄需自行輸入;按公式設(shè)置:即扣款的方式以上兩種情況都不能滿足您的需求時,可使用第三種方式,按照自己的需求進行任意的設(shè)置其扣款的單位金額;12/170o扣除全勤獎金據(jù)公式: 是指當此考勤項目發(fā)生缺勤的情況時,全勤獎金的扣

151、除據(jù)公式計算。其具體的扣除公式在公式設(shè)置中設(shè)置;o全部扣除全勤獎金:即當該考勤項目一發(fā)生缺勤的情況時,全勤獎金會全部扣除;o允許不扣款之最高分鐘數(shù):在此輸入考勤項目缺勤不扣款的分鐘數(shù),配合以下三個選項使用: 全額扣款:即按實際缺勤的基數(shù)進行扣款;超過的部分扣款:即缺勤的基數(shù)超過允許不扣款之最高分鐘數(shù)的,只對超過的部分進行扣款;超過的全額扣款:即缺勤的基數(shù)超過允許不扣款之最高分鐘數(shù)的,全部進行扣款;o請假累計計數(shù)單位:即考勤項目的計量單位,包括:按次數(shù)、按半日、按全日、按分鐘、按小時,用戶根據(jù)需要進行選擇; o允許每年請假總數(shù):每個假別的每年允許請假總數(shù)量。在此輸入總數(shù)后,在請假時,系統(tǒng)會進行判

152、斷,超過時,剛不允許存盤。如:在事假設(shè)置允許每年請假總數(shù) 400 小時,即表示一年請事假總數(shù)不能超過 400 小時。若事假總數(shù)超過 400 小時,則系統(tǒng)不允許此假單存盤的; o上下半月的扣款方式:當薪資發(fā)放方式為分期發(fā)放時,薪資的計算就會參照這里的設(shè)置,若發(fā)放方式是一次性發(fā)放,則無需考慮此項。在下半月發(fā)放:是指考勤項目只在該月最后一次發(fā)放薪資時才發(fā)放;按日期比率發(fā)放:是指考勤項目每次薪資發(fā)放時都會發(fā)放,但發(fā)放的金額是按發(fā)放的日期比率折算出來的。選擇此項時,可與每月薪資發(fā)放作業(yè)屬性:上下月發(fā)放結(jié)合一起使用。詳細請見每月薪資發(fā)放作業(yè)屬性說明。全額發(fā)放:是指考勤項目在每次薪資發(fā)放時全額發(fā)放;按日期扣

153、款:即按考勤項目的調(diào)整日期來扣款,調(diào)整日期在起止計薪日期內(nèi)的就扣款,反之不扣款。 o考勤類型:此功能是用于區(qū)分各假別名稱的類型,分別有一般考勤、是補休、是特休、是忘打卡、是未打卡等五種提供選擇。13/170假型類型為補休則設(shè)為是補休,特休則設(shè)為是特休,這樣設(shè)置,在員工補/特休管理的假別里才會過濾出補休和特休,若是忘打卡假別則設(shè)為是忘打卡,未打卡假別則設(shè)為是未打卡后,系統(tǒng)才會在“員工未(忘)打卡補單作業(yè)”的補卡代號查詢窗品帶出。除了補/特休、未/忘打卡外,其它的假別則設(shè)為一般考勤。 o是否應(yīng)抵減扣稅所得:此考勤項目是否需要抵減扣稅所得,勾選上則表示此考勤項目需要抵扣所得稅。 o是否 OA 請假項目:針對每個考勤項目是否設(shè)為 CWORK 的請假項目,若有勾上,則此考勤項目會在 CWORK 的請假單的假別代號查詢窗口過濾并可登打此考勤項目的假單。u操作說明1.打開考勤系統(tǒng)-考勤基礎(chǔ)設(shè)置-考勤項目設(shè)置。 2.點擊按扭:o新增:或按 F2 鍵進行新增;o速查:或按 F3 鍵進行速查;o刪除:或按 F4
