Give us some examples.StepGrammar (合成構(gòu)詞法) and Derivation(派生構(gòu)詞法). 英語的構(gòu)詞法主要有兩種,一種是合成,另一種是派生。合成指由兩個(gè)或多個(gè)單詞合成一個(gè)新詞,而派生是通過加前綴或后綴構(gòu)成新詞。 1合成構(gòu)詞法 合成構(gòu)詞法是一種比較靈活的方法,可以合成名詞、形容詞、副詞、代詞、動(dòng)詞等。常用單詞afternoon, birthday, blackboard, bathroom, newspaper, airplane, classmate, grandfather就是通過合成法構(gòu)成的名詞;kind-hearted, middle-a

31、ged, hard-working 等為合成形容詞;however, maybe, himself, everyone, nothing等也都是通過合成法構(gòu)成的新詞。Can you give some examples about compounds?S1: roommate, policeman, grandparents, which are all nouns by Compounding.S2: well-educated, warm-hearted, which are adjectives by Compounding.T: Good!
