1、 實(shí)習(xí)生勞動(dòng)合同書Labor Contract for Internship甲方(用人單位:代理人:Party A (Employer:Authorized Agent:乙方(實(shí)習(xí)生:Alex 居民身份證號(hào)碼:Party B (Intern: Alex ID Number:為明確實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)生與實(shí)習(xí)單位的責(zé)任與義務(wù),經(jīng)甲、乙雙方協(xié)商,在自愿、平等、公平的基礎(chǔ)上,一致同意簽訂本協(xié)議。The contract is hereby concluded by both parties to definite each others responsibilities, in the principles of

2、 fairness, legitimacy, equality, voluntariness, consensus through negotiation and good faith.一、協(xié)議期限Contract Term本協(xié)議自_2016_年_04_月_27_日起至_2017_年_04_月_28_日止。Party A and Party B signs a fixed-term labor contract. The contract lasts for1 year, from April 27, 2016 to _April 28,2017.二、實(shí)習(xí)崗位Job Responsibilit

3、ies甲方根據(jù)乙方的實(shí)際情況和工作需要,安排實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)生在英文編輯崗位實(shí)習(xí),乙方應(yīng)按公司的工作要求,努力完成實(shí)習(xí)任務(wù)。Party A employs Party B to engage in English Editor in accordance with both parties need and arrangement. Party B shall fulfill his job according to companys business requirement.三、實(shí)習(xí)補(bǔ)貼Labor Remuneration依照按勞取酬的原則,按甲方現(xiàn)行制度確定實(shí)習(xí)生的實(shí)習(xí)補(bǔ)貼。具體支付方法如下:實(shí)習(xí)補(bǔ)

4、貼12 美元/小時(shí),其他獎(jiǎng)勵(lì): 根據(jù)實(shí)習(xí)生在崗工作表現(xiàn)而定。Party A shall pay off salary to Party B in accordance with current salary system and regulation:USD 12 per hour, which can be adjusted as per the companys operation and Party Bs performance.四、工作時(shí)間及休息假日Working Hours and Resting Hours1、每周工作10小時(shí); 1. Party B shall work for

5、10 hours a week.2、每小時(shí)英文文章修改量不低于1000字;2. Party B shall review English essays with more than 1000 words per hour.五、合同解除、變更、終止Revocation and Termination of Labour Contracts1、經(jīng)甲乙雙方協(xié)商同意,本協(xié)議可以變更或解除;1. The contract could be revoked upon agreement between the parties hereto.2、乙方在本合同履行期間可以在說(shuō)明原因的情況下向甲方提出終止實(shí)習(xí)合

6、同,但必須提前1個(gè)月通知甲方,并作好工作交接,否則應(yīng)承擔(dān)相關(guān)責(zé)任。2. Party B cannot suspend the contract during the period of validity unless he informs Party A and explains the reason 1 month in advance and arranges the handing-over, or Party B shall take the responsibility of any loss of Party A.3、實(shí)習(xí)期間,乙方無(wú)法達(dá)到實(shí)習(xí)崗位工作要求甚至對(duì)甲方項(xiàng)目等造成損失或

7、的,甲方有權(quán)單方面終止實(shí)習(xí)生勞動(dòng)合同,并保留追究法律責(zé)任的權(quán)益。3. Party A has the right to suspend the contract if Party B can not meet the demand of the job,even causes loss for Party A. Party A reserves the rights to investigate for legal responsibility六、法律效力Miscellaneous本合同正本一式兩份,雙方各執(zhí)一份,經(jīng)甲乙雙方簽字后生效。The contract is in duplicate, held by Party A and Party B respectively. The contract comes into effect upon signa
