5、l application.舉例說明你怎樣獲得一種技能,并將其轉(zhuǎn)化為實踐。新版的寶潔八大問:1請舉一個你最自豪(最成功的例子(這個問題會問那些個人經(jīng)歷特別豐富,自我介紹時說了一大堆自己成就的人,因為HR記不住所有,所以她會看你自己認為做得最好的事情。這個一般是第一個問題,而且最重要,因為你首先要確保你做的這個事情能打動HR,我認為打動的指標有兩個:獨一無二性【做一些別人沒有做過的事情,當一百個人都說自己在學(xué)生會組織一個晚會的時候,你認為HR還會有興趣聽下去么?尋找你自己特有的新穎的例子很重要】成就非凡性【既然是你最自豪的,總該體現(xiàn)自己的能力和最后的成果吧,不要拿那種雞毛蒜皮的小事當作自己的成就

6、,不然會被HR鄙視的,成果一定要量化,不要說受到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的一致好評,用數(shù)字說話,滿意率達到多少,流失率降低多少,而且最好能拿出實體性的東西增加說服力,比如你當時寫的報告或是設(shè)計的海報,anyway,最好有證據(jù)?!咳绻氵@個問答得不好,后面就很難有戲了,因為HR已經(jīng)網(wǎng)開一面讓你show yourself,結(jié)果你沒抓住機會,下面的問題會越來越不順手,因為她可能會就著你很不想回答的問題深究下去。2請舉一個你帶領(lǐng)團隊完成一項任務(wù)的例子(這個問題是原來八大問中領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的變形,也是寶潔最喜歡問的問題,命中率幾乎100%,寶潔是最強調(diào)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的公司之一,這個問題也很關(guān)鍵。我想很多人并不了解什么是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,所以即使準備

7、了也沒有達到寶潔的要求。下面是我對領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的理解,可能不一定正確,僅供參考。首先我想糾正一個非常錯誤的觀點:領(lǐng)導(dǎo)就是當主席或部長。如果你是這種想法的話,那基本上你和外企的核心價值觀就很遠了,你可能很優(yōu)秀,但是你不適合外企。首先領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力不分title,及時你是一個member,你也可以非常具備領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。我喜歡用一個比喻來形容領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力:領(lǐng)導(dǎo)就好比船長,首先你要有明確的方向感,你需要知道團隊的vision是什么,你要有strong sense去判斷團隊前進的方向,并且將這個愿景清晰地表達出來,讓你的團隊看到將來的blueprint;其次,你要懂得合理分工,尊重每個人的潛能,給所有人明確的job descri

8、ption with key learning points and deadline.很多人都認為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)就是分配任務(wù),其實告訴你的隊友做什么固然重要,但更重要的是告訴他們?yōu)槭裁匆@樣做,而且一定要stress the timeline,外企是強調(diào)高效的,一個項目拖拖拉拉和沒做沒有區(qū)別,告訴你的隊友在什么時間內(nèi)需要向你update the progress,需要完成任務(wù),這樣你才能保證每個“船員”都在合理的位置上perform;再者你需要懂得如何激勵你的團隊,激勵的方式我總結(jié)了有6種,這里就不詳細說了,每個人的性格不同,作為船長的你要激勵船員,哪怕遇到再大的風(fēng)浪也要朝目標前進;然后是對每個人給予

9、績效考核和反饋,make sure if they are on the right track,及時糾正錯誤的方向,同時指導(dǎo)你的船員,真正的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是那種能夠培養(yǎng)別人也成為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的人;最后是危機處理,你的船就要觸礁了,作為船長的你如何保持冷靜,指揮大家度過困難,如果真的船沉了,你需要對這個事件final responsible,一個真正的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是不會推卸責(zé)任的,你有這個義務(wù)去承擔(dān)最后的風(fēng)險。總結(jié)來看:目標-分工-激勵-反饋-指導(dǎo)-負責(zé)圍繞這6點(注意這是有邏輯順序的,最好不要顛倒順序去挖掘,你就可以向HR講一個生動的關(guān)于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的故事。3你遇到最大的困難是什么?你認為困難的來源是什么?你怎么解決的?4

10、舉一個你在大壓力下同時完成多項任務(wù)的例子(寶潔老八大問中優(yōu)先性排序例子的變形5舉一個你解決矛盾沖突的例子6舉一個你團隊合作的例子7舉一個你創(chuàng)新的例子8舉一個你說服別人的例子(CBD、CMK非常喜歡問的問題英文的行為面試訪談問題,每個題目往往都包含著一個主要的考查意圖,比如說,有的題目考查的是創(chuàng)新能力,有的題目考查的是團隊精神,而有的則考查的是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力。這些考查意圖會非常明顯地在題目本身的Key Words當中表現(xiàn)出來。所以,在回答這種問題的時候,你的描述應(yīng)該側(cè)重于“What-S.T.A.R.-Key Words描述法”中的Key Words.以下這些題目選自寶潔八大題,但是它們實際上具有非常普

11、遍的代表性,基本包含了外企公司所要考核的全部內(nèi)容。如果讀者感興趣的是一家比較著名的外企公司,或者是一家相當不錯的國內(nèi)公司,請務(wù)必仔細準備下面這八大題目。1. Decide on the steps to take: * Administer a questionnaire to find out the weak points of the students English abilities. * Work out some acti

27、vities with teachers to improve the weak points. * Administer another questionnaire to evaluate the popularity of our activities and choose the top 3 to launch. * Launch the top 3 activities. 40、nt, more exciting and more useful. So I decided to offer some suggestions to our school. (4 (Actions i. I proposed three topics: Sell Yourself; Where Ill be in 3 Years; Be Competitive. All focus on future job hunting and career development, which I believe are attractive topics to most students. ii.

41、 I surveyed other students and got the information that Sell Yourself seemed better, because it gave us a chance not only to say something, but possibly to sing and dance in addition to just speak.
