Target of Yanzhou Mining is to form a large - sized mining giant wit h international competitiveness ; to become a major company in coal mining and invest ment ; to develop coal based down - st ream indust ry chains , coal - t ransport - shipping - port indust rial ch
3、ain , coal chemical indust ry chain and coal - elect ric power - aluminum production base ; to become an important energy supply base and export coal producing base of China as well as a new R &D center for coal technology. The paper also proposes 12 sub - st rategies of Yanzhou Mining Group : r
4、esources replenishing st rategy , coal based in2 dust ry st rategy , internationalization st rategy , capital manipulation st rategy , human resources development st rate2 gy , technical innovation st rategy , modern logistics st rategy , cost orientation st rategy , informatization st rategy , syst
5、em innovation st rategy , cult ural brand st rategy and employment st rategy. Does productive company really need tertiary logistics ? The development of logistics indust ry reflect s t he over2 all st rengt h of a count ry as well as affect s t he competitiveness of a company to certain extent . Th
6、eoretical research and practices in t he U S , J apan and Germany prove t hat t he logistic comprehensiveness is t he highest level and t he most mat urest stage of logistic indust ry. A f ully developed and a perfect tertiary logistics is t he basis of logistic comprehensiveness. A mat ure logistic
7、s is t he t hird major profit s source to a company. As t he heat of logistics t hrongs into China wit h economic globalization , t he heat is after all focused on t he logistics serving t he entire soci2 ety while little attention is st ressed on company logistics as an important link and basis of
8、t he macro logistics serv2 ing t he societ y. In fact , tertiary logistics is of great significance to productive companies in terms of lowering pro2 duction cost s , providing better services , dispersing risks and improving t he overall competitiveness. Application of new technology provides compa
9、nies indulged in tertiary logistics wit h even st ronger f unctions. Productive compa2 nies may obtain better opport unity to f urt her prosperity wit h t he help of tertiary logistics in t he variable market and global competition. This paper proposes t hree modes for related cooperation such as ho
10、rizontal , vertical and net2 work modes and measures to avoid risks in tertiary logistics. A research on evaluation method f or appraising innovation results in coal mines On t he basis of an analysis of t he characters of technical innovation of coal indust ry enterprises , t he paper establishes a
11、 technical innovation achievement s evaluation indicator system for coal enterprises. The paper also uses vector analysis in t he establish2 ment of a multi indicator evaluation model for t he evaluation of technical innovation carried out in coal enterprises. This provides a more objective evaluati
12、on met hod for t he comprehensive evaluation of technical innovations in com2 panies.
