12、 the management over the occupational disease andpromote the cure level of the occupational disease.七、勞動合同的解除、終止和經(jīng)濟補償Change, Cancellation, Termination and Renewal of the Labor Contract第十三 條 甲乙雙方解除、變更、終止、續(xù)訂勞動合同應(yīng)當依照勞動合同法和 國家及省、市等有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。Article 13 :If the parties revoke, modify, terminate and extent th

13、e labor contract, theyshall perform them according to the relevant rules of the Labor Contract Law and thecountry, province and city etc.第十四 條 甲方應(yīng)在解除或者終止勞動合同時， 為乙方出具解除或者終止勞動合同的證明，并在15日內(nèi)為勞動者辦理相關(guān)手續(xù)。乙方應(yīng)在甲方出具解除或者終止勞動合同 的證明后10日內(nèi)辦理工作移交， 如涉及經(jīng)濟補償?shù)陌磭矣嘘P(guān)規(guī)定在辦結(jié)工作交接時支 付。Article 14 ： Upon the revocation or termin

14、ation of the labor contract, Party A shall issue thecertification for revocation or termination of the labor contract to Party B and deal with therelevant formalities for the laborer within fifteen (15)days. Party B shall make the workhandover within ten (10) days after issuance by Party A of the ce

15、rtificate of revocation ortermination of the labor contract. Regarding any economic compensation, they shall be paidupon the handover of the work according to the rules of the country.八、勞動爭議處理Labor Dispute Resolutions第十五條 雙方發(fā)生爭議，任何一方當事人可向甲方所在地的勞動爭議仲裁委員會申 訴，由仲裁委員會依法調(diào)解或裁決。如對仲裁不服，向甲方所在地人民法院起訴，一方 當事人期滿不
