3、。如因工作原因不能及時(shí)打卡,應(yīng)于次日早報(bào)部門經(jīng)理簽注;Strict carry out brush card system. If some staff do not brush card in time, he should inform dept. head to remark next day.2、 每日外出銷售拜訪前須到部門簽出,注明拜訪地點(diǎn).Account manager should sign name and station of going before he goes out to do sales call. 3、 離開位置去其他部門辦事,需將所去位置告知同事;All st

4、aff should inform which station he go to anther before he leave office .4、 工作時(shí)間于酒店內(nèi)須著酒店制服;All staff should put on work clothes of hotel during work time.5、 工作時(shí)間陪同客人可經(jīng)由大堂正門進(jìn)出酒店,其它場(chǎng)合須走員工通道;Staff should go in or out hotel to by main entrance only when they accompany guest. other time they have to use s

5、taff door.6、 陪同客人時(shí)可使用客用電梯,其它時(shí)間須使用員工梯;Staff should take guest lift only when they accompany, other time they have to use staff lift. 7、 在酒店宴請(qǐng)客戶需于事前報(bào)部門總監(jiān)批準(zhǔn)后進(jìn)行;Account manager entertain guest that must be agreed by S&M Dir.8、 不允許在工作時(shí)間打、接私人電話;Do not speak personal telephone in work time.9、 補(bǔ)休、請(qǐng)假須按酒店

9、take over work before staff have vacation.13、 非工作時(shí)間(休息、下班后)如遇酒店聯(lián)絡(luò),應(yīng)于第一時(shí)間回復(fù),并積極協(xié)助處理相關(guān)事項(xiàng)。如需 本人前往處理,應(yīng)立即前往現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。Staff should return telephone when they receive inform during out work time or holiday, sometime they should go back to handle things.14、 華凌大飯店銷售部日常工作安排S&M dept daily work plan1. 10:10早會(huì) 10:0
