If nece

9、ssary, CQR creates a preliminary draft in co-operation with the applicant and the affected, specialist functions. The preliminary draft is made available to the applicant and the involved, specialist functions for commenting. The preliminary draft is updated by CQR according to the notes and comment

10、s which have been received, and is subsequently translated. Drafts are usually created in German / English. 11、on employees of all affected plants; the employees are requested to submit comments. In Germany, these are: The appointed modification team, comprised of specialist function employees and Plant quality managers. Abroad: The foreign plants' quality managers (who undertake distribution throughout

12、the specialist functions). Note: The draft is available to all employees in eNorm.Objections should be made within 4 week sunless, in individual cases, a shorter or longer period for objection is required. Essentially, a BIS draft is not distributed to third parties (customers / suppliers). These ar

Following the expiry of the objection period, the comments are evaluated by CQR, together with the corresponding specialist functions if necessary. Modifications and additions are integrated into the draft. F

15、urther procedure: Extensive modifications in the 1st draft lead to further distribution (2nd draft). The standard is made available as a valid company standard to all employees in eNorm.A period of approx. 3 months is anticipated from application to the completion
