16、開工到投運(yùn)只有八個(gè)月，其中電纜溝支架安裝就有7932副。安裝要求高，工期非常緊。按照業(yè)主要求電纜溝澆筑完成后必須在20天內(nèi)安裝完成7932副電纜溝支架，由江蘇省送變電安裝公司進(jìn)行穿電纜工序，而根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工程量及傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，如果采用傳統(tǒng)電纜支架安裝方法，難以完成此項(xiàng)任務(wù)。一、問(wèn)題的提出傳統(tǒng)電纜溝支架安裝存在問(wèn)題：1.支架為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)焊接，對(duì)焊工要求高。不僅要求焊接工藝好，而且對(duì)焊縫周邊處理必須細(xì)致到位，方可滿足創(chuàng)優(yōu)要求。2.投入人力多；本工程至少需要投入30個(gè)焊工。3.工序繁瑣,安裝周期長(zhǎng)。需要處理后續(xù)的焊渣，焊縫周邊還需要徹底處理干凈后涂?jī)杀榄h(huán)氧富硒鋅漆、一遍銀粉漆進(jìn)行防腐處理。根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工量及傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)

17、，安裝周期需要30天才能完成。4.外觀不美觀，由于對(duì)支架焊縫進(jìn)行了防腐處理，支架焊縫周邊與其它區(qū)域產(chǎn)生色差。成本大。需投入較多多人力、物力。5.成本大。需投入較多多人力、物力。二、分析問(wèn)題電纜溝支架安裝工作量大，質(zhì)量和安全文明施工要求高，傳統(tǒng)施工方法，控制環(huán)節(jié)多，難度大；安裝速度慢，無(wú)法滿足業(yè)主對(duì)工期和文明施工的要求。如何加快施工速度，確保工程質(zhì)量，按期完工及優(yōu)化文明施工成為我們必須解決的課題。解決上述問(wèn)題，須進(jìn)行安裝工藝改進(jìn)，甚至創(chuàng)新，實(shí)現(xiàn)電纜溝支架無(wú)焊接安裝，降低施工難度，加快安裝速度，成為我們確保工期和質(zhì)量的關(guān)注焦點(diǎn)。三、提出方案、確定方案經(jīng)過(guò)建設(shè)單位設(shè)計(jì)單位和施工單位的共同研究和討論,

20、不影響選擇通過(guò)對(duì)比和分析，方案三不僅操作簡(jiǎn)單，而且能調(diào)節(jié)預(yù)埋件引起的誤差，起到糾偏矯正的實(shí)施性成效，有效滿足了電纜溝支架安裝精度，而且解決了傳統(tǒng)支架焊接后二次鍍鋅的問(wèn)題，因此一致認(rèn)定第三種方案為最佳的使用方案。四、具體方案1.采用60*8扁鐵與螺帽焊接1.1在加工廠內(nèi)完成60*8扁鐵每隔800mm打14孔，焊接m12螺帽工序圖1螺帽焊接在扁鐵上 圖2：接地扁鐵與粉刷面相平1.2通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)人員的驗(yàn)算，滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。階段效果檢查：從現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝情況看，滿足預(yù)定要求，實(shí)施可行。2.確定安裝順序：扁鐵先與預(yù)埋件連接，然后與電纜溝支架連接2.1在具體實(shí)施方案中明確施工順序、步驟：1）在電纜溝側(cè)壁砌筑時(shí)放置-6

21、*80*80800預(yù)埋件。2）把帶螺帽的接地扁鐵連接在電纜溝側(cè)壁的預(yù)埋件上。3）校正扁鐵確保保扁鐵順直，在同一立面上，鑲貼美紋紙對(duì)扁鐵和螺栓孔進(jìn)行保護(hù)，防止電纜溝側(cè)壁粉刷污染。4）電纜溝側(cè)壁粉刷，扁鐵與粉刷面相平。5）安裝電纜支架在扁鐵上，出現(xiàn)偏差利用電纜支架的可調(diào)孔進(jìn)行調(diào)整；就位完成后，擰緊扁鐵與電纜支架之間的連接螺栓2.2對(duì)操作人員做專項(xiàng)交底1）預(yù)埋件埋置水平間距及標(biāo)高控制在10mm以內(nèi)，預(yù)埋件立面超出磚砌體表面12mm。以確保電纜溝側(cè)壁粉刷后扁鐵與粉刷面相平。2）帶螺帽的接地扁鐵先與預(yù)埋件連接，然后與電纜溝支架連接階段效果檢查：通過(guò)實(shí)施，支架安裝在滿足質(zhì)量要求的同時(shí)，施工速度大大加快。3

22、.接地扁鐵與預(yù)埋件焊接連接3.1項(xiàng)目部成員經(jīng)分析后，編制焊接可行的焊接方案和節(jié)點(diǎn)詳圖。上下兩道扁鐵焊接在電纜溝預(yù)埋件上，應(yīng)保證扁鋼水平，電纜溝孔洞應(yīng)在同一水平線上，上下兩道扁鐵孔眼應(yīng)在同一垂直線上。上下兩道扁鐵高差l2=600mm。3.2根據(jù)施工方案和節(jié)點(diǎn)詳圖，技術(shù)員在加工車間與進(jìn)行扁鐵與預(yù)埋件實(shí)驗(yàn)焊接，其強(qiáng)度可靠，實(shí)驗(yàn)未發(fā)現(xiàn)有問(wèn)題出現(xiàn)。3.3對(duì)具體操作人員進(jìn)行專項(xiàng)交底，通過(guò)交底，操作人員明確施工順序和質(zhì)量要求。3.4在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)施過(guò)程中，我們提高了預(yù)埋件的預(yù)埋精度并注重預(yù)埋過(guò)程控制，對(duì)電纜溝側(cè)壁預(yù)埋件安裝檢查，由抽查改為全數(shù)檢查，從而滿足安裝要求，預(yù)埋件安裝允許偏差合格率達(dá)95%，為加快電纜溝支

23、架安裝提供條件。階段效果檢查：通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝，焊接強(qiáng)度滿足固定要求，可進(jìn)行下道工序的實(shí)施。4.電纜溝支架上開設(shè)可調(diào)節(jié)孔用螺栓連接在扁鐵上電纜支架加工：為防止電纜滑脫，在電纜支架橫檔末端做齒狀開口，用以綁扎電纜，防止滑脫。由電纜支架橫檔末端60mm處，每隔20mm，切割3mm齒口。在電纜支架豎檔上下各開長(zhǎng)圓可調(diào)節(jié)孔，上下孔距600mm，設(shè)置防震墊片，所有電纜支架開口位置一樣。支架制作設(shè)置長(zhǎng)圓孔支架安裝裝并利用可調(diào)孔調(diào)整位置與標(biāo)高后，將電纜支架用m12螺栓設(shè)置防震墊片后擰緊固定在電纜溝通長(zhǎng)扁鋼上。支架安裝時(shí)的效果支架采用螺栓擰緊安裝后效果五、效果檢查采取對(duì)策措施后，新的電纜溝支架安裝改變了傳統(tǒng)
