20、ll engage in the following activities which endanger the security of the computer information network:(1) access to computer information networks or the use of computer information network resources without permission;(2) removing, modifying or increasing the function of computer information network

21、 without permission;(3) to delete, modify or increase the data and applications that are stored, processed or transmitted in computer networks without permission;(4) deliberately making, disseminating, and other destructive programs such as the computer virus;(5) other dangerous computer information

22、 networksarticle 7 the freedom and privacy of the users shall be protected by law. no unit or individual may violate the provisi ons of the law. use inter national n etworking to infringe users' communications and communications secretschapter ii responsib訂ity for security protectionarticle 8 un

23、its and individuals engaged in the international networking business shall be subject to the public security organ of the safety supervision, inspection and guidance, provide information about security and protection to the public security organ according to the facts, information and data files, as
