9、57.5米，底層平面為十字交叉型，南北長(zhǎng)80米，東西寬140米， 建筑面積13000平方米；其下部為象征古城墻的12米高臺(tái)座，臺(tái)座以上取“明三 暗七”格式；其兩翼為對(duì)稱的一級(jí)高臺(tái)，高臺(tái)上部為游廊，游廊南端為“壓江亭”， 北端為“挹翠亭:從正面看，南北兩亭與主閣組成一個(gè)“山”字，從飛機(jī)上俯瞰， 滕王閣則有如一只平展兩翅、意欲凌波西飛的巨大鯨鵬，整個(gè)建筑為鋼筋混凝土 仿木結(jié)構(gòu)，主閣碧瓦重檐，斗拱層疊.畫棟彩柱，雕門透窗，保有唐閣“層臺(tái)聳 翠，上出重宵，飛閣流丹，下臨無(wú)地”的雄偉氣勢(shì)。滕王閣內(nèi)部陳設(shè)與建筑形成一個(gè)藝術(shù)整體，突出了文化樓閣的特征，蘊(yùn)藏著源遠(yuǎn)流長(zhǎng)的民族文化內(nèi)涵。主閣臺(tái)座之下B層，辟有滕王閣華夏圣旨博物館；臺(tái)座 之上為主閣六個(gè)游覽層，即三個(gè)明層三個(gè)暗層，主要展示中華文明之光、贛文化 之光和滕王閣自身的文化。主閣正門巨聯(lián)“落霞與孤鷲齊飛，秋水共長(zhǎng)天一色”為 毛澤東生前手書(shū)。其余楹聯(lián)匾額,或集古人書(shū)法之精華,或?yàn)楫?dāng)今書(shū)畫家之珍品。閣中有不少大型壁畫，集中體現(xiàn)了“物華天寶”，“人杰地靈”的主題。丹青、翰墨 兩廳為藝術(shù)家們提供了高雅的創(chuàng)作環(huán)境。最高層展演廳為游客進(jìn)行仿古演出。北面俯暢園，頗具江南古典園林特色，中心部位為假山、疊石、曲徑、廊、亭、橋等，周邊為旅游附屬設(shè)施。園內(nèi)有滕王閣序印譜碑廊，具有很高的藝術(shù)品味，被譽(yù)為“江南第一碑工星移物換，人世滄桑。滕王閣
