20、tion. 5.檢查防爆板完好，水封無抽空，無堵塞，水封補(bǔ)水正常，排水管暢通；check whether the explosion proof plate is in good condition and whether the water seal is exhausted or blocked. the water seal water makeup shall be normal and drainage pipe smooth. 6.及時排放水封器內(nèi)的渣子；drain residues in the water seal in time. 7.各供水閥靈活好用，無跑、冒、滴、露現(xiàn)象。

26、 check oil level of the lubrication station which must be above middle oil level, oil pressure about 0.4mpa, oil temperature 40±5, pressure of oil station cooling water more than 0.2mpa.2.機(jī)組各部位螺絲不得松動缺件；screws of the unit cannot be loose or lost.3.風(fēng)機(jī)聯(lián)軸器連接牢固，安全防護(hù)罩牢固；connection of the fan coupling

27、 is tight. safety hood is installed tight.4.保持設(shè)備及周圍衛(wèi)生清潔；keep equipment and the surrounding clean. 5.風(fēng)機(jī)三通閥在放散狀態(tài)、水封逆止閥在關(guān)閉狀態(tài)；進(jìn)出口眼鏡閥在“開”位置the fan tee valve is at bleeding status, water seal check valve is closed, and inlet and outlet goggle valve is at open position.6.一切正常后，要“風(fēng)機(jī)送電牌”，準(zhǔn)備啟動風(fēng)機(jī)。get fan power

28、 supply permit when everything is normal and get ready to start the fan. 1.檢查時嚴(yán)禁在送電狀態(tài)下盤車；turning machine is strictly prohibited when it is energized. 2.嚴(yán)禁弄火；fire is strictly prohibited.3.確認(rèn)送電后再啟動風(fēng)機(jī)；confirm to start fan after power supply.4.油站冷卻水壓力必須小于供油壓力。the pressure of oil station cooling water mu

29、st be lower than oil supply pressure. 2啟動風(fēng)機(jī)及運(yùn)行中的檢查starting of fan and checking during operation1.啟動風(fēng)機(jī)時，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行變頻操作方法，手動啟動正常后，風(fēng)機(jī)打到自動控制；conform to frequency conversion operation method when starting the fan. switch the fan to automatic control when manual starting becomes normal. 2.檢查稀油站的油位、油溫 、油壓及冷卻水壓力；

30、check the oil level, temperature, pressure of lubrication station and pressure of cooling water. 3.每30分鐘全面檢查一次，1小時記錄一次，軸溫不得超過65；make an overall checking every 30 minutes and make hourly record. bearing temperature cannot be more than 65.4.檢查機(jī)組各部位螺絲，嚴(yán)禁松動，否則必須立即緊固；check all screws of the unit. the loo

31、se ones must be fastened immediately. 5.機(jī)后各排污管無堵塞；煤氣無外溢；there should be no blocking in the sewage pipes and no overflow of gas. 6.風(fēng)機(jī)低速時檢查轉(zhuǎn)子水沖洗系統(tǒng)是否切換靈活at low speed, check whether the switching of rotor flushing system is smooth. 7.回收煤氣時，確認(rèn)水封逆止閥工作正常，溢流管有水溢出，三通閥切換靈活，水封無擊穿，并隨時檢查機(jī)前吸力、機(jī)后壓力；for reclaiming

32、gas, make sure the water seal check valve works normally, overflow pipe has overflow, tee valve switches flexibly, and water seal is not hit through. check the suction before the fan and pressure behind the fan.8.檢查水封逆止閥補(bǔ)水系統(tǒng)正常；check whether the water makeup system of water seal check valve is normal

33、.1.檢查時帶好co 報警儀，做到一看、二聞、三手摸；carry co alarm during checking. look, smell and touch. 2.嚴(yán)禁在風(fēng)機(jī)聯(lián)軸器與機(jī)殼前停留；nobody is allowed to stay in front of fan coupling and casing. 3.機(jī)座底角螺絲松動、斷裂必須立即停機(jī)處理；in case of loose or broken screws at bottom of the seat, it must be shut down immediately for solution. 4.嚴(yán)禁擦拭風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動部位

34、及周圍it is not allowed to wipe the rotating part of fan and surrounding area.5.機(jī)后壓力高時及時通知檢查機(jī)后管道積灰情況。in case the pressure behind the fan is high, inform in time to check dirt in pipes behind the fan. 3檢修或停機(jī)操作maintenance or shutdown operation1.接調(diào)度通知，將對應(yīng)風(fēng)機(jī)手動高速510分鐘，抽出殘余煤氣（工作需要可高速運(yùn)行）；upon notice from disp

42、 indoor instruments data and alarm, sensitiveness and correctness of safety valve, running of water supply valve and pneumatic valve. 3.接通知煙道試水時，試啟動強(qiáng)制循環(huán)泵運(yùn)行正常，進(jìn)出口壓力、壓差正常；冷卻水泵運(yùn)行正常；進(jìn)出口、旁通電動閥開關(guān)靈活；upon notice of water test of flue, trial run the forced circulation pump. inlet and outlet pressure and pres

47、outlet valve, check all parts of the flue channel thoroughly to avoid leakage, and control the steam drum pressure within 0.61.4mpa.7.給汽包打水時，打開對應(yīng)的氣動閥；及時給軟水箱、除氧器供水保證正常生產(chǎn)；when supplying water for steam drum, open relevant pneumatic valve, supply water in time for soft water box and deaerator to guaran

48、tee normal production. 8.如自控閥故障時應(yīng)立即打開相對應(yīng)得旁通閥供水，保證煉鋼，立即聯(lián)系有關(guān)人員處理；in case of failure of automatic control valve, open the related bypass valve immediately for water supply to guarantee steel making. contact related person immediately. 9.汽包給水泵發(fā)生故障時，應(yīng)立即開啟備用泵或到現(xiàn)場操作應(yīng)急開關(guān)供水；無法恢復(fù)且汽包缺水時通知調(diào)度、爐前停吹，馬上聯(lián)系處理；in case
