56、est mepp-fcn-0002the diagnostic system shall perform a self-test when startup is initiated. once the diagnostic system determines the unit is functioning properly, the unit will then be permitted to complete the start-up cycle. the order in which parameters are checked shall be such that false fault

57、 indications are avoided. faults detected during the start-up self-test shall cause the activation of a prominent fault indicator and a fault record to be created and stored in memory. pressing the start-reset switch will cause the self-test to be repeated. the unit will not be permitted to start wi
