22、e met.5技術(shù)要求 Technical requirements5.1 總體要求 General requirementsa)b)c)d)e)指示器由至少 3 個采集單元和 1 個匯集單元組成。The indicator should be consisted by at least 3 sets of acquisitionn units and 1 collection unit.匯集單元最少支持 3 組采集單元（每組共 3 個）的數(shù)據(jù)匯集。The collection unit should support the data gathering of at least 3 sets

23、of acquisition units.采用小型化、低功耗、免維護(hù)、高可靠設(shè)計。Design should be in small size, low power consumption, maintenance free and reliable. 指示器使用壽命不小于 8 年，采集單元后備電源不低于設(shè)備使用壽命。The working life of indicator should be less than 8 years, and the back up power source of acquisition unit should not shorter than the life

24、 of the equipment.指示器平均無故障時間 MTBF70000h。5.2 外觀與結(jié)構(gòu) Appearance and structurea) 應(yīng)具備唯一硬件版本號、軟件版本號、類型標(biāo)識代碼、ID 號標(biāo)識代碼和二維碼，并按照附錄 A方式統(tǒng)一進(jìn)行識別。The equipment should have exclusive hardware version code, software version code, TI code, ID code and QR code, see appendix A.b) 采集單元重量不大于 1kg，架空導(dǎo)線懸掛安裝的匯集單元重量不大于 1.5kg。T

A green flashing operation lamp should be equipped beneath the collection unit which is clearly seen under the pole.d) 采集單元應(yīng)有電源、電池正負(fù)極等外接端子。匯集單元應(yīng)有 SIM 卡槽，外接端子及 SIM 卡規(guī)格參數(shù)應(yīng)按照附錄 B。The acuqustion unit should have power source and battery

The external terminal and SIM card specification shall meet the parameter in appendix B.e) 采集單元宜采用雙 TA 回路設(shè)計，取電回路宜采用高磁導(dǎo)率的磁芯。The collection unit is better to use double TA loop design, and power taking loop should use

28、 high permeability magnetic core.f) 采集單元和架空導(dǎo)線懸掛安裝的匯集單元外殼應(yīng)采用非金屬阻燃材料，能承受 GB/T 5169.11規(guī)定的 5 級著火危險。指示器外殼應(yīng)采用抗紫外線、抗老化、抗沖擊和耐腐蝕材料，應(yīng)有足夠的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度，能承受使用或搬運(yùn)中可能遇到的機(jī)械力，滿足長期戶外應(yīng)用免維護(hù)要求。The acquisition unit and overhead line mounted collection unit enclosure should use non-metallic flame resistant material, and can bear

29、Grade 5 fire hazard stipulated in GB/T 5169.11. The enclosure of indicator should use UV protection, anti-aging, impact-proof and anti-corrosion materials, and should have enough mechanical strength which can bear the mechanical force may meet during working or transporting. And the outdoor maintena

30、nce free requirements shall also be met.g) 卡線結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)在不同截面線纜上安裝方便可靠，安裝牢固且不造成線纜損傷，支持帶電安裝和拆卸。結(jié)構(gòu)件經(jīng) 50 次裝卸應(yīng)到位且不變形，不影響故障檢測性能。The clamp structure shall be easily mounted on different sections of the cable. The installation should be firm and make no damage to the cable. Installation and disassembly with power

31、on shall be supported. After 50 times of installation and disassembly, there shall be no deformation on the structure, and the performance shall not be affected.h) 外觀應(yīng)整潔美觀、無損傷或機(jī)械形變，內(nèi)部元器件、部件固定應(yīng)牢固，封裝材料應(yīng)飽滿、牢固、光亮、無流痕、無氣泡。The appearance shall be tidy and good-looking, without damage or mechanical deforma

All the inner components or parts should be fixed firmly, and the sealing materials shall be full, firm, bright, non-flow mark, and free of bubbles. 5.3 電源要求 Power source requirements 5.3.1 采集單元 Acquisition unita)應(yīng)采用 TA 取電并輔以超級電容作為主供電源，能量密度不低于鋰電池的非充電電池作為后備電源。主供電源和后備電源相互獨立，當(dāng)主供電源不能維持全功能工作時，后備電源自

33、動投入。當(dāng)主供電源恢復(fù)時，自動切回主供電源供電。超級電容在充滿電時應(yīng)可獨立維持全功能工作不小于 12h。Use TA power taking supplemented by super capacitor as main power source, and take a non-rechargeable battery with its power density not lower than lithium battery as back up power. The main power source is independent from back up power, and when

34、the main power can not sustain the full function, the back up power shall automatically put into use. When the main power source is recovered, the power supply shall automatically switch back to main power source. The equipment shall be able to work at least 12 hours with the fully charged super cap

35、acitor.b)c)線路負(fù)荷電流不小于 5A 時，TA 取電 5s 內(nèi)應(yīng)能滿足全功能工作要求。線路負(fù)荷電流低于 5A 且超級電容失去供電能力時，應(yīng)至少能判斷短路故障，定期采集負(fù)荷電流，并上傳至匯集單元。When the line load current is no less than 5A, the TA power taking should meet the requirement of full function working in 5s. When the line load current is lower than 5A and the super capacitor los

36、es its power supply ability, the equipment shall at least be able to judge short circuit fault, periodically acquire load current and upload to the collection unit.非充電電池額定電壓應(yīng)不小于 DC3.6V，容量不低于 8.5Ah。在電池單獨供電時，最小工作電流應(yīng)不大于 80A。在不更換電池情況下，持續(xù)工作時間應(yīng)不低于 8 年，且滿足閃光報警大于 2000小時。The rated voltage of non-rechargeable

38、igger than 2000 hours. 5.3.2 匯集單元 Collection unita)b)c)可采用太陽能板或 TA 取電方式供電，并輔以可充電電池作為后備電源。Use solar panel or TA power taking for power supply, and can be supplemented with chargeable battery as back up power.采用太陽能板供電的匯集單元太陽能板額定輸出電壓不低于 DC15V，容量不低于 15VA；電池額定電壓為 DC12V，容量不低于 7Ah。采用 TA 取電的匯集單元電池額定電壓應(yīng)不小于 D

39、C3.6V，容量不低于 8.5Ah。The rated outgoing voltage using solar panel power supply of collection unit shall not lower than DC15V, with capacity not lower than 15VA. The rated voltage is DC12V, with capacity no less than 7Ah. The rated voltage of collection unit with TA power taking shall not less than DC 3

Under the circumstance of sole power supply by battery, it should be able to work in full function for no less than 7 days.5.4 絕緣性能 Insulation performance5.4.1 絕緣電阻

41、 Insulation resistance電桿固定安裝匯集單元電源回路與外殼之間絕緣電阻5M（使用250V絕緣電阻表，額定絕緣電壓Ui60V）。The insulation resistance between the collection unit mounted on the pole and enclosure shall be 5M (use 250 insulation resistance meter, with rated insulation voltage Ui60V )5.4.2 絕緣強(qiáng)度 Insulation strength電桿固定安裝匯集單元電源回路與外殼之間額定絕

42、緣電壓Ui60V時，施加500V工頻電壓應(yīng)無擊穿、無閃絡(luò)。When the rated insulation voltage between pole mounted collection unit power loop and enclosure is Ui60V, add a 500V power frequency voltage, and there shall be no broken through and flashover. 5.5 通信要求 Communication requirements5.5.1 采集單元與匯集單元之間通訊機(jī)制 Communication mechan

43、ism between acquisition and collection unitsa)b)c)采集單元應(yīng)能主動實時上送故障信息，并每 5min 記錄一次負(fù)荷數(shù)據(jù)。The acquisition unit shall be able to actively real-time upload fault information, and record the load data every 5ms.應(yīng)支持實時故障、負(fù)荷等信息召測，同時并能根據(jù)工作電源情況定期或定時上送至匯集單元。Real-time fault and load information interrogation should

46、ibution master station.匯集單元應(yīng)支持?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)定時上送、負(fù)荷越限上送、重載上送和主動召測，最小上送時間間隔為15min。The collection unit should support data timely upload, load over-limit upload, heavy load upload and active interrogation, and the min uploading interval shall be 15mins.應(yīng)滿足國家電網(wǎng)公司配電自動化系統(tǒng)安全防護(hù)方案信息安全防護(hù)配置要求。It shall meet the safety pro

50、組采集單元三相時間同步誤差不大于 100s。The time difference of 3 phase synchronization of every sets of acquisition units shall not be bigger than 100s.b） 匯集單元應(yīng)支持主站及北斗或其他同步時鐘裝置對時，守時精度2s/24h。When the collection unit supports master station or Beidou for clock synchronization, the punctuality accuracy should be 2s/24h.

51、5.6 功能要求 Functions requirements5.6.1 短路和接地故障識別 Short circuit and earthing fault detection5.6.1.1 指示器短路故障判別應(yīng)自適應(yīng)負(fù)荷電流大小，當(dāng)檢測到電流突變且突變啟動值宜不低于150A，突變電流持續(xù)一段時間后，各相電場強(qiáng)度大幅下降，且殘余電流不超過 5A 零漂值，應(yīng)能就地采集故障信息，以閃光形式就地指示故障，且能將故障信息上傳至主站。The short circuit judgment of indicator shall be self-modified with the size of load

When the current sudden changes and the changing value is not lower than 150A, the changing current lasts for a period and field intensity of every phase decreases heavily with a residual current not over 5A null shift value, the fault information shall be gathered locally. 53、be indicated as flashing, and the fault information shall be able to uploaded to master station.5.6.1.2 發(fā)生接地故障，當(dāng)指示器不能判斷出接地故障處于安裝位置的上游和下游時，采集單元應(yīng)能就地采集故障信息和波形，且能將故障信息和波形傳至主站進(jìn)行判斷，同時匯集單元應(yīng)能接收主站下發(fā)的故障數(shù)據(jù)信息，采集單元以閃光形式指示故障；當(dāng)指示器能判斷出接地故障處于安裝位置的上游和下游時，采集單元應(yīng)能就地采集故障信息和波形，以光形式指示故障，且能將故障信息和波形上傳至主站。When the indicator c
