47、.15米,五層以上為標準層,標準層高3.3米。本工程外圍護腳手架擬采用附著式升降腳手架,組裝時第1-9榀、25-38榀主框架從首層樓板標高上2米位置開始組裝,第10-24榀主框架從四層樓板標高上0.5米位置開始組裝。第9榀和第25榀位置架體組裝時從g軸外側1.7米位置處開始排b片,并且保證搭設的附著升降腳手架架體與相鄰雙排落地架架體至少有250mm的凈空距離,防止架體提升時與雙排落地架刮蹭。第三章 附著式升降腳手架簡介第一節(jié) 導座式升降腳手架簡介導座式升降腳手架是一種新型的附著式升降腳手架,與傳統(tǒng)的全高落地式雙排腳手架、及其它型式的升降腳手架相比,具有顯著的優(yōu)點。一、與傳統(tǒng)的落地式雙排腳手架比
48、較:1. 一次性投入的材料大大減少,提高周轉材料的利用率; 2. 操作簡單迅捷,勞動力投入少,勞動強度低;3. 使用過程中不占用塔吊,加快施工進度;4. 降低了工程成本。二、與其它型式的升降腳手架比較:1. 操作極為簡便,誤操作可能性小,容易管理。2. 在使用中,每一主框架處均有四個獨立的附著點,其中任何一點失效,架子不會墜落或傾翻,升降過程中不少于三個獨立的附著點。3. 升降指令遙控操作,可實現(xiàn)架體不上人升降,最大限度地保證了人員安全。4. 防墜裝置多重設置,多重防護,且靈活、直觀、可靠。5. 承傳力結構簡捷、明晰、可靠。6. 具有無級調整預留孔主體結構誤差的功能,適應性好。7. 架體側向受
49、力好,不會發(fā)生連鎖反應。第二節(jié) 架體構成導座式升降腳手架系統(tǒng)由六部分構成:架體主結構、升降系統(tǒng)、防墜系統(tǒng)、架體、電氣控制系統(tǒng)、架體防護。1. 架體主結構:由導軌主框架、水平支承桁架構成。導軌主框架為整體式結構,現(xiàn)場施工時直接安裝不需另行組裝。2. 升降系統(tǒng):由連接螺栓、上吊點、電動葫蘆、下吊點構成。3. 防墜系統(tǒng):每個附墻點均設有獨立的擺針式防墜系統(tǒng),防墜系統(tǒng)采用不墜落理念設計,每榀主框架有四個獨立附墻點,即有四套防墜裝置,大大增加安全性。4. 架體:使用建筑工程通用f48鋼管搭設的外雙排腳手架,架體內外排間距900mm,距墻間距一般為400mm。5. 電氣控制系統(tǒng):由總控箱、分控箱、遙控系統(tǒng)
50、構成。本升降腳手架的升降采用電動葫蘆升降,并配設專用電氣控制線路。該控制系統(tǒng)設有漏電保護、錯斷相保護、失載保護、正、反轉、單獨升降、整體升降和接地保護等裝置,且有指示燈指示。線路繞建筑物一周布設在架體內。6. 架體防護:隨架體搭設同步完成的安全防護措施,包括有底部密封板、翻板、立網(wǎng)、水平兜網(wǎng)、護身欄桿等構成。第三節(jié) 防墜裝置簡介1. 本裝置是一種用于升降腳手架、升降機等高空墜落的擺針式防墜裝置。目前,施工用升降腳手架、升降機等設備,在使用或升降運行過程中,有的無防墜安全裝置,有的安全裝置容易失效或成本較大,一旦發(fā)生意外,很容易造成高空墜落而發(fā)生重大人員和設備事故。2. 擺針式防墜裝置是一種適用
51、于格構軌道或具有類似結構的升降腳手架升降機等高空墜落的以速度變化為信號,機械自動卡阻式防墜器,其大樣如下圖所示:3. 本裝置構造特征為:擺針通過擺針軸與固定在導座上的軸座相連接,復位彈簧的兩端分別連接在擺針與軸座上,導向座與由連接桿和豎向立桿構成的導軌之間為滑套連接。4. 本裝置的工作原理為:當導向座固定,導軌件在導向座的約束下而向下慢速運動時,運動中的導軌件的連接桿進入導向座中并與擺針的底部接觸推擠后,擺針將發(fā)生順時針方向轉動,當連接桿向下運動越過擺針的底部后,擺針在復位彈簧的彈力作用瞬間內彈回復位,即擺針又將發(fā)生逆時針轉動,擺針將恢復到原來擺動前的初始狀態(tài),完成一次擺動,緊接著另一個連接桿
52、又進入導向座中,重復以上過程,連接桿將不斷慢速向下通過導向座中,重復以上過程,多個連接桿將下降;同理,導軌件同樣可向上運動而不斷順利通過導座;當導軌件快速向下運動或墜落時,與慢速下降不同的是慢速下降時當擺針完成一次上下擺動恢復到初始狀態(tài)后,緊接著另一個連接桿才又進入擺針擺動的范圍內,而當導軌件快速下降或墜落時,擺針還未完成一次左右擺動恢復狀態(tài)前,此時另一個連接桿已進入擺針擺動的范圍內,使擺針無法彈回,擺針的上端在連接桿推壓下順時針轉動一定角度后,最終將阻擋住連接桿向下通過,即導軌被卡住,起到了防下墜的目的。5. 本裝置結構簡單、巧妙、成本較低,便于操作,直觀,隨時可以檢查,維修也極為方便,當發(fā)

54、7螺桿,兩端各一墊雙螺母吊掛件一根f30螺桿,外側螺母焊牢,內側一墊雙螺母第四章 施工部署第一節(jié) 安全管理目標附著式升降腳手架的主要功能是為建筑工程主體及裝修施工提供結構外安全防護,施工安全是第一位的。使用本系統(tǒng)的安全目標為:1. 架體不發(fā)生墜落、傾覆事故。2. 不發(fā)生因架體安全防護不到位而引發(fā)的重傷事故。3. 輕傷事故頻率不超過1。第二節(jié) 項目管理組織機構為了保證升降架的使用安全,切實保證施工要求和進度要求,樹立公司形象,我公司將在本項目配置施工經驗豐富的現(xiàn)場技術指導人員?,F(xiàn)場技術服務組織管理機構框圖如下:北京韜盛科技發(fā)展有限公司現(xiàn)場技術服務人員總承包項目部主管工長、安全員作業(yè)班組技術指導培
55、訓指導第三節(jié) 職責劃分1. 總承包方工作1) 提供準確的升降架設計所需的有關圖紙、資料。2) 負責審定施工方案并按審定后的施工方案施工。3) 在設備供應商技術人員指導并認可的前提下,自行組織操作人員完成升降架安裝搭設、預留孔預留、升降、拆除,包括架體電氣控制系統(tǒng)的安裝和拆除。4) 按既定升降架施工方案和安全技術操作規(guī)程進行升降架升降施工,接受設備供應商技術指導人員的技術及安全施工指導。5) 對于設備供應商技術人員日常檢查指出的安全問題和隱患,立即組織人員進行整改,保證架體的安全使用。6) 負責升降架日常保養(yǎng),需潤滑的物件應經常上油,以防損壞和銹蝕。2. 設備供應商工作1) 升降架設計合理,架體
56、及配件牢固可靠,外觀整潔,服務周到,負責現(xiàn)場技術指導。2) 對提供物品的加工質量負責。3) 對升降架按現(xiàn)行標準進行施工組織設計,并報總承包方審批,進行技術指導和服務。4) 負責無償對總承包方升降架操作人員進行安裝、升降等技術培訓和安全操作指導。5) 派駐專人對總承包方進行技術指導,指導架體的安裝搭設、升降、保養(yǎng)和拆除,負責指導處理升降架所發(fā)生的異常問題。6) 對日常檢查出的安全問題和隱患,督促總承包方立即整改。7) 協(xié)助總承包方在升降架使用過程中的升降架安全管理工作。第四節(jié) 升降架布置1. 平面布置原則架體布置時需考慮以下幾點:(1) 架體任意兩點間布置距離滿足以下要求:u 按架體全高與支承跨度的乘積不應大于110m2的要求,直線布置的架體支承跨度不應大于6.1m;折線或曲線布置的架體支承跨度不應大于5.4m(指兩榀相鄰主框架沿架體中心線水平投影距離); u 架體分組端部水平懸挑長度不得大于1/2水平支承跨度和3m。(2) 架
