1、鋼筋調(diào)直機(jī)安全操作規(guī)程safe operation rules for steel straightening machine1、設(shè)備必須由專人負(fù)責(zé)，并持證上崗。a special person shall be assigned to be responsible for the machine and those who operate it shall have license.2、作業(yè)中操作者不準(zhǔn)離開機(jī)械過遠(yuǎn)，上盤、穿絲、引頭切斷時(shí)都必須停機(jī)進(jìn)行。the operators shall keep themselves within the reach of the machine, a

2、nd the engine must be switched off when the activities, such as getting the steel bar in the tray, passing the steel wire ,cutting off the upper part of the steel , are performed.3、調(diào)直鋼筋過程中，當(dāng)發(fā)生鋼筋跳出托盤導(dǎo)料槽，頂不到定長(zhǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)以及亂絲或鋼筋脫架時(shí)，應(yīng)及時(shí)按動(dòng)限位開關(guān)，停止切斷鋼筋，待調(diào)整好后方準(zhǔn)使用。when the steel bar happens to bounce out of gathering

3、 sill of the tray and couldnt reach the designed part , or the steel wire is twisted inside,or the steel bar breaks away from the pedestal during the operation, the limits switch shall be pressed immediately to stop cutting the steel bar; it will not be put into use until it is fixed well. 4、每盤鋼筋調(diào)直到

4、末尾或調(diào)直短鋼筋時(shí)，應(yīng)手持套管護(hù)送鋼筋到導(dǎo)向器和調(diào)直筒，以免當(dāng)其自由甩動(dòng)時(shí)發(fā)生傷人事故。when each tray of steel bar is straightened to the bottom or the short steel bar is straightened , the operators shall hand the drive-pipe to get the steel bar through the guiding device and straightening tube in case of the accident as the steel bar sways

5、.5、調(diào)直模未固定、防護(hù)罩未蓋好前，不準(zhǔn)穿入鋼筋，以防止開動(dòng)機(jī)器后，調(diào)直模飛出傷人。the steel bar shall not be allowed to go through the tube before the straightening mode is fixed or the protective cover is covered well to avoid accident after the machine is working.6、按所調(diào)直鋼筋直徑，選用適當(dāng)調(diào)直塊、曳引輪槽及轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)速度。調(diào)直塊直徑應(yīng)比鋼筋直徑大2.5毫米，曳引輪槽寬與所調(diào)直鋼筋直徑相同。the appropr

8、eration rules for the steel bending machine1、工作臺(tái)和彎曲機(jī)臺(tái)面要保持水平，并準(zhǔn)備好各種芯軸及工具。the stage shall keep a horizontal level to the bending machine,and various dabber and tools shall be prepared .2、按加工鋼筋的直徑和彎曲半徑的要求裝好芯軸、成型軸、擋鐵軸或可變擋架，芯軸直徑應(yīng)為鋼筋直徑的2.5倍。the dabber ,shaft, shaft stop or changeable holder shall be fixed

9、 well in accordance with the diameter and the bend radius of the steel bar to be processed; besides the diameter of the dabber shall be 2.5 times of that of the steel bar. 3、檢查芯軸、擋塊、轉(zhuǎn)盤應(yīng)無損壞及裂紋，防護(hù)罩緊固可靠，經(jīng)空運(yùn)裝后確認(rèn)正常方可作業(yè)。to check whether there is a flaw or damage to the dabber,holder or turntable and wheth

10、er the protective cover is tight or not; the machine can only be used by confirming they are in normal conditions after the flight.4、操作時(shí)將鋼筋需彎的一頭插在轉(zhuǎn)盤固定銷的間隙內(nèi)，另一端緊靠機(jī)身固定銷，并用手壓緊，檢查機(jī)身銷子確實(shí)安在擋住鋼筋的一側(cè)，方可開動(dòng)。the steel bar which needs being buckled shall be inserted into the gap of the fixed pin of the turntable

11、, and the other part which shall be pressed by hand should stick to the fixed pin of machine; the purpose of these actions is to check that the machine pin is fixed on one side of the steel bar and the operation shall start.5、作業(yè)中，嚴(yán)禁更換新芯軸、銷子和變換角度以及調(diào)整等作業(yè)，亦不得加油或清掃。it is prohibited to have the new dabbe

12、r and pin replaced , to switch the angle or to refuel or to do the cleaning work during the operation. 6、 彎曲鋼筋時(shí)，嚴(yán)禁超過本機(jī)對(duì)鋼筋直徑、根數(shù)及機(jī)械轉(zhuǎn)速的規(guī)定。 it is prohibited to exceed the set of the steel bar ,bar numbers and mechanical rotational velocity by the machine when twisting the steel bar. 7、 維修保養(yǎng)或轉(zhuǎn)盤換向時(shí)，必須在停穩(wěn)拉

13、閘斷電后進(jìn)行。 the maintenance work or the reverence of the turntable can only processed after the machine is fully stopped and the electricity is switched off.鋼筋切斷機(jī)安全操作規(guī)程safety rules for the steel cutting machine1、 接送料工作臺(tái)面應(yīng)和切刀下部保持水平，工作臺(tái)的長(zhǎng)度可根據(jù)加工材料長(zhǎng)度決定。the stage for the conveying the steel bar shall be para

14、llel to the lower part of the slicers. the length of the stage depend on that of the steel bar to be processed.2、 啟動(dòng)前，必須檢查切刀應(yīng)無裂紋，刀架螺栓緊固，防護(hù)罩牢靠，然后檢查齒輪合間隙，調(diào)整切刀間隙。before starting the machine ,the slicer must first be checked to see weather there is a flaw or not, and the bolt for tool post must be tight

15、, the protective cover must be secure ; then checking the gear and gap to adjust the the gap of slicer. 3、 啟動(dòng)后先空運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，檢查各傳動(dòng)部分及軸承運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常，方可操作。once the machine is activated ,let it run without adding the steel bar first to check that all conveying components and the bearings are in normal conditions; and th

16、e operation shall be started only after these examination.4、 機(jī)械未達(dá)到正常轉(zhuǎn)速時(shí)不得切料，切斷時(shí)必須使用切刀的中下部，握緊鋼筋對(duì)準(zhǔn)刀口迅速送入。no cutting is allowed until the machine reach the normal rotational velocity;the middle and lower part of the slicer shall be used to cut off the steel bar which should be put in quickly.5、 不得剪切直徑及

17、強(qiáng)度超過機(jī)械銘牌規(guī)定的鋼筋和燒紅的鋼筋。一次切斷多根鋼筋時(shí)，總截面積應(yīng)在規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)。it is prohibited to cut off the steel bar or burned steel bar which has exceeded the set of the mechanical regulation. when several steel bar are cut off, the overall cross- sectional area shall be kept within regulation limits. 6、 切斷短料時(shí)?？拷镀氖趾偷镀g的距離應(yīng)保持150

18、毫米以上，如手握端小于400毫米時(shí)，應(yīng)用套管或夾具將鋼筋斷頭壓住或夾牢。the hand near to the blade shall keep at least 150mm away from the blade,when cutting the short steel bar; a drive-pipe or fixture shall be used to clinch the broken side of the steel bar when the part held by hand is less than 400mm.7、 運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中嚴(yán)禁用手直接消除附件的斷頭和雜物，鋼筋擺動(dòng)周圍和

19、刀口附件非操作人員不得停留。when the machine is working ,it is highly prohibited to remove the break-off part of steel bar and sundries by hand; only operators can stay within the range of the machine.8、 發(fā)現(xiàn)故障或維修保養(yǎng)停機(jī)，切斷電源后方可進(jìn)行。作業(yè)后用鋼筋清除切刀間的雜物，并拉閘鎖上電箱。if there is a breakdown or maintenance work, it is allowed to pro

21、only operators with specialized licenses are allowed to work. 2、使用套絲機(jī)前，要檢查四片刀片是否按順序安裝，連接是否牢固，各運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)部位潤(rùn)滑情況是否良好，有無漏電現(xiàn)象，空車試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)確認(rèn)無誤后，方準(zhǔn)進(jìn)入正常作業(yè)。before starting the diehead threading machine, operators should make sure the four blades were installed in order, and also check the consistency of all compartments

23、oothless saw. in case of producing defective mantle fiber and causing damage to the blades, the steel which have being cut by cut-off machine are prohibited to use.4、套絲時(shí)必須確保鋼筋?yuàn)A持牢固。make sure that steel are holden tight when diehead threading machine is working. 5、套絲時(shí)必須保證冷卻液的流量，并及時(shí)更換冷卻液，冬季套絲時(shí)，需注意保溫及夜間

24、放水工作，以防止水泵電機(jī)損壞。when diehead threading machine is working,.it is guaranteed that there is enough cooling liquid flow. and operators need to change cooling liquid in time. in winter, operators need to pay attention to warm the machine and to drain water at night in case of damaging the dynamo of the w

25、ater pump. 6、機(jī)械在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程中，嚴(yán)禁清掃刀片上面的積屑雜污，發(fā)現(xiàn)工況不良反應(yīng)立即停機(jī)檢查、修理。 while the machine is running , operators are highly prohibited to clean the crumps and dust. stop the machine immediately when the machine meets abnormal responses, and it should be well checked and fixed.7、嚴(yán)禁超過設(shè)備性能規(guī)定的操作，以防發(fā)生事故。 no operations wh

27、h case.電工安全操作規(guī)程safe operation rules for electricians1、 電氣操作人員嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行電工安全操作規(guī)程，對(duì)電氣設(shè)備工具要進(jìn)行定期檢查和實(shí)驗(yàn)，凡不合格的電氣設(shè)備、工具要停止使用。the electric operators shall obey the safe operation rules for electricians and keep the habit of checking electric equipment routinely; should unqualified electric equipment and tools be fo

28、und ,they shall be stopped to use any more. 2、 電工人員嚴(yán)禁帶電操作，線路上禁止帶負(fù)荷接線，正確使用電工器具。under no circumstance should the electricians operate the machine with the electricity still on; it is prohibited to overload the wire . those who operate the machine shall learn how to use the electric tools correctly. 3、

29、 電氣設(shè)備的金屬外電必須做接地或接零保護(hù)。在總箱、開關(guān)箱內(nèi)必須安置漏電保護(hù)器，實(shí)行兩極漏電保護(hù)。the external power source of the electric device shall have earthing connection and neutral connection prevention. a leakage protector shall be set up in the main electric box and switch box to protect two levels of leakage from happening.4、 電氣設(shè)備所用保險(xiǎn)絲禁

30、止用其它鐵絲代替，并需與設(shè)備容量相匹配。it is prohibited to replace the fuse with other iron wire;besides the fuse shall keep the same volume to that of the device.5、 施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)內(nèi)嚴(yán)禁使用塑料線。所用絕緣導(dǎo)線型號(hào)及截面必須符合用電設(shè)計(jì)。it is highly prohibited to use plastic wire in the working site; the type of the insulated wire and its cross-section sh

31、all comply with electricity use.6、 電工必須持證上崗，操作時(shí)必須穿戴好各種絕緣防護(hù)用品，不得違規(guī)操作。the electrician who operate shall have license and wear various insulation clothes when operating; no violation operation is allowed.7、 當(dāng)發(fā)生電氣火災(zāi)時(shí)應(yīng)立即切斷電源，用干砂滅火或用干粉滅火器滅火，嚴(yán)禁使用導(dǎo)電滅火器滅火。the power shall be switched off if there is a electri

32、c fire;the dry sand or dry powder extinguisher can be used for putting out a fire, and no conductor fire extinguisher is allowed. 8、 凡移動(dòng)式照明，必須采用安全電壓。safe voltage shall be used for mobile lightening.9、 施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)臨時(shí)用電施工，必須執(zhí)行施工組織設(shè)計(jì)和安全用電規(guī)定。when the temporary power is used in the construction site, it must be

33、guaranteed that the construction organization design and the regulation for safe power consumption are obeyed. 電焊機(jī)安全操作規(guī)程safe operation rules for welding machine1、操作人員經(jīng)考試合格取得操作證，方準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行操作，操作者應(yīng)熟悉本機(jī)的性能、結(jié)構(gòu)等，并要遵守安全和交接班制度。the operators are allowed to operate welding machine only after having passed test and

34、acquiring the operation certificate; those who operate the machine shall be familiar with the function and structure of it and obey security rules and shift relief system.2、工作前檢查施焊現(xiàn)場(chǎng)10米內(nèi)不得有易燃、易爆物品。電焊機(jī)應(yīng)放置在清潔、干燥、通風(fēng)處所。it must be checked before that there should be no inflammable and explosive dangerous

39、. 切割機(jī)安全操作規(guī)程safe operation rules for cutting machine1、切割物件前，先戴好（手套、口罩、眼鏡），避免飛濺物傷人。wear gloves, mask and glasses before cutting the objects in case of splashes hurting yourself.2、切割機(jī)在使用前必須檢查能否正常使用（如電源線有無破損，切割片是否緊固，有無破損等）。check whether the machine runs properly or not before you use it. (for example, w

40、hether the wire is well and cutting blade was held tightly or not.)3、更換切割片時(shí)，先關(guān)掉電源，掛警示牌。切割片必須同心、緊固，以免脫落傷人。while changing the cutting blade, you should make sure the power is switched off and wear a warning sign. the cutting blade should be held tightly in case of accident.4、更換砂輪切割片后要試運(yùn)行是否有明顯的震動(dòng)，確認(rèn)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正

41、常后方能使用。after change the abrasive cutting blade,you shall check whether there is an obvious vibrating in a test run. only when you confirm that the machine runs properly can you use it.5、切割機(jī)在切割物件時(shí)，物件必須夾緊。the object should be holden tight when the machine is cutting it.6、移動(dòng)式切割機(jī)底座上四個(gè)支撐輪應(yīng)齊全完好，安裝牢固，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活。

44、chine must be used in a specified room in the workshop, and you can not let it face inflammable and people.8、啟動(dòng)時(shí)，檢查切割機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)方向是否正確。when starting the cutting machine, check whether its running in the right direction or not.9、割物件時(shí)用力要平穩(wěn),操作人員操作手柄作切割運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)，用力應(yīng)均勻，平穩(wěn)，切勿用力過猛，以免過載使砂輪切割片崩裂，運(yùn)行時(shí)，如切割片損壞，須立即停止使用，更換完好的切割

45、片再運(yùn)行。using certain and stable strength while cutting the objects. the operators should take a balanced and stable grip when cutting the objects by using the operating handle. do not push too hard in case of cracking the abrasive cutting blades. while the machine is working, stop the machine when the

46、 cutting blades break. and start the machine again after the new blades are installed. 10、切割完畢后，先關(guān)掉電源，待砂輪片停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)，再取物件，以免飛轉(zhuǎn)的切割片傷人。嚴(yán)禁在切割片上砂磨物件。after finished the cutting work, power off first. take out the objects when the abrasive cutting blades stop running, otherwise the running cutting blades would

48、n rules for electric welder1、 焊接場(chǎng)地必要時(shí)配備消防器材，保證足夠的照明和良好的通風(fēng)。fire -fighting equipment shall be provided on the welding site when necessary; enough lightening and good ventilation is needed.2、 在操作場(chǎng)地10米內(nèi)，不應(yīng)儲(chǔ)存油類或其他易燃易爆物品(包括有易燃易爆氣體產(chǎn)生的器皿、管線)。臨時(shí)工地若有此類物品，而又必須在此操作時(shí)，應(yīng)通知消防部門和安全技術(shù)部門到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查，采取臨時(shí)性安全措施后方可進(jìn)行操作。no oil i

51、 of the items.4、 在缺氧危險(xiǎn)作業(yè)場(chǎng)所及有易燃易爆物品及其揮發(fā)性氣體的環(huán)境、設(shè)備、容器應(yīng)經(jīng)事先置換、通風(fēng)，并經(jīng)檢測(cè)合格。the equipment, container shall be replaced first , kept in ventilated place and be detected qualified when in the circumstance of oxygen-starved, inflammable and explosive dangerous goods and volatile gases. 5、 對(duì)壓力容器、密封容器、燃料容器、管道的焊接，

52、必須事先泄壓、敞開，置換清除掉有毒物質(zhì)后再施焊。潮濕環(huán)境，容器內(nèi)作業(yè)還應(yīng)采取相應(yīng)電氣隔離或絕緣等措施，并設(shè)人監(jiān)護(hù)。when welding the pressure container, sealed container, fuel container and pipe, the pressure must be removed off , the sealed must be opened up and the toxic material shall be gotten rid of , then the welding can be done. in moist environment,
