2、要求。3、經(jīng)過(guò)設(shè)備各單元的不同組合， 可在任何極端環(huán)境下、 以不同的移動(dòng)方式迅速抵達(dá)目的地； 可對(duì)分別或同時(shí)對(duì)醫(yī)療垃圾、 生活垃圾、 有害廢物、 各類動(dòng)物尸體以及遇難者遺體等進(jìn)行無(wú) 害化處理（見后附之系統(tǒng)合成組合方式表） 。1）、每單套平均每小時(shí)可處理不同類型的廢棄物500 公斤以上 （視被處理物熱值不同有所差異），可連續(xù)處理，日處理能力在 12 噸以上。如用來(lái)處理生活垃圾， 每單套可以滿足災(zāi)區(qū)居 住于簡(jiǎn)易房約 2 萬(wàn)人所產(chǎn)生的生活垃圾及其它垃圾的處理。 亦可根據(jù)需要設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)處理量不 同的成套設(shè)備。2）、啟動(dòng)二次燃燒爐可處理感染性及非感染性醫(yī)療垃圾；3）、啟動(dòng)一次爐爐底燃燒機(jī)可焚燒動(dòng)物尸體；4

3、）、爐床改用臺(tái)車式進(jìn)料系統(tǒng)以多孔不銹鋼盤可對(duì)遇難者遺體進(jìn)行人性化火葬；5）、加強(qiáng)活性炭吸收塔可處理國(guó)際環(huán)保公約中六十四種有毒有害廢棄物中的五十余種。4、系統(tǒng)由車載到達(dá)目的地后，可不從車上拆卸設(shè)備，僅需用煙道將兩部分相連，便形成了 完整的焚化裝置， 可立即投入運(yùn)行。 且可做到在車載途中進(jìn)行連續(xù)運(yùn)行處理。 在車載所不能 到達(dá)目的地的緊急情況下，由于設(shè)計(jì)的每一個(gè)單體質(zhì)量均在 15 噸以內(nèi)，可運(yùn)輸?shù)跹b至目的 地，實(shí)施應(yīng)急處理。5、系統(tǒng)有煙氣凈化部分，通過(guò)中和處理室對(duì)酸性氣體的吸收和除塵，再經(jīng)活性炭吸收器對(duì) 煙氣的過(guò)濾去除二惡因，煙氣達(dá)標(biāo)排放。中和處理室的堿液循環(huán)噴淋，同時(shí)具備煙氣除塵、 中和酸性氣體和

4、降溫的作用。 活性炭吸收器對(duì)煙氣過(guò)濾后， 使煙氣得到進(jìn)一步凈化， 尤其是 致癌物質(zhì)二惡英得到了吸附脫除。其快速瞬間降溫由 1100 經(jīng)熱風(fēng)回收塔 （節(jié)熱器 ）降到 850 ,再用中和噴淋由 850驟冷降到 150以下避過(guò)二惡英再生成的溫度 ,保證排放達(dá)標(biāo)。6、每個(gè)單元的高度、寬度、長(zhǎng)度分別為40 英尺或 20 英尺集裝箱標(biāo)準(zhǔn)尺寸，滿足車載運(yùn)輸?shù)南薷?、限寬要求?？紤]運(yùn)輸?shù)跹b過(guò)長(zhǎng)可能在空中擺度過(guò)大的因素, 一燃室、二燃室可拆解成十尺的單元吊裝 ,一燃室二燃室和空氣預(yù)熱器組裝后的燃燒部分總長(zhǎng)10.2 米，中和處理室、活性炭吸收器、補(bǔ)給水箱和引風(fēng)機(jī)組裝后的煙氣處理部分總長(zhǎng)為7.8 米。每一個(gè)單元的質(zhì)量

5、不超過(guò) 15 噸，每一個(gè)單體均設(shè)有結(jié)構(gòu)吊點(diǎn)，完全能滿足目前救援運(yùn)輸?shù)目者\(yùn)吊裝要求。7、整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的煙氣流向順暢、系統(tǒng)阻力小，能耗小。8、進(jìn)料部份可用叉車或卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī)或輸送帶，爐門設(shè)計(jì)精巧,兩段進(jìn)料確保爐壓負(fù)壓減少漏煙出灰渣部分設(shè)計(jì)與此同樣。9、操作具備手動(dòng)與自動(dòng)功能，三廢的排放達(dá)最低或零排放水平。10、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與航天技術(shù)結(jié)合，具國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平。三、 流程工藝說(shuō)明： （一）、焚燒系統(tǒng)工藝流程：有害垃圾與一般垃圾熱值各異，本系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)取500kg h，生活垃圾熱值 1250/kcalkg 與 500kg h、醫(yī)療垃圾 1500kcalkg與 3000kcalkg250kgh 為設(shè) 計(jì)參數(shù)：灰分 30 水分

6、43 。1、工藝確定原則： 嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行國(guó)家環(huán)境保護(hù)有關(guān)規(guī)定， 處理工藝盡力達(dá)到國(guó)家排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 采用先進(jìn)、 合理、 成熟、可靠的處理工藝：2、處理規(guī)模：處理量基本值為 500kg h；視被處理物熱值不同有所差異；可24 小時(shí)連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。3、可處理遇難者遺體、動(dòng)物尸體、生活垃圾、醫(yī)療垃圾與有害垃圾，依有害廢棄物處理法 規(guī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)置及操作。一般垃圾一次爐650二次爐 850 ,有害廢棄物一次爐 850，二次爐1200 ,停留時(shí)間二秒鐘。（二）設(shè)備1、 燃燒器 耗油量 10 kg h，電機(jī)功率 0. 3kw TJ10型 2套；TJ15 型 2 套,耗油 15 kgh 電機(jī)功率 0.37 KW 二燃室與爐底

9、平臺(tái)；22、其它,包括電控系統(tǒng)： 配電柜、電氣柜、變頻柜、操作臺(tái)、模擬屏及 2臺(tái) ABB 變頻、PLC、 電儀表、電纜等。 ；23、 飛灰固化：攪拌、模具、澆灌、養(yǎng)生、固化劑貯槽等2HP（選項(xiàng) ）。四、適應(yīng)使命需求：1、工作溫度：攝氏零下 50 度攝氏 50 度；2、單元重量：不大于 15 噸；3、系統(tǒng)車載抵達(dá)工作地點(diǎn)開始組裝至系統(tǒng)啟動(dòng)運(yùn)行不超過(guò)30 分鐘；系統(tǒng)啟動(dòng)后可在車載的行進(jìn)途中連續(xù)工作；如遇系統(tǒng)以車載方式轉(zhuǎn)場(chǎng)運(yùn)行，由開始拆裝至撤離工作現(xiàn)場(chǎng)不超過(guò) 20 分鐘；4、被吊裝時(shí)，有專業(yè)的空中減擺、落地減震措施及裝置；5、具備充分的自潔自清的能力，如采用消毒噴霧機(jī)于每次作業(yè)完后噴灑消毒水消毒，采

10、用 噴火槍對(duì)入料口進(jìn)行高溫消毒等；6、有較強(qiáng)的自供自給能力，系統(tǒng)電力需求由自備發(fā)電機(jī)供給，所需用水取當(dāng)?shù)厮垂┙o， 遇無(wú)水源，可僅以自然風(fēng)降溫，雖出口溫度會(huì)升高50，但不影響系統(tǒng)焚化效能及達(dá)到環(huán)保標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；在水、電、油都缺乏情況下，將采用本技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)自有的技術(shù)，用小型 30kw 風(fēng)力發(fā) 電機(jī)應(yīng)急，該機(jī)只要在十米高處有四級(jí)風(fēng)，就能保證系統(tǒng)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)， 在沒有風(fēng)的情況下也 可應(yīng)急焚燒四小時(shí)； 亦將考慮將本技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)即將投入批量生產(chǎn)的以水汽霧氣為原料的燃料電 池技術(shù)引入系統(tǒng)。7、有在惡劣天氣、惡劣路況、惡劣環(huán)境下行進(jìn)、啟動(dòng)、運(yùn)行、轉(zhuǎn)移的能力及預(yù)案；8、有與其執(zhí)行的應(yīng)急需求相適應(yīng)的抗震、抗破壞的能力；9、有完備

The system contains flue gas purification device, the neutralizing processing chamber will absorb the acid gap and remove dust. The absorbent charcoal absorption unit

20、 may remove Dioxin, and the flue and gas discharge meet the standard. Lye circulation spray of the neutralizing processing chamber can purify fule and gas, remove dust, neutralize acid gas, and lower temperature.
