2、方式來施加流體壓力載荷,計算了氣 缸運動中,密封圈與氣缸和活塞之間的摩擦接觸,以及O型圈在流體壓力施加前后 的滲透結(jié)果對比,該分析涉及到的要點包括:兒何非線性(大變形)、材料非線性 (橡膠Neo-Hookean模型)、接觸非線性(摩擦接觸)、插入命令在接觸面上施加流 體壓力以及采用命令方式查看流體滲透壓力。本例針對裝配體的非線性接觸以及流體壓力的施加以及滲透壓力結(jié)果的查看具 有借鑒和指導作用。2. 案例描述本案例模型有三個parts:活塞、氣缸和密封圈,活塞不動,通過氣缸運動來模 擬裝配過程,并通過流體壓力的施加,來模擬流體滲透壓力對裝配體的影響。活塞和氣缸材料為ANSYS材料庫中默認提供的鋼

3、材料,彈性模量為2.1 X 10e5 MPa,泊松比為0.3,密度是7.85X10e-9Vnmi3; O型密封圈材料為橡膠材料,釆 用Neo-Hookean模型,初始剪切模量為20MPa,不可壓縮參數(shù)D1為0.015MPaA-lo活塞設(shè)置為固定,氣缸底部施加10mm位移,分為3個載荷步進行運算,第一 個載荷步通過在接觸對中定義pinball來調(diào)節(jié)活塞與密封圈之間的干擾,第二個載荷 步滑動氣缸,與活塞和O型圈接觸,系統(tǒng)密封,第三個載荷步通過插入命令的方式 對O型圈施加流體壓力載荷。18A: O Ring general elastomerStatic StructuralTime: 1 $A F
