1、軸系安裝工藝Procedure for shaft installationTCN124P-M012-GY03共 14 頁(yè)第 14 頁(yè)1.概述: General:1.1本工藝描述了57000DWT散貨船軸系各主要部件安裝以及主機(jī)定位的技術(shù)要求。 This procedure described the technical requirement of shaft components installation and M/E locating of 57000DWT BC. 1.2軸系主要部件包含有,4葉定距螺旋槳一支(直徑6000mm,重約16,347kg),螺旋槳軸1根(5006505,1
2、0211kg),中間軸1根(4206006,7159kg),艉管裝置1套(3839kg),中間軸承一套(645kg),艉軸首尾密封裝置,軸接地裝置一套。 Main components of shaft include the following parts, one fixed pitch propeller with four blades (diameter 6000mm, weight 16,347kg), one propeller shaft(5006505,10211kg), one intermediate shaft(4206006,7159kg), stern tube u
3、nit one set(3839kg), intermediate shaft bearing one set(645kg), fore and aft. shaft seal assembly, shaft grounding unit.1.3軸系的安裝工藝流程 Shaft system Installation sequence拉線(照光)艉管定位澆注環(huán)氧主機(jī)底角螺栓孔定位裝螺旋槳軸裝艏艉軸密封裝置安裝無(wú)鍵螺旋槳安放中間軸、主機(jī)。船下水后按軸系校中計(jì)算法定位軸系及主機(jī)。Pulling wire(Shaft sight)Locating stern tube and chock fastLo

5、 the shaft and M/E temporarily, avoid turning of propeller shaft. Detail see “Procedure for fix rudder and propeller during launching”.1.4所有軸系零件均為外購(gòu)成品,尺寸加工到位,在吊運(yùn)、安裝過(guò)程中要注意保護(hù)。在進(jìn)行吊裝前應(yīng)仔細(xì)檢查吊運(yùn)工具,如吊索、眼板、卸扣等應(yīng)安全可靠。All the components of shaft is finished production, please pay more attention during hoisting a

8、 for M/ESC4439(ZS)-107-001 螺旋槳圖 Propeller drawing CB/T 4000-2005 中國(guó)造船質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn) China Shipbuilding Quality Standard 4.工裝設(shè)備 Frock Equipment 激光經(jīng)緯儀、拉線架4套、鉛錘1只、重錘1只(25kg)、琴鋼絲(0.5mm)、鋼直尺、50m卷尺、常用鉗工工具等。 Laser instrument、 4 draw line frames、1 plumb、a heavy(25kg)、0.5mm steel wire、steel ruler、50m tape ruler、normal
9、 locksmith tools etc. 5. 軸系精拉線條件: Shaft final draw wire preconditions:5.1機(jī)艙前壁(FR35)以后,主甲板以下主要結(jié)構(gòu)焊接工作已完成,火工矯正工作結(jié)束。機(jī)艙內(nèi)部的船體艙、柜的焊接打磨密性試驗(yàn)交驗(yàn)完畢。 Welding job of structures that after fore bulkhead (FR35) of E/R and below main deck almost finished, and the fire correction job finished. The structure tanks in
10、E/R welding、grinding job and tightness test finished.5.2軸系區(qū)域內(nèi)主要輔機(jī)機(jī)座裝焊完成,除主機(jī)及舵機(jī)以外的大型設(shè)備(3t及以上)及底部單元等進(jìn)艙就位。In the area around shaft line, the auxiliary engine seat to be welded completely, all the big equipments (over 3 ton) and assembly units on position except M/E、steering gear. 5.3 船體墊墩、支柱受力均勻、穩(wěn)定牢固,不
11、允許隨意移動(dòng)。 Frusta and support below structure bear even strength. Must be sure they are steady and without movement.5.4軸系精拉線要求在不受陽(yáng)光曝曬及無(wú)急劇溫度變化情況下進(jìn)行,一般在晚間或陰天時(shí)進(jìn)行,以避免船體變形影響軸系中心線的正確性。Shaft draw wire job should be carried out on the condition of without sunshine and the temperature sharp change. Usually shou
12、ld carry out in evening or cloudly day, avoid hull deflection impact the shaft center line position.5.5 停止引起振動(dòng)的作業(yè)與有嚴(yán)重噪聲干擾的作業(yè)。 Stop the vabriation and loud job.5.6 定位所用的激光經(jīng)緯儀以及測(cè)量工具應(yīng)經(jīng)相應(yīng)檢驗(yàn)部門校驗(yàn)合格。 The laser instrument and all the measure tools to be checked out by inspect dept. 6. 軸系精拉線前的準(zhǔn)備: Preparation
13、 of shaft final draw wire:6.1實(shí)船基準(zhǔn)線的確定 Base line determine 6.1.1測(cè)量龍骨變形量,計(jì)算龍骨平均高度點(diǎn),作為船體實(shí)船基線。 Measure the deformation of keel calculate the even height of keel as the base line height.6.1.2測(cè)量實(shí)船中心線偏差量,并在尾封板及機(jī)艙前橫艙壁的區(qū)域塢底平面上勘劃出實(shí)船中線面的投影線,作為軸線在塢底平面的投影線。 Measure the actual center line and mark the center line
14、 projection line on the dry dock below E/R area, the line is shaft line projection line.6.2軸系中心線的確定 Shaft center line determine6.2.1船體尾部理論軸中心面的確定 Stern part shaft center profile determinea,以中心線在塢底的延伸點(diǎn)為基準(zhǔn),調(diào)整激光經(jīng)緯儀”1”的軸線直至與船中心線重合。 Take the center line projection line on dock floor as benchmark adjust l
15、aser machinery No.1 until the axial line of laser crossed with benchmark.b,將激光經(jīng)緯儀“1”射出的光點(diǎn)延伸到尾部拉線架“B”上,并在垂直方向向上平移,同時(shí)測(cè)量此光點(diǎn)到塢底的垂直距離,當(dāng)測(cè)定的距離等于船體軸線到船臺(tái)的距離時(shí)(即:軸系中心線的高度為3300+外板厚度+塢墩高度),則此點(diǎn)為軸系中心線上一點(diǎn)。以此點(diǎn)作為參考點(diǎn)并打好樣沖點(diǎn),同時(shí)將激光經(jīng)緯儀旋轉(zhuǎn)180將光點(diǎn)投射到后艉管支撐套后端面上,并打好樣沖,這樣就可初步確定軸系尾部理論面。 Extend the laser from No.1 machine on the w
16、ire frame “B” and move the laser point up, meantime measure the vertical distance form dock bottom to the laser point, during the distance same as shaft center line to dock bottom height stop movement, we can confirm that this point on the theory shaft center line. Take this point as benchmark and p
17、unch it on frame. Turn lasher head 180and punch the lasher point on stern bossing aft. face, at present the stern shaft profile has been determined. 6.2.2機(jī)艙內(nèi)軸系中心線的確定 Shaft center line determine in E/Ra,在機(jī)艙Fr21附近位置設(shè)立一激光經(jīng)緯儀”2”,將光點(diǎn)延伸到船體外部的拉線架“B”,使之與拉線架上的樣沖點(diǎn)重合。 Arrange one laser machine “2” around Fr21
18、in E/R, extend laser on the wire frame B, until the laser point just superposed with the punch mark.b,調(diào)整激光經(jīng)緯儀2的位置,使之既能與船體尾柱上的樣沖點(diǎn)的連線相交,同時(shí)也能投影到艉部拉線架上的樣沖點(diǎn)上,然后將經(jīng)緯儀的位置固定。 Adjust laser head(2) position until the laser point crossed with the connect line between punch mark on stern bossing aft. face, and t
19、he laser point also superposed with the punch mark on frame B, fix the laser machine position.6.2.3軸系中心線的延伸 Extend the shaft center linea,將激光經(jīng)緯儀2調(diào)轉(zhuǎn)1800,將光點(diǎn)延伸并投影在機(jī)艙FR31拉線架上,并確定光點(diǎn)位置,打好樣沖點(diǎn),這點(diǎn)與艉部拉線架上的樣沖點(diǎn)的連線即為理論軸線。 Turn lasher head(2)1800 extend lasher point on FR31 frame A, and punch it. Then connection
20、 line between the punch point on frame A&B is the theory shaft center line.6.3根據(jù)船舶設(shè)計(jì)理論軸系中心線,在軸系艏艉端確定基準(zhǔn)點(diǎn),拉線時(shí)以此為基準(zhǔn)。基準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)坐標(biāo)分別為:艏點(diǎn)A(Fr31,CL0,BL+3300),艉點(diǎn)B(Fr-5-2000,CL0,BL+3300),見(jiàn)附圖。各基準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)確定后報(bào)驗(yàn)船東船檢。 According to the theory shaft line position determine the fore and after datum mark. The coordinate of two
21、datum marks is: Fore point A(Fr31,CL0,BL+3300),Aft. point B(Fr-5-2000,CL0,BL+3300), see attached drawing. Two datum marks point position should be confirmed by owner and surveyor. 6.4 通過(guò)艏艉基準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)拉線,檢查FR13#艙壁艉管孔的直徑理論值應(yīng)為900,并根據(jù)軸系理論中心線檢查此開(kāi)孔的偏心情況,在艙壁靠船首面劃出1130的檢驗(yàn)圓以及圓孔的正交十字線,用洋沖標(biāo)記。 Through the two datum mark
22、 points pull steel wire as shaft center line. According to this line check the stern tube hole on FR13# bulkhead, the theory diameter is900, check eccentricity of the hole, draw a1130 reference round and the cross line with punch mark.6.5在軸系基準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)A后端,設(shè)立拉線架平臺(tái),用來(lái)安放儀器和人員站立。 After the target A arrange one
23、platform for the wire frame.6.6 艉管裝置在車間平臺(tái)時(shí)應(yīng)找正前后端面圓孔的中心,并劃十字線標(biāo)記。前后艉管端面十字線交叉點(diǎn)的連線即為艉管的理論中心線。完成后需交船東船檢認(rèn)可。 Find the center of fore and after hole of stern tube, and make cross line mark on the end surface. The two center point connect line is the theory center line of stern tube. The center point should
24、confirmed by owner and surveyor.6.7艉管就位Install the stern tube 6.7.1按“艉管總圖(425-02-00)”將八只艉管調(diào)整螺栓預(yù)先布置到相應(yīng)位置處, 其中四只在艉柱中,另外四只安裝在FR13#艙壁船尾側(cè)。According to general drawing of stern tube(425-02-00), previously place eight stern tube adjustable bolts to relative position.The after four bolts in stern bossing, t
25、he other four installed on the aft. side of FR13# bulkhead.6.7.2按“艉管總圖(425-02-00)”焊好后艉柱上的兩個(gè)透氣管及一個(gè)注入管.注入管及透氣管均采用27X2.5無(wú)縫鋼管.鋼管上應(yīng)無(wú)任何油漆,油污等。According to general drawing of stern tube(425-02-00),weld two vent pipes on aft stern tube support cover and one immit tube.Immit and vent tube all adopt27X2.5 sea
26、mless steel pipe. No any paint and dirty on steel pipe.6.7.3栓查艉管清潔, 艉柱內(nèi)表面及艉管外表面等與環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂接觸處(含澆注孔,透氣孔內(nèi)表面)均需清除鐵銹、油污、毛刺、焊渣、油漆和灰塵等。提交環(huán)氧服務(wù)工程師及船東檢查清潔度。 Check stern tube cleanness. Contact part of stern tube front & aft support cover inner face and stern tube outside face with epoxy resin(include spraying hol
27、e,vent hole inner face)need clean rust,oil dirty,burr,welding dregs,painting and dust.Submit epoxy service engineer and owner to check cleanness and can satisfy the requirement.6.7.4將艉管吊起送入艉柱中并向艏移動(dòng),在移動(dòng)過(guò)程中注意保持艉管外表面和艉柱內(nèi)表面清潔,并用丙酮清洗。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)需由環(huán)氧服務(wù)工程師及船東監(jiān)控,當(dāng)?shù)竭_(dá)艉管裝置圖中所示位置時(shí),重新檢查艉管外表面和艉柱內(nèi)表面清潔度,提交環(huán)氧服務(wù)工程師及船東檢查清潔度。 H

The chock fast service engineer and owner inspect on site, during the stern tube on position recheck the cleanness and submit to service engineer and owner
29、 check.6.7.5擰入艏艉處的調(diào)節(jié)螺栓將艉管撐起, 撤去起吊艉管所用的輔助工具。 Stern tube will be raised by screwing adjustment bolt of fore and after,and remove all auxiliary tools that sling stern tube.7. 拉線調(diào)整定位艉管: Draw wire and adjust the position of stern tube:7.1在理論軸線前后端拉線架上用0.5mm琴鋼絲穿過(guò)前后艉軸管拉出理論軸線,鋼絲自由端掛25kg重錘。 Pull shaft line on
30、 wire frame use 0.5mm steel wire, at the aft. side hang a 25kg heavy. 7.2調(diào)節(jié)鋼絲線位置,使其穿過(guò)A和B兩個(gè)基準(zhǔn)點(diǎn),檢查確定后報(bào)驗(yàn)船東船檢。Adjust the steel wire until it through the two benchmark A and B, then submitted to ship owner and surveyor for approval.7.3用艏艉調(diào)整螺栓精調(diào)艉管位置,使前后端艉管中心均在軸系理論中心線上(考慮撓度值)。并且調(diào)整艉管后端面距艉柱后端面距離為75mm,允許誤差2mm
31、。擰緊頂絲螺栓,固定艉管,報(bào)驗(yàn)船東船檢。 Adjust the stern tube position use the adjust bolts, until the stern tube target center on the shaft center line. And adjust the distance between stern tube after end to stern bossing end, the distance should be 75mm, the allowable tolerance is 2mm. Fix the stern tube by the adj
32、ust bolts, submit to owner and surveyor check.琴鋼絲撓度計(jì)算公式如下:The deflection formula as following, Y = qX(L-X) / (0.99*2G)式中: Y鋼絲線上X一點(diǎn)撓度(m)In the formula: Y - the flexibility of point X on the steel wire (m).q鋼絲線單位長(zhǎng)度重量q/m,0.5mm鋼絲線取1.59g/mq-unit length weight of steel wire q/m, 1.59g.m per 0.5mm steel wi
33、re.X所求撓度點(diǎn)到基準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)距離(m)X-distance between calculation point to the benchmark(m)L鋼絲兩基準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)間的距離(m)L-the distance between the benchmark on steel wire(m).G鋼絲拉力(kg)G-pull strength on steel wire(kg).7.4檢查艉管與艉柱之間的最小間隙,采用動(dòng)力泵澆注環(huán)氧最小允許間隙為3mm. Check the clearance between stern tube and stern bossing, adopt the pump pou
34、ring chock fast the minimum clearance is 3mm.7.5檢查軸系中心線到主機(jī)基座面板的高度,此高度實(shí)際測(cè)量值應(yīng)在1135mm左右,檢查主機(jī)基座兩側(cè)的偏中情況,中心線到基座邊緣的距離應(yīng)為1095mm,若以上尺寸實(shí)測(cè)偏差過(guò)大需及時(shí)通知技術(shù)部門核對(duì)。 Check the vertical distance between shaft center line to M/E foundation top, measured distance should around 1135mm. Check the width from shaft center line t
35、o M/E foundation side, the width should be 1095mm. If the above result with big deviation please inform technical dept. in time. 7.6吊舵系中心線,檢查舵線與軸線的相交情況,以及舵線到艉管末端的距離,尺寸應(yīng)滿足“TCN124P-M012-GY01軸舵系初拉線工藝”中第10.3的要求。 Hang the rudder center line, check the relative position between rudder center line and shaf
36、t center line,and the distance between rudder line to stern tube end. The dimension should within the tolerance of item 10.3 in “TCN124P-M012-GY01 Preliminary alignment procedure for shaft & rudder”.7.7檢查軸線到中間軸承基座面板的垂直高度(不包含墊塊高度),理論值為500mm,為保證活動(dòng)墊塊的厚度50mm(按照設(shè)備說(shuō)明書(shū)要求),垂直高度應(yīng)500mm且小515mm。 Check the verti
37、cal height between shaft center line to intermediate bearing seat face plate (not include pad height) theory value should be 500mm. In order to keep the moveable pad thickness 50mm(according to equipment spec. requirement), the vertical height should 500mm and 515mm.7.8按照附圖尺寸確定主機(jī)滑油回油孔的開(kāi)孔位置,開(kāi)孔前應(yīng)檢查到貨主
38、機(jī)油底殼上開(kāi)孔尺寸是否與圖紙相符,確定無(wú)誤后方能開(kāi)孔。 According to the attached drawing dimension determine the M/E LO return hole position, before open hole check the hole dimension on M/E follow attached drawing, after confirmed do the cut job.8. 安裝艉管總成加強(qiáng)板: Install the stern tube reinforcement plate:8.1艉管總成吊裝上船以后,先按照艉管總圖(S
39、C4439(ZS)-425-02-00)將加強(qiáng)板(SC4439(ZS)-425-02-14)焊在艉管總成前端艉管座上。 After stern tube on position, according to stern tube general drawing (SC4439(ZS)-425-02-00) weld reinforcement plate on stern tube forward bossing.8.2按照?qǐng)D紙將加強(qiáng)板與FR13艙壁焊接,按右圖所示,分段、對(duì)稱施焊。在焊接過(guò)程中必須打表隨時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)焊接的變形情況,使得焊接完成時(shí)艉管艏艉部的中心仍在軸系中心線上,允許偏差0.50mm。
40、According to the drawing weld the reinforcement plate on the FR13# bulkhead, symmetric weld as the right picture. Check and control the deformation during welding, keep the stern tube center still on the shaft center line after weld, allowable deflection 0.50mm.9. 艉管總成的環(huán)氧澆鑄: Chock fast of stern tube
41、:見(jiàn)艉管環(huán)氧澆注工藝。See stern tube chock fast procedure. 環(huán)氧澆注24h后,復(fù)核艉管總成的位置,將測(cè)量結(jié)果填入下檢驗(yàn)表中。 24 hours after chock fast recheck the position of stern tube, fill the result in the below list.偏差方向Direction位置Position上up下Down左left右right尾管前中心Stern tube fore center尾管后中心Stern tube aft. center10. 主機(jī)底角螺栓孔定位開(kāi)孔: Locating o
42、f M/E holding down bolts:10.1以A,B兩點(diǎn)為基準(zhǔn),用0.5mm鋼絲拉出軸系理論中心線,A點(diǎn)掛重25kg。 According to the A&B datum marks pull 0.5mm steel wire as the shaft center line, at A point hung a 25kg heavy.10.2在主機(jī)座槽中裝焊臨時(shí)支架,將軸系中心線引至臨時(shí)支架上平面,并以此為基準(zhǔn)按照主機(jī)安裝圖中的尺寸,在兩側(cè)基座面板上劃出兩列主機(jī)地腳螺栓孔的中心連線,如下圖所示。 Install the temporary support in M/E sea
43、t groove as below drawing, mark the shaft center line projection on the support. According to the marked wire draw two arrange line of holding down bolts center connect line. As below drawing.10.3以艉管后端面為基準(zhǔn)確定主機(jī)第6缸中心位置,沿鋼絲線向前測(cè)量,艉管后端面到6缸中心的理論距離為123251mm(該尺寸為理論值,實(shí)際尺寸待螺旋槳與螺旋槳軸在車間預(yù)壓后確定),采用吊線錘的方法找出主機(jī)第6缸中心投
44、影點(diǎn),在臨時(shí)支架上穿過(guò)此點(diǎn)劃出與船中線的垂線,并延長(zhǎng)與兩列主機(jī)地腳螺栓孔的中心連線相交。 Determine the No.6 cyl. center position measured from stern tube after end side, the theory distance should be 123251mm(the actual distance decide by the propeller and propeller shaft pre-installation test result in workshop), use the plumb find out the p
45、rojection point of No.6 cyl. center on temporary support. Through this point draw the vertical line with ship center line, and prolong the vertical line crossed with holding down bolts center connect line.10.4根據(jù)主機(jī)安裝圖,采用常規(guī)方法劃出主機(jī)全部地腳螺栓孔的中心位置,打硬記。然后對(duì)照主機(jī)安裝圖,采用縱向、橫向、以及對(duì)角測(cè)量的方法,反復(fù)校對(duì),以確保全部地腳螺栓孔位置的準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤。 Acco
46、rding to engine installation drawing draw out the center position of all engine holding down bolts hole with punch mark. Then follow the engine installation drawing, measure each distance from longitudinal、transverse and crossed direction, in order to ensure the correct position of all holding down
47、bolts hole.10.5檢查艏、艉兩端螺栓孔中心對(duì)角間距,理論值應(yīng)為6436mm,允許偏差2mm。復(fù)核全部螺栓孔的縱、橫向尺寸,縱向兩孔間誤差0.5mm,橫向兩孔間誤差1mm確保準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤,縱向累積誤差2mm。 Check the fore and after end bolts cross connect line length, theory distance should be 6436mm, allowable tolerance 2mm. Recheck all the holding down bolts position, tolerance between two hole
48、s on longitudinal direction 0.5mm, on the transverse direction 1mm, cumulate tolerance on longitudinal direction 2mm.10.6根據(jù)已劃好的底腳螺栓孔的中心點(diǎn),劃出全部地腳螺栓孔的加工圓線46 mm、檢查圓線66mm,打硬記。 According to the marked center point of holding down bolt holes, draw the drilling hole 46 mm and reference round 66mm and marked
49、 on M/E seat.10.7加工出全部460+2.0mm的地腳螺栓孔,修除毛刺打磨光順。 Drill all the holding down bolts hole 460+2.0mm and grinding.10.8鉆孔作業(yè)后,須檢查主機(jī)機(jī)座下橫向加強(qiáng)板的位置,是否會(huì)影響螺栓螺母的安裝。消除反面毛刺,以保證安裝時(shí)的良好貼合。 After drilling check the transverse reinforce plate below M/E seat plate, confirm whether the plate will impact install bolts and n
50、uts. Remove the burr on the opposite side, ensure the nut surface M/E seat opposite side with good contact. 10.9回油管開(kāi)孔時(shí),應(yīng)核對(duì)主機(jī)油底殼與圖紙的正確性。 Before open the return oil pipe hole on lube oil circulation tank must confirm the opening position on M/E sump bottom same as the drawing.11. 塞螺旋槳軸: Insert propell
