1、山西高等教育國(guó)際化問(wèn)題研究 山西財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué) 碩士學(xué)位論文 山西高等教育國(guó)際化問(wèn)題研究 姓名:苗俊俊 申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士 專(zhuān)業(yè):教育經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理 指導(dǎo)教師:楊俊青 2010-06-12 摘要 隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球一體化的發(fā)展,高等教育國(guó)際化已經(jīng)成為必然趨勢(shì)。目前, 山西正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、經(jīng)濟(jì)方式轉(zhuǎn)變、傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)改造的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,需 要大批高素質(zhì)的國(guó)際型人才,而高素質(zhì)的國(guó)際型人才培養(yǎng)則取決于山西高等教 育國(guó)際化的程度。因此,認(rèn)真分析山西省高等教育國(guó)際化現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展水平,以 及高等教育國(guó)際化進(jìn)程中存在的問(wèn)題和產(chǎn)生這些問(wèn)題的原因,并且提出相應(yīng)的 對(duì)策,從而加快山西高等教育國(guó)際化進(jìn)程,為山西經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)培養(yǎng)更多合格的國(guó)

2、 際型人才具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文通過(guò)研究高等教育國(guó)際化內(nèi)涵及特征,參考教育部頒布的高等教育國(guó) 際化評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,共包括國(guó)際化觀念和規(guī)劃、國(guó)際化機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置、學(xué)生結(jié)構(gòu)國(guó) 際化、教師結(jié)構(gòu)國(guó)際化、課程國(guó)際化、科研國(guó)際化和中外合作辦學(xué)七個(gè)指標(biāo), 應(yīng)用這一指標(biāo)體系對(duì)山西高等教育國(guó)際化現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,并且把一些主要指標(biāo) 與中部地區(qū)其他省份和山西周邊省份進(jìn)行比較。通過(guò)比較發(fā)現(xiàn)山西高等教育國(guó) 際化存在著高校留學(xué)生占在校生比例偏低,國(guó)際化專(zhuān)門(mén)機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置較少,教師來(lái) 源和學(xué)生結(jié)構(gòu)國(guó)際化程度低,課程和內(nèi)容的國(guó)際化程度不夠,中外合作辦學(xué)機(jī) 構(gòu)和項(xiàng)目較少等一系列問(wèn)題,究其原因,與山西高等教育管理機(jī)構(gòu)和高校的國(guó) 際化理念淡薄

3、,地理位置不佳、環(huán)境污染嚴(yán)重,粗放式經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式對(duì)高等教 育國(guó)際化要求低,以及經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平落后,對(duì)高等教育國(guó)際化投入不足等因素 都有關(guān)系,這些因素嚴(yán)重制約著山西高等教育國(guó)際化的發(fā)展。 要加快山西高等教育國(guó)際化發(fā)展進(jìn)程,首先必須增強(qiáng)高等教育管理部門(mén)和 3 高校的國(guó)際化觀念,其次,鼓勵(lì)教師和學(xué)生出國(guó)開(kāi)拓視野,推廣國(guó)際化課程和 教學(xué)內(nèi)容,提高師資隊(duì)伍和學(xué)生生源的國(guó)際化程度,第三,推動(dòng)高校加大合作 研究和國(guó)際交流力度,提高科研國(guó)際化水平,第四,加快優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科建設(shè),吸引 國(guó)外優(yōu)質(zhì)辦學(xué)資源,以及鼓勵(lì)創(chuàng)辦中外合作辦學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu),開(kāi)展中外合作辦學(xué)項(xiàng)目 等,以促進(jìn)山西高等教育加快國(guó)際化發(fā)展步伐。 【關(guān)鍵詞】山西 高等教

6、zation of higher education status and level of development, and the process of internationalization of higher education problems and the reasons for these problems and to propose appropriate countermeasures, thus speeding up the process of internationalization of higher education in shanxi province,
