4、ed departments shall audit and approve the control plan4.3 IPQC 監(jiān)控控制計(jì)劃執(zhí)行情況IPQC shall monitor the execution status of the control plan5.0 程序 Procedure:5.1 工程部負(fù)責(zé)核查客戶提供的資料 , 并要求客戶提供需要的輔助資料 .Engineering department is responsible audit customer supplied information, and request customer to supply necessa

5、ry supplementary information .5.2 收集所有的資料后 , 工程部在這些資料的基礎(chǔ)上制定最初的控制計(jì)劃 , 并和個(gè)人化、質(zhì)檢部、封裝部PM（等部門開會協(xié)商，討論滿足客戶需求的質(zhì)量行動(dòng)及涉及的財(cái)務(wù)問 題。After collection of all information, engineering department shall base on the information to formulate initial control plan, and personalization、 QCdepartment 、 embedding department an

9、B)shall audit,approve thecontrol plan.5.6文控中心分發(fā)控制計(jì)劃，如果客戶要求，由PM(部門轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)給客戶確認(rèn)。Document control centre shall distribute the control plan,if required by customer, PMC shall provide control plan for customer confirmation.5.7 作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書內(nèi)容應(yīng)包括但不限于以下項(xiàng)目 :Work instruction shall include (but not limited to) the followi

10、ngs:5.7.1 產(chǎn)品的每個(gè)制程和站別的作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書必須定義產(chǎn)品的制造過程和檢驗(yàn)方法。Every process of the product and work instruction of each process must define product s manufacturing process and inspection method。5.7.2 作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書應(yīng)清晰地說明要使用的設(shè)備、儀器、工具、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)尺寸和程序。Work instruction shall clearly state the required equipment 、 instrumentation 、tools 、s
