APA參考文獻(xiàn)格式

1、【參考文獻(xiàn)】 apa參考文獻(xiàn)的格式與其他寫作格式比較,雖然比較單純但也相當(dāng)復(fù)雜，必須注意的是，參考文獻(xiàn)部份與文獻(xiàn)引用部份息息相關(guān)，引用過(guò)的文獻(xiàn)必須出現(xiàn)在參考文獻(xiàn)中，而且參考文獻(xiàn)中的每一筆文獻(xiàn)都被引用過(guò)，兩者的作者姓氏 (名) 以及年代也必須完全一致.另外，在引用英文文獻(xiàn)時(shí)，僅寫出作者姓氏，但在參考文獻(xiàn)中則須同時(shí)寫出姓氏以及名字 (字首)，中文文獻(xiàn)則都寫出全名. 參考文獻(xiàn)的排列順序，如為中文文獻(xiàn)，以作者姓名筆畫為依據(jù)，大致上不會(huì)有什麼問(wèn)題，如為英文文獻(xiàn)，則較復(fù)雜.英文文獻(xiàn)的排列順序有十個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn): (一) 依作者姓氏字母順序排列，如以文章篇名或書名當(dāng)作者，而該篇名或書名是以數(shù)字開(kāi)頭時(shí)，以國(guó)字之字母順

2、序比較，如21st century education 是以twenty-first century education 作為比較的基準(zhǔn). (二) 第一位作者姓名相同時(shí)，如為同一作者，依年代先后順序排列: 例 如:hewlett, l. s. (1996) hewlett, l. s. (1999) (三) 一位作者永遠(yuǎn)排在多位作者之前: 例 如:razik, t. a. (1991) razik, t. a. , & lin, t. -y. (1995) (四) 當(dāng)有多位作者必須比較時(shí)，依序由第二或第三 第四 作者姓氏字母順序排列: 例 如:gosling, j. r., jerald, k

3、., & belfar, s. f. (2000) gosling, j. y., & tevlin, d. f. (1996) (五) 相同作者且相同年代，則依 (去除a, the等冠詞之后) 篇名或書名字母順序排列，并於年代之后附a, b, c, 等注記: 例 如:razik, t. a., & lin, t. -y. (七) 作者為機(jī)關(guān)團(tuán)體時(shí)，以機(jī)關(guān)團(tuán)體全名字母作為比較的基礎(chǔ)，當(dāng)作者為機(jī)關(guān)團(tuán)體的附屬團(tuán)體時(shí)，全名要以主團(tuán)體先，附屬團(tuán)體后來(lái)呈現(xiàn):例 如:state university of new york at buffalo, department of educational organization, administration, and policy. (1994). 不可寫為department of educational organization, administration, and policy, state university

5、of new york at buffalo. (1994). (八) 作者署名為anonymous，以anonymous來(lái)比較. (九) 沒(méi)有作者時(shí)，把 (去除冠詞之后的) 篇名或書名視為作者來(lái)比較. (十) 引用后設(shè)分析(meta-analysis)之文獻(xiàn)時(shí),不必以附錄一一列舉,但融入於參考文獻(xiàn)中,并在文獻(xiàn)前加注 * 號(hào),且在參考文獻(xiàn)一開(kāi)始時(shí)說(shuō)明加注星號(hào)者為后設(shè)分析的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn): 例 如:*bretschneider, j. g., & mccoy. n. l. (1968). sexual interest and behavior in health 80-102-year-olds.

6、archives of sexual behavior, 14, 343-350. apa出版手冊(cè)把參考文獻(xiàn)分為 (1) 期刊 雜志 新聞文章,摘要資料，(2) 書籍 手冊(cè) 書的一章，(3) 專門或研究報(bào)告，(4) 會(huì)議?？?qū)ｎ}座談會(huì)論文，(5) 學(xué)位論文，(6) 其他未出版之著作或不普遍之出版物，(7) 評(píng)論，(8) 視聽(tīng)媒體資料，(9) 電子媒體資料, (10) 法令等十類，每一類文獻(xiàn)的格式都不一樣，其重要者條列及舉例說(shuō)明如下. (一) 表格的制作 資料繪制成表格,一方面可以節(jié)省空間,另一方面可方便資料的比較,所以太簡(jiǎn)單的資料無(wú)需繪制成表格.繪制表格時(shí)，應(yīng)把握下列原則，(1) 呈現(xiàn)在表格中的資料，更能顯現(xiàn)某種一致趨勢(shì)或特殊事例,(2)

49、必須進(jìn)行比較的資料，以上下對(duì)照而非左右對(duì)照方式呈報(bào),(3) 表格的安排,能使讀者易於掌握重要的資料 (請(qǐng)參閱該手冊(cè)，第147-176頁(yè)),(4)且通常文字解釋先於圖表,(5)apa格式因供期刊論文之用,通常在表格內(nèi)不畫縱向直線,但為求美觀,一般學(xué)位論文也可畫縱向直線. 不論是統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)或質(zhì)性資料的歸納,表格結(jié)構(gòu)均包括：標(biāo)題 內(nèi)容 以及注記三個(gè)部份，格式如下： 1.中文表格標(biāo)題的格式： 表1 標(biāo)題 或 表1-1 標(biāo)題，等.標(biāo)題置於置於表格之上. 例 如:表1-1 國(guó)小教師對(duì)於九年一貫課程認(rèn)同情形 2.英文表格標(biāo)題的格式： table 1. table title 或table 1.1. table

50、 title(標(biāo)題置於置於表格之上) 例 如:table 1. error rates of older and younger groups 認(rèn)識(shí)apa格式 163.中英文表格內(nèi)容的格式： (1) 格內(nèi)如無(wú)適當(dāng)?shù)馁Y料，以空白方式處理; (2) 格內(nèi)如有資料，但無(wú)需列出，則劃上 號(hào); (3) 相關(guān)系數(shù)列連表的對(duì)角線一律劃上 號(hào); (4) 列數(shù)可酌予增加，但行數(shù)愈少愈好; (5) 同一行的小數(shù)位的數(shù)目要一致. 4.中文表格注記的格式： (1) 於表格下方靠左對(duì)齊第一個(gè)字起，第一項(xiàng)寫總表的注解,如：本資料系由九位評(píng)審依五等第計(jì)分法，資料來(lái)源：); (2) 第二項(xiàng)另起一列寫特定行或列的注解,如：n1

51、 = 25. n2 = 32.; (3) 第三項(xiàng)另起一列寫機(jī)率的注解,如：*p .05. *p .01. *p .001.;一般屬於雙側(cè)檢定(two-tailed test),但如同一表格內(nèi)有單側(cè)(one-tailed)及雙側(cè)檢定時(shí),則可用*注解雙側(cè)而用+注解單側(cè)檢定,如:*p . 05.(雙側(cè))+p .01. (單側(cè)). 5.英文表格注記的格式： (1) 與中文格式原則相同，但以英文敘述,第一項(xiàng)為note.; (2) 第二項(xiàng)為n1 = 20. n2 = 30.,等; (3) 第三項(xiàng)為 *p .05. *p .01. *p .001.一般屬於雙側(cè)檢定(two-tailed test),但如同一
