13、乙方將添置的設(shè)備搬走，并保證不影響廠房的完好及正常使用。partybmaydecoratethepremisesandaddnewfacilitieswithpartyasapproval.whenthiscontracte_pires,partybmaytakeawaytheaddedfacilitieswhichareremovablewithoutchangingthegoodconditionsofthepremisesfornormaluse.3.未經(jīng)甲方同意，乙方不得將承租的廠房轉(zhuǎn)租，并愛護使用該廠房，如因乙方過失或過錯致使廠房及設(shè)施受損，乙方應承擔賠償責任。partybwilln

14、ottransfertheleaseofthepremiseswithoutpartyasapprovalandshouldtakegoodcareofthepremises.otherwise,partybwillberesponsibletocompensateanydamagesofthepremisesandattachedfacilitiescausedbyitsfaultandnegligence.4.乙方應按本合同規(guī)定合法使用該廠房，不得擅自改變使用性質(zhì)。乙方不得在該廠房內(nèi)存放危險物品。否則，如該廠房及附屬設(shè)施因此受損，乙方應承擔全部責任。partybwillusetheprem

17、sementetc.ontheoutwall.八、合同終止及解除的規(guī)定terminationanddissolutionofthecontract1.乙方在租賃期滿前如需退租或續(xù)租，應提前兩個月通知甲方，由雙方另行協(xié)商退租或續(xù)租事宜。在同等條件下乙方享有優(yōu)先續(xù)租權(quán)。withintwomonthsbeforethecontracte_pires,partybwillnotifypartyaifitintendstoe_tendtheleasehold.inthissituation,twopartieswilldiscussmattersoverthee_tension.2.租賃期滿后，乙方應在
