22、，賣(mài)方遲于合同規(guī)定的期限交貨，如買(mǎi)方同意遲延交貨，賣(mài)方應(yīng)同意對(duì)信用證有關(guān)條款進(jìn)行修改和同意銀行在議付貨款時(shí)扣除本條規(guī)定的違約金。違約金總值不超過(guò)貨物總價(jià)值的，差率按天計(jì)算，不滿天仍按天計(jì)算。在未采用信用證支付的情況下，賣(mài)方應(yīng)將前述方法計(jì)算的違約金即付買(mǎi)方。if the sellers fail to make delivery on time asstipulated in the contract, with e_ception of force majeure, the buyers shall agree to postpone the delivery onconditions tha
