If you need to make or receive a call, stop at the side of the road.5. Use your cell phone politely.Turn your phone off in meetings, movies

18、cell phones only when they have to. A small percentage only three percent think cell phones are unnecessary. Another three percent say they are addicted to theircell phones! There have been some problems associated with cell phones. Some cities have passed laws affecting cell phone use. For example,
19、 in some places, it is now illegal to drive and use your cell phone at the same time. A survey asked people about cell phones and laws. Here is how they an swered.
