27、度機構(gòu),均為了提高生產(chǎn)效率。 2. 圓周進給式銃床夾具 圓周進給銖削方式在不停車的情況下裝卸工件,一般是多工位,在有回轉(zhuǎn)工 作臺的銖床上使用。 這種夾具結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,操作方便,機動時間與輔助時間重罷,是高效銃床夾具, 使用于大批量生產(chǎn)。 3. 靠模銃床夾具 這種帶有靠模的銃床夾具用在專用或通用銃床上加工各種非圓曲面??磕5?作用是使工件獲得輔助運動,形成仿形運動。按主進給運動方式,靠模銃床夾具 可分為直線進給和圓周進給兩種。 二、銃床夾具的設(shè)計要點 由于銃削加工切削用量及切削力較大,又是多刃斷續(xù)切削,加工時易產(chǎn)生振 動,因此設(shè)計銃床夾具時應(yīng)注意:夾緊力要足夠且反行程自鎖;夾具的安裝要準 確可靠,即

28、安裝及加工時要正確使用定向鍵、對刀裝置;夾具體要有足夠的剛度 和穩(wěn)定性,結(jié)構(gòu)要合理。 1 定向鍵 定向鍵也稱定位鍵,安裝在夾具底面的縱向槽中,般用兩個,安在一條直 線上,其距離越遠,導向精度越高,用螺釘緊固在夾具體上。 定向鍵通過與銃床工作臺上的形槽配合確定夾具在機床上的正確位置;還能 承受部分切削扭矩,減輕夾緊螺栓的負荷,增加夾具的穩(wěn)定性,因此平面夾具及 有些專用鉆錘床夾具也常使用。 定向鍵有矩形和圓形兩種。 定向精度要求高或重型夾具不宜采用定向鍵,而是在夾具體上加工出一窄長 面作為找正基面來校正夾具的安裝位置。 對刀裝置由對刀塊和塞尺組成,用來確定夾具和刀具的相對位置。對刀裝置 的結(jié)構(gòu)形式取決于加工表面的形狀。 對刀塊常用銷釘和螺釘緊固在夾具體上,其位置應(yīng)便于使用塞尺對刀,不妨 礙工件裝卸。對刀時,在刀具與對刀塊之間加_塞尺,避免刀具與對刀塊直接接 觸而損壞刀刃或造成對刀塊過早磨損。塞尺有平塞尺和圓柱形塞尺兩種,其厚度 和直徑為3 5mm,制造公差h6。對刀塊和塞尺均已標準化(設(shè)計時可查閱相關(guān)手 冊),使用時,夾具總圖上應(yīng)標明塞尺尺寸及對刀塊工作表面與定位元件之間的
