8、s of similar commodities offered by other suppliers, together with their prices, sales information a nd advertising materials. 8. 宣傳廣告費用 advertising & publicity expenses 在本協(xié)議有效期內(nèi)，乙方在上述經(jīng)銷地區(qū)所作廣告宣傳的一切費用，由乙方自理。乙方須事先向甲方提供宣傳廣告的圖案及文字說明，由甲方審閱同意。 party b shall bear all expenses for advertising a nd publicity

13、 its provisional rules of procedure. the decision made by this commission shall be regarded as final a nd binding upon both parties. arbitration fees shall be borne by the losing party ,unless otherwise awarded. 11. 其他條款 other terms & conditions (1) 甲方不得向經(jīng)銷地區(qū)其他買主供應(yīng)本協(xié)議所規(guī)定的商品。如有詢價，當轉(zhuǎn)達給乙方洽辦。若有買主希望從甲方直接

14、訂購，甲方可以供貨，但甲方須將有關(guān)銷售確認書副本寄給乙方，并按所達成交易的發(fā)票金額給予乙方*%的傭金。 party a shall not supply the contracted commodity to any other buyer(s) in the above mentioned territory. direct enquiries, if any, will be referred to party b. however, should any other buyers wish to deal with party a directly, party a may do so.

19、商交易的具體價格、交貨方式、支付方式等由甲方與海外客商雙方協(xié)商約定。 （3） 乙方不對甲方與海外客商的交易提供任何信用擔保，甲方應(yīng)嚴格按國家的“fob c&f或 cif條款”執(zhí)行與海外客商所簽定的合同。 第三條：傭金的計算、給付方式、給付時間： （1） 甲方同意按每筆合同成交總額的_支付傭金給乙方。 （2） 給付方式及時間： 在甲方與乙方所介紹的海外客商簽定合同后，甲方應(yīng)支付總傭金的20%給乙方，甲方拿到海外客商的信用證后，甲方應(yīng)支付總傭金的30%給乙方，該供應(yīng)合同執(zhí)行完后在7天之內(nèi)支付余下的傭金給乙方。 第四條：違約責任： （1） 甲方若不按本合同第三條的（2）執(zhí)行，逾期一天應(yīng)支付乙方滯納金
