結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)和加工方案的制定，確定塑件的最佳澆注位置，并通過(guò)實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行調(diào)整，從而得到對(duì)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)來(lái)說(shuō)最合理的澆注位置。在確定模具型腔數(shù)目后，分析產(chǎn)品的氣穴、熔接痕、充填時(shí)間、充填結(jié)束時(shí)的體積溫度、流動(dòng)前沿處的溫度、速度/時(shí)間轉(zhuǎn)換點(diǎn)壓 力、充填結(jié)束時(shí)的壓力、注射位置處壓力等，可確定注塑模具的合理性。最后本運(yùn)用UG6.0及其EMX4.1模塊來(lái)完成模具整體設(shè)計(jì)工作。 本設(shè)計(jì)在注塑模具成型工藝飛速發(fā)展的時(shí)代條件下，用UG6.0軟件進(jìn)行建模，用CAD 軟件進(jìn)行工程圖的繪制，多種軟件交替進(jìn)行，為注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)帶來(lái)了極大方便，同時(shí)使 設(shè)計(jì)更為合理精確，更是大大縮短了注塑模具的設(shè)計(jì)周期，同時(shí)節(jié)約了成本。 我設(shè)計(jì)的是盤形齒輪，盤形齒輪與齒圈L的長(zhǎng)徑比L/d1，內(nèi)孔為光孔。齒輪胚的技術(shù)要求有以下三部分： （1）齒胚基準(zhǔn)面的尺寸精度基和表面位置精度。 （2）表面粗糙度。 （3）熱處理方法的要求。 不論塑件結(jié)構(gòu)如何以及采用何種設(shè)計(jì)方法，都必須首先確定分型面，因?yàn)槟＞呓Y(jié)構(gòu)很大程度上取決于分型面的選擇。在選擇分型面時(shí)，根據(jù)分型面的選擇原則，考慮不影響塑件的外觀質(zhì)量、便于清除毛刺及飛邊、有利于排除模具型腔內(nèi)的氣體、分模后塑件留在動(dòng)模板一側(cè)及便于取出塑件等因素，分型面應(yīng)選擇在塑件外形輪廓的最大處，由于成型采用一模一件，塑件為回轉(zhuǎn)體，所以型腔布置在定模板的中心。本塑件采用側(cè)澆口注射成型，根據(jù)模具結(jié)構(gòu)形式、塑件尺寸、冷卻水道的分布等因素，綜合考慮；查有關(guān)資料，選擇SA3030-60-40-80型標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架。二、課題擬采取的研究方法和技術(shù)路線 （1）塑件設(shè)計(jì)，利用軟件 UG4.0 進(jìn)行塑件的立體建模，再在軟件 AutoCAD 中完成塑件尺寸及公差等技術(shù)要求的標(biāo)注，并輸出工程圖。 （2） 注塑設(shè)備選擇，確定塑件的型腔數(shù)，并計(jì)算塑件的投影面積，通過(guò)注射量的校核、注射力的校核、鎖模力的校核、安裝部分的尺寸校核、開模行程的校核、頂出裝置 的校核，結(jié)合注塑設(shè)備的資料確定注塑設(shè)備的型號(hào)。 （3） 確定收縮率和分型面，首先由塑件性能的要求等，確定塑件的塑料，通過(guò)查資料確 定塑件的收縮率。根據(jù)線圈骨架的工藝及結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)，確定具體的分型面，大致應(yīng)為 球面軸套的孔中心線所在平面。 （4） 模架，通過(guò)塑件的大小及型腔數(shù)、澆注系統(tǒng)、導(dǎo)向部件、推出機(jī)構(gòu)、調(diào)溫系統(tǒng)等的 初步估算，確定使用模架的型號(hào)。 （5） 澆注系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)，本塑件使用的是冷流道澆注系統(tǒng)，在澆注系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中，包括流道的 設(shè)計(jì)、噴嘴的選擇、主流道襯套的選擇等，還必須研究一模四腔澆注系統(tǒng)的平衡性 設(shè)計(jì)。 （6）成型零件，確定型腔數(shù)和分型面。對(duì)模腔和模芯進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。計(jì)算成型部件的工 作尺寸。
