磁帶機(jī)(MTD2216型)簡(jiǎn)介2216型磁帶機(jī)(MTD,Magnetic Tape Drive)是DMS100/200系統(tǒng)的一種半永久性的外部存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備。大量的數(shù)據(jù)可以從DMS系統(tǒng)輸出并寫到磁帶上,也可以從磁帶上讀出數(shù)據(jù)寫到DMS系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)器中??梢杂涗浘钟跋裎募↖MAGE)、長(zhǎng)途計(jì)費(fèi)文件(AMA、ICMA)、市話計(jì)費(fèi)文件(BIL、OOS、BCK)、操作測(cè)量文件(OM)和日志文件(JF)等,但主要是用來(lái)拷貝DMS100/200系統(tǒng)的計(jì)費(fèi)文件以便進(jìn)行脫機(jī)處理。磁帶機(jī)面板示意圖如下:磁帶機(jī)手動(dòng)操作方法根據(jù)磁帶機(jī)面板上的磁帶路徑安裝示意圖正確纏繞好磁帶,并將磁帶伸直。按動(dòng)POWER開(kāi)關(guān),POWER燈亮。按LOAD開(kāi)關(guān),上下力臂升起磁帶處于繃緊狀態(tài),再次按動(dòng)LOAD開(kāi)關(guān),磁帶向前行進(jìn),當(dāng)BOT(Beginning Of Tape)磁帶的開(kāi)始標(biāo)記移動(dòng)到傳感器位置時(shí),磁帶停止前進(jìn),此時(shí)LOAD燈亮。按動(dòng)ONLINE開(kāi)關(guān),ONLINE燈亮,這時(shí)候就可以從終端上使用磁帶機(jī)了。如果磁帶已經(jīng)安裝在磁帶機(jī)上,并且BOT標(biāo)記已超過(guò)了傳感器位置,此時(shí)按動(dòng)LOADD開(kāi)關(guān)后磁帶將一直向前行進(jìn),這時(shí)候按動(dòng)REVERSE后退開(kāi)關(guān)磁帶不會(huì)向后倒退,只有按動(dòng)REWIND快退開(kāi)關(guān),磁帶才會(huì)快速倒退至BOT標(biāo)記位置時(shí)停下來(lái),這時(shí)LOAD燈亮,再按ONLINE開(kāi)關(guān),ONLINE燈亮,表明可以正常使用了。MTD 2216 Troubleshooting 磁帶機(jī) 故障檢查表.Problem, Problem Cause and Solution 故障現(xiàn)象 故障原因及解決方法1, Fuse PS1F1 opens Repeatedly. 在FS1上的保險(xiǎn)管F1反復(fù)熔斷( FS1為磁帶機(jī)內(nèi) 部電源電路底座。) A,-48V and ground power leads reversed at power interface, TB1, of power Supply Assembly -48V和電源地線在磁帶機(jī)內(nèi)部電源底座的TB1(Terminal Block)端子板上接反。Install power leads correctly. 正確安裝電源接線。B,Q1 and/or Q2 of Power Supply Assembly PS1, defective.電源底座PS1上的電源調(diào)整管Q1和/或Q2壞。 Replace Q1 and Q2. 更換Q1和Q2。(參考磁帶機(jī)說(shuō)明書(shū)4.09)C, Inverter-Oscillator Card PS1A1, defective. 逆變振蕩器電路板PS1A1壞。Replace Inverter-Oscillator Card PS1A1.更換逆變振蕩器電路板PS1A1。(參考磁帶機(jī)說(shuō)明書(shū)4.04)D, Rectifiers U1and / or U2 of Power Supply Assembly PS1, defective.電源底座PS1上的整流管U1和U2壞。Replace U1和U2。(參考磁帶機(jī)說(shuō)明書(shū)4.05)2 Tape Transport Power wont come up when the POWER switch is operated.按下POWER 開(kāi)關(guān)磁帶機(jī)電源不啟動(dòng)。A, Fuse opened. 保險(xiǎn)開(kāi)路。Replace fuse. 更換保險(xiǎn)。(參考磁帶機(jī)說(shuō)明書(shū)4.01)B, -48V and ground power leads are not connected properly at power interface,TB1, of Power Supply Assemble PS1.電源底座PS1的接線端子TB1上的-48V正負(fù)極電源線接觸不良。Install power leads correctly.正確安裝電源線。C, Inverter-Oscillator Card PS1A1, defective. 逆變振蕩器電路板PS1A1壞。Replace Inverter-Oscillator Card PS1A1.更換逆變振蕩器電路板PS1A1。(參考磁帶機(jī)說(shuō)明書(shū)4.04)D, POWER switch defective. 電源開(kāi)關(guān)壞。Replace POWER Switch. 更換電源開(kāi)關(guān)。(參考磁帶機(jī)說(shuō)明書(shū)5.03)3.
