NIGERIA 翁多洲歐莫托休842.1MW POWER STATION#1燃機整套啟動電氣調(diào)試方案#1 Gas Turbine whole startupElectric Commissioning Procedure批準approved: 審核checked: 編制prepared: 目 錄content 1、 編制目的Compiling Objective.032、 編制依據(jù)Compiling Basis.033、 調(diào)試范圍及電氣主要設(shè)備參數(shù) Commissioning scope andElectric main equipment parameters.034、 調(diào)試應(yīng)具備的條件Commissioning Prerequisite.045、 調(diào)試前的準備工作Commissioning Readiness.056、 試驗項目和程序Test items and procedure.067、 安全措施Safety measures.08附圖、一次系統(tǒng)圖Attachment: primary system diagram.101、編寫目的compiling objective1.1電氣整套啟動試運中是整套啟動試運工作的重要組成部分。對于全面考核前期調(diào)試質(zhì)量,檢驗主要電氣設(shè)備的性能、設(shè)計和安裝情況,都具有重要意義。Electric whole startup is the important part of the whole-unit startup, it has important task to fully examine the prior commissioning quality, and check the erection, design, and performance of the main electric equipments.2、編制依據(jù)compiling basis2.1、火力發(fā)電廠基本建設(shè)工程啟動及竣工驗收規(guī)程2.2、火電工程啟動調(diào)試工作規(guī)定2.3、電力建設(shè)施工及驗收技術(shù)規(guī)范2.4、火電工程調(diào)整試運質(zhì)量檢驗及評定標(biāo)準2.5、電力建設(shè)安全工作規(guī)程2.6、燃機電站工程施工圖紙Construction drawing of this gas turbine engineering2.7、燃機電站工程技術(shù)協(xié)議,設(shè)計資料和廠家設(shè)備說明書等。Technical protocol, design data, and manufacturer data of this gas turbine engineering3、調(diào)試范圍及電器主要設(shè)備參數(shù)Commissioning scope and electric main equipment parameters3.1、調(diào)試范圍包括發(fā)電機變壓器組一次系統(tǒng)及二次系統(tǒng),勵磁系統(tǒng)和廠用電系統(tǒng)The commissioning scope includes: generator-transformer primary and secondary electric system, generator exciting system, and plant auxiliary power system.3.2、主要設(shè)備參數(shù) main equipment parameters3.2.1 1#主變 :額定功率85/100MKW、額定電壓11500V。 1# main transformer: rated power 85/100MKVA, rated voltage 11500V.3.2.2 1#廠變:額定功率8MKW、額定電壓11500V。1# auxiliary transformer: rated power 8MKVA, rated voltage 11500V.3.2.3 1#發(fā)電機:額定功率71.4MKW、額定電壓11500V、額定電流4217A1# generator: rated power 71.4MKW, rated voltage 11500V, rated current 4217A.3.2.4 勵磁系機:額定電壓275V、額定電流800AGenerator Exciter: rated voltage 275V, rated current 800A.3.2.5 發(fā)電機出口開關(guān)GCB1Generator outlet circuit breaker: GCB14、調(diào)試應(yīng)具備的條件Commissioning Prerequisite4.1、 1燃機、主變、10KV母線、132KV系統(tǒng)一次二次設(shè)備均調(diào)試完畢,符合設(shè)計及有關(guān)規(guī)程的要求,經(jīng)驗收并完成驗收簽證,資料齊全。Primary and secondary equipments of 1# gas turbine, main transformer, 10KV busbar, 132KV system should have already commissioning finish, meet the requirement of design and relevant regulations, and finish the check & acceptance, all documents available.4.2、所有電氣設(shè)備名稱、編號齊全,帶電部分表示清楚無誤,隔離措施完備。All name and label of electric equipments are available; the energized parts marked clearly with good isolation measures.4.3、本次帶電范圍所有設(shè)備周圍清潔無雜物,道路暢通,照明充足,孔洞蓋板齊全。Around all electric equipment, there has cleanness and no sundries, road is good, lighting is good; all covers of holes and trenches are available.4.4、有關(guān)生產(chǎn)照明、事故照明已調(diào)試完畢。Relevant formal lighting and emergency lighting have been commissioned finish.4.5、通訊設(shè)備、消防器材和人員配備齊全到位,全廠消防系統(tǒng)、通風(fēng)設(shè)備都正常運行。Communication facilities available, fire-fighting facilities and resources available, all fire-alarm and fire-fighting equipments are normal running.4.6、整套啟動調(diào)試方案已報審并在運行和試驗人員中學(xué)習(xí),人員分工明確,責(zé)任到位。This procedure has been approved and trained and has good organization. 5、并網(wǎng)前的準備工作 readiness before synchronization5.7.1準備好試驗所需的儀器、儀表,準備好試驗接線Make ready for facilities, instruments, and wiring of test5.7.2根據(jù)短路容量算出短路排截面面積,準備好試驗的短路排。Calculating the sectional area of short-circuit jumper according to the shorting rating, and prepare the short-circuit jumper.5.7.3測量發(fā)電機定子繞組、轉(zhuǎn)子繞組,勵磁機繞組、勵磁機側(cè)軸承座絕緣,均應(yīng)合格。Measuring the generator stator windings, rotor windings, and exciter windings, insulation of exciter side, the result should be eligible.5.7.4做好以下工作make following readiness :5.7.4.1、所有開關(guān)跳、合閘操作正常,隔離刀閘位置正確。Open/close operation for all circuit breakers are normal, isolators are in good position.5.7.4.2、電壓互感器一次熔斷器完好,一次中性點接地良好。Potential transformer primary fuses are good, primary neutral earthing are good.5.7.4.3、電流、電壓互感器端子箱接線完整,二次回路的接地點符合要求,電流互感器二次無開路現(xiàn)象,電壓互感器無短路現(xiàn)象,二次熔斷器完好。The wiring connection of wiring box for potential transformer and current transformer are good, earthing of secondary loop are good, secondary side of CT has no open, secondary side of PT has no shorting, secondary fuses are good.5.7.4.4、檢查有關(guān)保護并按定值單要求整定好,保護出口壓板全部在推出位置。All relay protection have already setting ok, press-board of protection exit are retracted.5.7.4.5、檢查集控室有關(guān)開關(guān)在斷開位置及信號Check the opened position and signals for relevant breakers on CCR.5.7.4.6燃機運行燃機部分試驗完成,滿足電氣試驗要求。燃機整套調(diào)試GE廠家負責(zé)Gas turbine trial-run finish and its tests finish, can meet the requirements of electric. (the whole-unit commissioning of gas turbine is responsible for manufacturer)6、試驗項目和程序Test items and procedure6.1、 發(fā)電機短路試驗generator shorting test6.1.1、事先接好短路排,安排派人就近監(jiān)視Connect the shorting jumper under supervise.6.1.2、發(fā)電機出口斷路器均在斷開位置。GCB on opened position.6.1.3、投入發(fā)電機接地保護,勵磁回路保護。Put generator earthing protection, exciting loop protection into service.6.1.4、手動略加勵磁,觀察電流有無指示,將發(fā)電機電流升到額定電流10%,檢查各電流回路有無開路。用表計進行檢查并記錄。在檢查過程中,若發(fā)現(xiàn)電流回路有火花或放電聲,測量數(shù)值不準確,應(yīng)立刻滅磁查明原因。Manually increase exciting a little, observe current start indication or not, raise the generator current to 10% rated, check whether opening has or not for all current loops. If electric spark or electric discharge sounds generate, or measuring is not accuracy, extinguish the exciting and find out the reason.6.1.5、手動加勵磁,將發(fā)電機定子電流大約升到發(fā)電機額定電流的20%,檢查發(fā)電機差動保護各相電流回路的數(shù)值和相位。判斷電流二次回路接線的正確性。及其它電流保護的回路電流值Manually increase exciting, raise the generator current to 20% rated, check the value and phase of every phase current loop of generator differential protection. Judge the wiring correctness of all current loops. Check the loop current values of others current protection.6.1.6、在上述增加電流升至發(fā)電機額定電流1.1倍的過程中,分6點記錄各點下的定子三相電流,勵磁電流、勵磁電壓,匯總各項數(shù)據(jù)進行整理,并與準備好的畫有廠家出廠曲線進行比較,誤差應(yīng)在允許的范圍以內(nèi)。相差過大時應(yīng)查明原因。During the course of raise current to 1.1 rated current, dividing 6 points, record the stator 3phase current, exciting current, exciting voltage, and summarize all data, compare the manufacturer curve, the error should be within allowable range, otherwise check the reason6.1.7、分6點緩慢減少勵磁至最低,并在此過程中錄制發(fā)電機三相短路特性下降曲線。dividing 6 points slowly decrease the exciting to lowest, record the generator 3phase shorting process characteristic curve.6.1.8、拆去短路銅排,恢復(fù)主變低壓側(cè)正常接線。(拆短路銅排時應(yīng)采取相應(yīng)安全措施) Removal the shorting jumper, restore the normal wiring of main transformer low voltage side. (Attention the safety measures.)6.2. 發(fā)電機空載特性測試 generator no-load characteristic test6.2.1、發(fā)電機所有保護投入。All generator protections in service6.2.2、慢慢調(diào)節(jié)勵磁將發(fā)電機電壓升至0.3倍額定電壓。檢查各帶電設(shè)備是否正常,無異常后再分別將電壓升至0.5倍、1.0倍額定電壓,并對各帶電設(shè)備進行檢查,記錄各組電壓互感器的二次電壓值及開口三角上的電壓,最后調(diào)節(jié)勵磁將發(fā)電機電壓緩慢降至最低,斷開滅磁開關(guān)。Slowly adjust exciting to raise generator voltage to 0.3 rated voltage. Check all energized equipments whether they are normal, if no abnormal then raise voltage to 0.5rated and 1.0 rated separately, Check all energized equipments, record the secondary voltage value and the voltage value of opened triangle of all PT. Last adjust exciting reduce the generator voltage to lowest, then extinguish the exciting CB.6.3、錄制發(fā)電機空載特性和匝間耐壓試驗record generator no-load characteristic and do turn-to-turn volt-endure test6.3.1、手動調(diào)節(jié)勵磁緩慢升高發(fā)電機電壓,分6點升至發(fā)電機額定電壓1.1倍,做好6點記錄,做好發(fā)電機空載特性的上升曲線。Slowly adjust exciting to raise generator voltage, dividing 6 points, to 1.1 rated voltage, record the six points, drawing the uprising curve of generator no-load characteristic.6.3.2、手動調(diào)節(jié)勵磁緩慢降低發(fā)電機電壓,分6點降至發(fā)電機電壓至最低,做好6點記錄,做好發(fā)電機空載特性的下降曲線。斷開滅磁開關(guān)Slowly adjust exciting to reduce generator voltage, dividing 6 points, to lowest voltage, record the six points, drawing the descend curve of generator no-load characteristic.6.3.3、在發(fā)電機電壓上升和下降的過程中,注意觀察各電壓繼電器的動作和返回值,應(yīng)符合要求。During generator voltage up and down course, attention to observe the acting and restore value of every voltage relay, it should meet the requirement.6.3.4、測量發(fā)電機殘壓及相序,先在電壓互感器二次側(cè)測量,然后在機端一次側(cè)測量。測量時注意安全,做好必要的安全措施。一次側(cè)電壓小于300V時,直接在一次側(cè)測量相序,應(yīng)與待并網(wǎng)相序一致。Measure generator residual voltage and phase. First measure on PT secondary side, then measure on primary side of turbine end. Attention the safety, make safety measures. When primary voltage is less than 300V, directly measure the phase on primary side, it should be according with the phase want to synchronizing.6.4. 假同期回路試驗false synchronize test6.4.1、檢查確認#1發(fā)電機出口GCB1隔離開關(guān)和斷路器在斷開位置。Confirm GCB1 isolators and CB are opened.6.4.2、投入#1發(fā)電機有保護(主變差動保護退出) Enable 1#Gen. active power protection (main transformer differential protection quit)6.4.3、發(fā)電機電壓升至額定值11.5KV Generator voltage rise to rated 11.5KV.6.4.4、在發(fā)電機出口開關(guān)柜、控制盤、保護盤、主控室,核相1012PT/1013PT/2203PTVerify phase 1012PT/1013PT/2203PT in GCB, control panel, protection panel, CCR.6.4.5發(fā)電機控制盤投入手動同期回路,檢查同步表,同期檢查繼電器的工作狀態(tài)正確。Enable manual synchronizing loop on generator control panel, check synchronization meter, check synchronization relay, whether they are working normal.6.4.6、手動假同期并網(wǎng)。Manually false synchronize test 投入手動同期回路,觀察發(fā)電機電壓,頻率和系統(tǒng)電壓,頻率,并進行人為調(diào)節(jié),在同步表接近同步點,手動合上發(fā)電機11.5KV出口開關(guān)GCB1斷路器。Manually enable manual synchronizing loop, observe the generator voltage, frequency, and network voltage, frequency, manual adjust the synchronization meter, approach the synchronization point, then manual close GCB1.6.4.7、手動分發(fā)電機出口GCB1斷路器。Manually open GCB1.6.4.8、自動同期試驗 automatic false synchronize test同期裝置選擇“試驗”,自動電壓調(diào)節(jié)器選擇自動,觀察輪控盤上的同期顯示,能否發(fā)出調(diào)頻,調(diào)壓脈沖,在同步條件滿足時發(fā)出合閘指令。Set the synchronization device to test position, auto-volt-regulator set to auto, observe the synchronization display on wheel-control-panel, whether it can send frequency-adjusting, and voltage-adjusting pulse, and close GCB1 when synchronizing conditions satisfied.6.4.9、自動假同期并網(wǎng)automatic false synchronize自動同期“試驗”合格后,同期方式選“自動”,自動電壓調(diào)節(jié)器選“自動”,輪控盤同期模塊自動調(diào)節(jié)發(fā)電機頻率,電壓,發(fā)出合閘指令,合上發(fā)電機出口GCB1斷路器After automatic false synchronize test is eligible, select synchronize mode to auto, auto-volt-regulator set to auto, the synchronizing module on wheel-control-panel will automatically adjust voltage and frequency, and sent close GCB1 command, close GCB1.6.4.10、手動分發(fā)電機出口GCB1斷路器。Manually open GCB1.6.5、發(fā)電機并網(wǎng) generator synchronizing6.5.1、 檢查所有保護投入情況和所有開關(guān)位置 。Check the service status of all protections and all CB position6.5.2、 合發(fā)電機出口GCB1隔離開關(guān),在發(fā)電機控制盤上操作并網(wǎng)( 2009年 月 日 時 分),逐步加負荷。Close GCB1 isolators, operate synchronizing on generator control panel at 2009 date time , and gradually increase the load.6.5.3、帶基本負荷試驗 generator running with basic load(2009年 月 日 時 分)逐漸加負荷到 MW( 時 分),帶基本負荷 MW。2009 date time , gradually increase load to MW.6.6、甩負荷試驗 load-removal test6.6.1按運行規(guī)程作好各項準備工作make all readiness according to O&M regulations.6.6.2起動機組至額定轉(zhuǎn)速,MARK 自動并網(wǎng),逐漸加負荷到設(shè)定負荷。Start unit to rated speed, MARKsynchronizing, gradually increase load to setting load.6.6.3 甩50%負荷試驗50% load-removal test6.6.3.1預(yù)選負荷20MW,機組運行平穩(wěn),無異常報警,燃機控制室和主機控制室作甩負荷試驗的有關(guān)準備,勵磁調(diào)節(jié)器在自動方式下運行。Pre-select 20MW, unit running normal, make readiness for load-removal on turbine control room and main control room, exciting regulator running on auto mode.6.6.3.2 檢查 GCB1, 天然氣前置站,主控室,輸配電系統(tǒng)運行正常,無異常報警 ,作好甩負荷試驗的有關(guān)準備。填寫“燃氣輪發(fā)電機組運行記錄表格”。Check GCB1, natural gas pressure-reducing station, main control room, electric power system are all normal, make readiness for load-removal. Filling “Gas Turbine-Generator Trial-run Record”.6.6.3.3在發(fā)電機控制盤上手動分GCB1開關(guān), 甩負荷。輪機控制室記錄以下數(shù)據(jù) A:甩負荷后燃機最高轉(zhuǎn)速:( R.P.M) B:填寫“燃氣輪發(fā)電機組運行記錄表格”。On generator control pane, removal the load by open GCB1.Record following data on turbine control room;A: turbine maximum speed after load-removal ( rpm)B: Filling “Gas Turbine-Generator Trial-run Record” again.6.6.4 甩100%負荷試驗100% load-removal test6.6.4.1檢查機組、天然氣前置站、 GCB1輸配電系統(tǒng)正常后選擇MARK 自動并網(wǎng),逐漸加負荷到額定負荷,運行一小時。Start unit to rated speed, MARKsynchronizing, Filling “Gas Turbine-Generator Trial-run Record”. Increase load to rated load and running last for at least 1 hour.6.6.4.2機組運行平穩(wěn),無異常報警,主機控制室作好甩100%負荷試驗的有關(guān)準備。unit running normal, make readiness for 100% load-removal on control room.6.6.4.3檢查GCB1,天然氣前置站,主控室,輸配電系統(tǒng)運行正常,無異常報警,作好甩100%負荷試驗的有關(guān)準備。填寫“燃氣輪發(fā)電機組運行記錄表格”。Check unit, GCB1, natural gas pressure-reducing station, main control room, electric power system are all normal, make readiness for 100% load-removal on control room. Filling “Gas Turbine-Generator Trial-run Record”.6.6.4.4在發(fā)電機控制盤上手動分GCB1開關(guān), 甩負荷。輪機控制室記錄以下數(shù)據(jù):A:甩負荷后燃機最高轉(zhuǎn)速:( R.P.M)B:填寫“燃氣輪發(fā)電機組運行記錄表格”。On generator control pane, removal the load by open GCB1.Record following data on turbine control room;A: turbine maximum speed after load-removal ( rpm)B: Filling “Gas Turbine-Generator Trial-run Record” again.6.6.4.5檢查機組/天然氣前置站/GCB1/輸配電系統(tǒng)正常后,操作 MARK正常停機。Check unit, GCB1, natural gas pressure-reducing station, main control room, electric power system are all normal, operate MARKto stop the unit.6.7、性能測試和30天帶負荷運行performance test and 30 days running with load6.7.1、9年 月 日 時至 時進了機組的性能測試。2009 day time to day time finish the performance test of unit.6.7.2、開機并網(wǎng),帶基本負荷(9月 日 時 分)開始30天運行,于 日 時 分 .解列停機,順利完成30天運行。Start unit, synchronizing, running with basic load, start from 2009 day time to do 30 days running, and finish, and stop unit on 2009 day time.7、 安全措施 safety measures7.1啟動試驗必須嚴格按照經(jīng)批準的方案逐項實施,任何操作均須在監(jiān)護下進行。All startup test activities should according to the approved procedure, and any operation should be supervised.7.2無關(guān)人員嚴禁進入試驗區(qū)域,試驗區(qū)域應(yīng)掛“止步,高壓危險”警告牌,帶電設(shè)備掛“有電危險”或“高壓危險”警告牌,做好隔離措施。No authorized person enter the test area, “stop, high voltage danger” “power on, danger” or “high voltage danger” plates should be hanged, and make isolation measures.7.3在勵磁調(diào)節(jié)柜、發(fā)電機保護柜、主變保護柜等處掛“嚴禁操作”警告牌。Hang “forbidden operate” warning plate on exciting cabinet, G-T protection cabinet.7.4首次升流或升壓時,應(yīng)緩慢進行,相關(guān)一次設(shè)備和短路點應(yīng)有專人檢查、巡視。First times increase current or voltage, should be slowly, special man inspect and patrol the electric equipment and shorting-circuit points.7.5試驗中斷后恢復(fù)進行時,應(yīng)對一次設(shè)備與二次設(shè)備的狀況作全面的檢查。Restore system after test finish, should fully check the primary and secondary equipments.7.6試驗中要特別注意PT二次回路不得短路,CT二次回路不得開路。Especially attend PT secondary loop no shorting, CT secondary loop no open.7.7試驗中方案若有變更,必須報請現(xiàn)場總指揮批準。Any test procedure modification, should approved by site general commander.7.8試驗中在一次設(shè)備上進行拆、接工作時,應(yīng)嚴格執(zhí)行電力安全工作的規(guī)定,并經(jīng)現(xiàn)場指揮的允許后才能進行。Do connect and disconnect works on primary electric equipment, should strictly obey the regulations of electric power safety work, a
